Once night falls, the two drink their invisibility potions and head in. Piotr (stealth 25) goes first followed by Dervish (stealth 18). They aim for the drum since taking that out will be their first priority once they take out any guards nearby. They plan for Dervish to cast Sacred Flame into the drum to light it up.
Sacred flames is not fire damage and will not cause the drum to catch fire. Let me check something though.

The lizardfolk send messengers through the area to update them on the plan so everyone is up to date for the lizardfolks part of the plan. The lizardfolk have some for sure. You get 2 flasks of oil.
Chael, Korvir, Spenser, Pax and Imp pause for 30sec to a min as Piotr and Dervish get into place. The timing is close enough as Piotr and Dervish pause to hear the creatures below grunt as the others move in.

Korvir channels his conquering presence out to 30ft and everything in that zone is frightened except GF-B and allies. Those in the blue zone are move 0 from Aura of Conquest.

Move: Using all his 60ft movement if he needs to so he can be within 10ft of GF1A-C and BW1A-H (they are close to the stairs).
Action: Attacking recklessly GF1A-C. If it dies, he moves onto attacking BW1A-H. Attack: 25 Damage: 14 (slashing), Attack: 18 Damage: 10 (slashing).
Divine Fury:4 radiant damage on the first hit. 1 extra if the first hit crits.
Reaction:Polearm Reckless attack anyone that approaches him within 10ft. Attack: 27 Damage: 9 (slashing).

OOC - You have Heroism so add bless 1d4 to each roll. Unfortunately, the 8 rolls won't hit even with a 4 so those will be misses unless you want to use your heroic insp you've been hanging onto for a bit to make a new 1d20 roll with bless should you like to.
For now, the 15 is the only hit, but the 12 and 13 could be hits with the right 1d4. It would be nice to have the d4 specified for which roll it's meant for. Then there is the inspiration roll if you want to use it.
