Also, with Xari'sAlert feat, he can swap Initiative with a willing ally, though not sure if it makes sense to do here.
Edited to add: so based on Alert, with Evelyn casting a de-buff spell, it probably would make sense for her to go first with Xari's23 and for him to go next with her 22 in Initiative, but it doesn't really matter based on the results below, and we are doing block initiative anyway.
The big man's grin widens and his stride does not slow one bit as it becomes obvious that their hostile intentions have become clear to all.
"Better than a crowbar, aye. Like I said. Don't believe me? It'll take your head clean off. Already got some blue half-dragon blood on it from earlier."
As Evelyn summons her glowing green motes, green flame of a different hue crackles once more from Governor Nighthill'sGreatsword, +1 as Xari sweeps it in an upward diagonal arc through the torso of the Raider (furthest northeast), with wisps of fire leaping to singe the Cultist (C) just next to him.
Movement: Xari continues 5' west to close to melee with the Raider and Cultist C. IF his attack downs the Raider, he then steps 5' south. Action: Xari casts Green Flame Blade using his Greatsword, +1 on the Raider (furthest northeast). Greatsword, +1 to hit Raider: 18 (with or without advantage from Faerie Fire - first roll was higher, second roll would be 13). Green Flame BladeSecondary Damage: on a hit, an adjacent enemy (Cultist C) takes 4 fire damage. Bonus Action: (none)

As their facade breaks, Eve shouts a word in druidic, throwing her hand out to release an expanding cloud of glowing green motes that rains down over the raiders.
[Action]: Faerie Fire -- 20 foot cube arranged to only hit the raiders. DC 14 DEX save. [Concentration]: Faerie Fire
Most of the small group is unable to avoid the spell as it rains down on them - only one cultist (d), manages to dodge the magical motes. The rest are are outlined in a vibrant green that emanates dim light in a circle around them.
OoC: Attacks against enemies outlined in green have advantage.
Blood sprays against the back wall as the greatsword cuts through the raider, their body dropping unceremoniously to the ground as a gout of green flame singes the robed cultist next to them. Xarianhops up onto the small (~ 3 foot high table), lording over the entire room like a wrathful deity. The table wobbles slightly underneath his weight - but holds. From the far side one of the cultists loops around, swinging their curved blade at his shins only to have it batted away easily by the massive blade in his hands.
Cultist (a) Ritual Sword Attack: 5 to hit -> Xarian
The familiar heat of fire crackles between Aimon's curling fingers before he releases it at one of the cultists. It blazes with searing heat as it splashes across their skin.
Action: Sorcerous Burst. Attack: 26 to hit. Damage: 13 fire (rolled an 8 on the die and so it explodes to roll again)
