In an effort to protect him, Flynt tackles Leopolt to the ground as the flames engulf them. Flynt can feel his exposed skin blister from the heat. As soon as the pair hit the ground Flynt rolls off the guide and continues to flop about for a second to extinguish those bits of his clothing that had begun to burn. In a flash he's back on his feet, his trusty handcross bow Betty drawn and ready to retaliate.

(Sorry about thee late reply.) You hardly even have time to recover from the blaze before you realise that the flame was living. Nothing was 'launching' or 'shooting' the flames. They were three [monstler]fire elementals[/monster] moving in on you. Armeros frowns as he recognizes the flames are actually living beings. Hm, so fire won't do much to them. Pulling out his viol, he plays a quick, annoyed melody, then calls to Jason.

All 3 failed. Also, when attacking, please make sure to note wether it is magical or not, as well as what kind of damage it is, since they have several resistances.
FE1 will go next to Jason and make 2 'touch attacks'. 1: Attack: 16 Damage: 9 fire damage. 2: Attack: 11 Damage: 10 fire damage. ( the first attack was a 12 before it changed. Use that.) If the target is a creature or a flammable object, it ignites. Until a creature takes an action to douse the fire, the target takes 5 (1d10) fire damage at the start of each of its turns. BATTLEMAP

(A question... did the 18 on the second attack have the -1d4 from Bane? Sorry to be a bit nitpicky but Fire Elementals are no joke and I'm looking for every edge we can get.
On the same topic, in order to hit someone do you have to roll higher than their AC or can you still hit if you match their AC?)
I'm so sorry, thanks for pointing that out. I did not account for the bane. The first attack is now a 8 to hit, and the second a 17 to hit. You have to roll higher than the AC to hit.
You are after Taxidea, but no big deal. I'm slightly confused. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but can someone explain those last two rolls for me? I think the six is damage for divine smite, but what's the 4?
So basically, Jason is using, I assume a Pike or a Halberd, which is a reach weapon with 1d10 damage dice. He has the Polearm Master Feat.
Because of this feat, whenever he attacks with a Halberd, Glaive or other Polearm, he can also make another attack with his Bonus Action. The damage dice of this second attack is 1d4+STR (or whatever stat he uses for his weapons).
So in his above roll, He attacked and then if he hits, he will do 9 normal damage from the attack + 6 Divine Smite damage. He rolled the d4 damage for the BA attack but forgot to add his modifier. He also forgot to roll to hit on the BA attack.
And while this is not relevant to the last turn it will be something that will probably come up in the future. Due to his Polearm Master feat, enemies entering his attack range while he's using a polearm or spear also provoke AoO from him.

(OOC: when I click on the battlemap link it says it's been deleted)
Taxidea will move so he is behind the other party members as much as possible (so he's less of a target) but still has a clear shot for what he's about to do.
"Normally I like to play with fire, but in this case I'll make an exception!" Taxidea says and then casts dragon's breath (Dex save DC 13, half damage if save is successful.) Cold damage: 14

(OOC: the dice roller on here is goofy. It's 3d6 but if you hover over the roll it shows d20+2). I rolled on the character sheet and got 10 though so I guess it's close enough.

There is a new map in response to Armros. I don't have XGtE, so I can't see the AoE and such. I'm looking it up, but I'd appreciate it if you could include stuff like that in the future. Here's the BATTTLEMAP again, if you want to make sure you wouldn't hit any friends. EDIT: Yeah, I just pulled up an AoE in maps, and you'd hit some friends from where you are right now.

Ok, change of plan based on the battlemap (if that's OK) since he can't do that without hitting Flynt and he doesn't want to get any closer than he needs to be, but the same witty repartee'.
Taxidea will back up 10' to be farther away from the elementals and cast chromatic orb using metamagic to twin the spell and target FE2 and FE3.

I do not play meets it beats it, so no. you don't. You'd have to get a 13 or higher.
Waiting on other initiatives to continue.
