Morgan's wisdom saves: 1, 10, 6, 15, 14, the d8 are 2 and 3. Dex saving throw: 12. He is not blinded and the attack misses.
Morgan spends his turn watching around confused. By pure chance, he doesn't look in the direction of the light and dodges the monster's bite just because he's too unstable on his feet.
Brother Bombur is momentarily stunned by the virtual insanity assaulting his ears, while Frekor immediately dashes north into the wall of a building. His legs propel him onward still and he drags against the wall in his confusion, rolling against the wall until he is roughly 30ft away from the monsters.
DM: Frekor is outside the range of their brain-breaking gibbering. He can hear them still, but at this range, it sounds more like the audience of a theater or gladiator stadium and is not so confusing.
As Frekor flees in his temporary insanity, Jacaranda is driven to insanity herself and slashes out at Ylis, thinking it to be these abominations and being blinded to the point that all she can see it a snapshot of their shifting, impossible forms in his light-blasted vision.
Randa is then pulled under the yanking and biting terrors as they smother her and begin to pull her to pieces.
Morgan, like Brother Bombur, is unable to form a coherent thought in the discordant sounds and is rendered temporarily stunned.
The only person who seems to be able to handle the noise is Ylis. Having spent her entire life with ears so large, she has developed a bit of a mental callous to the noise of the bigfolk in the cities. She is entirely unaffected and even manages to avoid the luminous loogie launched at the party.
DM: Ylis is the only one able to take an Action this turn. Make it good.
Ylis did not fail her Dex check so can still use her reaction to cast Silvery Barbs to make C re-roll its attack on Randa. Then allow Bombur to reroll his failed WIS save.

"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"
Brother Bombur felt a need to bring the gospel of the Allhammer to these pitiful creatures, even though he knew it would have no effect. “I shall bless thee with holy fire!” He screamed as he backed away. [move straight west as far as I can. I believe that’s 25’ since one square is difficult terrain. Opportunity attack from E]
Lifting up his blessed weapon, he lets loose a shot on the farthest creature. [attacking A. Rolled an 11 total 12 damage total (counts as magical in case that matters). everything within 5 ft of the target must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 13) or suffer 1d8 (I rolled a 3) fire damage.]
Bonus action: Bombur also summons a righteous ethereal hammer between himself and the closest creature, and the glowing weapon strikes at that creature. [spiritual weapon. 19 to hit. 8 radiant damage on E]
DM: E's Opportunity Attack was a 17. Piercing Damage 8. If you have no means to avoid this hit, you are made Prone. To get up takes half your Speed (15ft), Difficult Terrain takes 10ft to get out of, allowing you to back up west by 5ft from your last visible position.
Ylis cartwheels away from the heaps, then blasts several of them with Radiant light. The beam blasts down from the heavens and sears the flesh of the moaning monsters. Their eyes boil and some even pop, but more forms to replace them. (two made the save, C failed)
Brother Bombur backs away and two appendages with mouths on them fire out from E, grabbing onto his shoulder and thigh. They dig in and pull his legs out from under him. He lands in the soupy stone street and sinks up to his ears in the stone made muck. The mound of flesh gazes at him with at least half its eyes, an insatiable hunger leering at him. Bombur fights to his feet and backs off, firing his holy weapon.
It impacts center mass of A in the back, causing an explosion out at the backs of the three in front of it. Their hundreds of eyes see it coming and some manage to avoid the shrapnel, but one does not. It is nudged forward onto the Blinded, Stunned, nearly Unconscious Randa. The pain almost seems to drive its hunger to even greater heights. (two made the save, D failed).
"Don't let them eat you!" The drow from before calls back to you from his own fight with a group of monsters. "You'll instantly become them! Instantly!" He emphasizes to make sure there is no confusion. Ayo and her crew hear the words and huddle up a little tighter out of caution.
A slides forward, pushing through its companions, becoming part of them even, before pulling away and segmenting off again. It bites at the defenseless Randa.
DM: 21 Attack, 7 Piercing Damage.
B continues its attack on Morgan, taking advantage of his momentary confusion. People stand in their windows watching, their eyes glazed over in expectant resignation of what will happen to these newcomers.
DM: 20 Attack, 7 Piercing Damage.
C joins B in biting at Morgan, his lack of resistance being especially irresistible. It ends its turn in the Moonbeam and makes another Saving Throw.
D launches its own glowing spit between the retreating Frekor and Ylis.
DM: Dexterity Saving Throw, DC 10 or take 9 Radiant Damage and be Blinded.
E drags itself toward the Prone Bombur and digs into him.
DM: 20 Attack, 8 Piercing Damage.
Randa is no longer Blinded but is still Prone. It is the Fellowship’s turn.
DM: Brother Bombur, Morgan, and Randa, each of you please make 5 Wisdom Saving Throws, DC 10. On any failure, roll 1d8 to determine how the sounds have affected you during your turn. I will resolve multiple failures.
1–4. You do nothing on your turn. 5–6. You take no action or Bonus Action and use all your movement to move in a random direction (determined by me). 7–8. You make a melee attack against a randomly determined creature (determined by me) within your reach or do nothing if you can’t make such an attack.
[Can I crawl and move father away and then fire from prone, rather than wasting the movement getting up? Also, can I use my reaction to add accelerate to my attack? Wasn’t sure if it hit but since it did I’d like to use that. It adds 7 damage to A]
We can and it will change your position and you are still Prone. Crawling is x2 and in Difficult Terrain, it is x3. So for that first square, instead of 10ft, it is 15ft. I will adjust on the Map. In that case, the glowing spit will be adjusted to have been in range for you and please make the Dexterity Saving Throw.
I will also allow you to use that spell for now, but it is an unapproved 3rd party spell (the Recruitment Thread stated that only Critical Role is permitted by default, but I am open to considering other content on a case-by-case basis), so you will have to change it once the battle concludes.
Dex Save- 4
Randa is Blinded, making a random Melee attack and takes 23 damage and is prone.
It will affect your turn most unfortunately.
