{Baron can cast a spell as an AoO with War Caster}

Players are up. I'm counting this ad the bottom of round 1, with demons acting after Baron (lighting the torch js an action). I didn't know how many players we still have active. I'll add Wysaleth to the map. NPCs (not demons) can act after players (side initiative, they're on the same side).
Wysaleth, noticing that it would be hard to fight the demons in the darkness, points his wands at the middle of the place, casting Daylight to bane the shadows and make it better to see the fiends. (Quickened spell to make it a bonus action)

Then, the elf casts Sorcerous burst on the demon number 5. (Psychic damage.)
