A nice looking goblin takes each of your tickets, and then points you to the festival grounds. Near the entrance to the festival grounds, a maze has been constructed out of four-foot-tall walls of wooden planks lashed together with ropes and propped up between sandbags. Banners are hung over the openings to the maze, signifying the entrance and the exit. The passageways of the maze are five feet wide. Off to the side, a tan-feathered aarakocra sits on a chair thirty feet above the ground, giving him a vantage point where he can see the whole area.
A small crowd is cheering on and heckling the people inside. Near the entrance, an ogre in leather armor is encouraging a reluctant goblin in a breastplate to give the maze a try
The ogre in leather armor is Maggie from the tavern last night. The goblin is the bus-boy is named Dermot.
// I need a Intelligence (Investigation) roll from each you.
Jorie uses his experience in the Fey Realm where trees and shrubs create natural mazes to trap and trick folks, sometimes the plants move as well, their own form of a joke. He speaks a litany of the Moonweaver, asking her for her guidance. And begins navigating the maze.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
//the purpose of the first role is to determine if you have advantage on actually navigating the maze.
As the group enters the maze, the twisting corners seem to confuse Theo and Nathan. Meanwhile Maggie, Dermont, and Jorie run inside fast. Need Jorie to roll as well.
Jorie is able to figure out the pattern and runs. Seeing Maggie fall behind, then Nathan, then Dermont. Jodie comes to finish line and wins the event (I will add then item to your inventory).
You approach a brick building with a sign that reads, “Beefslab Butchers.” A simple table and two chairs have been set up outside. Both chairs are currently occupied by people wearing the armor of the Aurora Watch, their elbows braced against the table and their hands locked in an arm-wrestling duel. Two dozen festivalgoers watch them silently, until—SLAM!—the occupant of the left chair pushes her opponent’s arm to the table and the crowd erupts in whoops and cheers.
A elderly goblin sits at the front the door, smokes a cigar and says in rough voice.”you all coming to arm wrestle and make your self known?”
// give me either investigation or Perception check to give you the the lay of the land
You see a group of the Auron Guard arm wresting. You see a small goblin making notes based on the wins on the wall. There two openings, Drusinda has open spot to arm wrestle next.

Intelligence check for Nathan a 3. Apparently he nearly entered in at the exit, “Oh my yes this way is it over here?”
Wise as a serpent and sly as a fox.
// Investigation: 21 total (19+1+1 guidance)

Natural 1 (total of 2). Theo enters, and immediately gets turned around. At last, he exits out of the entrance, thinking it’s the exit.
