The Owlin nods as she taps away at her typewriter, soon brandishing four ID cards with your information on it. Then she stamps something on it really quick, and you can see that the card has a grey "D" followed by two grey stars. The cards even have your pictures on them, somehow. She then hands the ID cards to each of you, and puts her hands together. "Gods help me, I hate this part..." She mutters to herself before taking a deep breath and saying: "Right, now, as of currently, I'd like to congratulate you all on your admission into the adventurers guild, Hoot! Currently you all are D ranked, or two star adventurers. The ranks are, from lowest to highest - E, D, C, B, A, and S. To rank up, you need to complete quests and earn points. At the end of every two months," she says as she holds up two fingers, "the guild will look over your points obtained within that time and decide whether or not you deserve promotion. Each rank signifies the level of quests you’re allowed to do - Whatever adventurer rank you have and under, and if you wish to partake in any higher level quests, just know that the guild is NOT responsible in any way for your untimely demise. Now, as for quests..." She takes out a piece of paper with the image of a dragon hastily scribbled on it. "Quests are usually given in forms like these, and posted on the guild's quest board. Quests are ranked by the guild based on how difficult they are by rank. For example, fixing a broken fence for a farmer would be an E ranked quest, while fighting a god would be S rank. Quest details are given by the quest requester themself, so you usually have to find them to get more information, and the rewards are pre-deposited to the guild so adventurers don't just steal the reward and leave. Adventurers recieved the quest reward when they prove that they've completed the quest." From the paper placed down, you can determine how quest forms work: The quests give a brief title of what they are (EX: “Defeat the deadly death dragon :0”), who the quest was given by (EX: Kjelle (That’s me :D), the reward (EX: Money), and the rank (N/A). You can also tell the form is just an example form, not a legitimate quest. With that, Kjelle let's out a *phew*, and asks, "So... anything else you wanna know?"
Also, Jed: You notice that Kjelle's wings are burnt and bandaged. You can assume that she no longer has the ability to fly.

'Bad Jed bad burnt and broken wings don't fly. Now she's sad or mad, apologize Jed say sorry...' Jed looks down at his feet, he actually blushes, "I'm sorry Kjelle sorry I don't think sometimes and talk to quick. What rank are you?"
Jasmine asks, since this was one of the main things that drew her to this place in the first place, "From how far do we get quests at this guild and how far can we expect to travel for some quests? Would some quest take us across the land or even past the sea to new lands?"
Kjelle shakes her head with a soft chuckle, which almost sounds like a series of hoots. "It's no matter, these old scars have long sense healed. As for my rank, I was A rank before retiring to be a guild master"
Jasmine:
Kjelle then turns to you and says, "Well, all the guilds across the continent of Spiriantes are connected, so some jobs can take you across the continent. I've even heard that some jobs even take you to other realms entirely"

Jasmine thanks the Guild Master for the information. "Thank you. One other thing... What of food and lodgings? Is that something the Guild provides or are we to manage that ourselves?"
Jed looks up at the mention of food. “And discount ale for me and D’Kon. I could like a place to buy some herbs and a healing scrolls for curing more.”
"Well some guilds, like this one, offer lodgings for cheap, but others don't. It's best to ask the guild master of that particular guild the specifics. For reference, rooms are 5 silver pieces per day for one person. Food can be purchased at the markets, so we prefer not to sell food here as to not interfere with the merchant's livelihood."

D’Akon thinks and asks: "Are there any quests the guild forbids—regardless of rank? And say if we find something of value or a dangerous item do get to keep it or does it become guild property?”
Kjelle thinks for a second, then shrugs. "Not that I know of. It's never happened before. And don't worry, any items you find while out questing are yours to keep, so long as you report finding them at all. If you find something, and the guild master believes it necessary to hold onto it, they'll let you know but they usually can't confiscate items without consent."

Brammuth to Kjelle: "Thank you so much for all the information, you have been very helpful. Do you know how in demand certain quests are? Versus which kinds of quests tend to be stuck on the board longer?"
And to the party: "I think I'll take up lodging here, and maybe read the quest board over before I step out for food."
Kjelle smiles at that. "Aw, thank you! Not many adventurers around her are as courteous as you are, y'know. But regardless, the more dangerous quests tend to be the ones to go quickly, what with people trying to one-up each other and such. The simpler quests like rebuilding a fence, or collecting herbs tend to be more frequent on the quest board, but they do also tend to pay less. Tell ya what. If anyone's being a quest-hog, lemme know and I'll sort them out for you."

"Oh, hang on... lemme get her really quick..." Kjelle then ducks underneath the desk, then pops back out from underneath with a pair of mustache glasses. It's more than clear that she's just Kjelle to everyone except for Jed, who I'll need to roll an intelligent check to figure it out. Kjelle then says "Hallo, my name's Chelle, I'm in charge of the housing here. There're four of you, right? That'll be 20 silver, or 2 gold if that's simpler," she says in an exaggerated accent.

The red glowing eyes from the shadow of Jasmine's hood stare at Kjelle in awkward silence for a bit. Jasmine hands her 5 SP and says, "Er... right. Here's 5 Silver for my share of the lodgings." Jasmine is going to let the rest of the party pay for their share unless they can't.
D’Kon bewildered of Kjelle wearing a disguise but decides to play along looking at everyone to see if they will do the same looking concerning at Jed who might actually fall for the disguise.
