This time around, Nif has the better luck. He carefully aims his crossbow and releases a bolt, which lands in the (yellow) bugbear's impressive chest. The creature is looking bloodied. Karl, on the other hand, turns and almost lackadaisically swings his axe at the (red) bugbear, which (despite still looking the other direction) steps out of the way of the blow.
The (yellow) bugbear bears its teeth, clearly fighting the pain of its many wounds. It swings its morningstar again at Vondal. (Attack: 9 Damage: 16) The monk ducks, allowing the weapon to do nothing but cool the back of his neck with a slight breeze.
The (red) bugbear turns to face Karl, swinging its own weapon at the barbarian. (Attack: 12 Damage: 13) The hit get in just under Karl's defenses, but doing less damage than the monster anticipated.
In the same motion of ducking, Vondal goes to snatch a potion out of his person. Then, while coming out of the duck, he feigns intending to take a swing back in retaliation, only to instead, fall to a knee, popping the cork, and feeding adrom the potion. "C'mon Hammer. Your fight isn't done yet!"He says, hoping to further rouse the fallen back to consciousness.
Though... if in that first turn he sees that Adrom breathe no more, then Vondal pivoted and swung the axe in outrage for the bugbear's gullet, before jabbing out cruelly at the wound in his newfound fury!
Action: Feed Adrom a Healing Potion, restoring 7 HP.
(@DDP: All out of ki points, so it's all this poor monk can do. T.T However, since Adrom would go first in the order, it's still possible for him to roll a 1 on his next death save. So, the rest was for a (if) that happens, then he'd attack instead.)

Nif feeling somewhat happier that his feet are firmly on the floor continues to take advantage of the yellow bugbear's discomfort and fires another crossbow bolt into the soft underbelly of the yellow bugbear.
Attack: 10 Damage: 6
sneak attack bonus: 6
Letting out a little sigh, he thinks, "next one, next one." and he prepares a quarrel for the next round.
The remaining huge bugbears both show excellent skill for anticipation and seem to be moving out of the way of Nif and Karl's attacks even before the dwarves make them.
Unwavering, the (yellow) bugbear takes another swing at Vondal. (Attack: 22 Damage: 13) Still worried over Adrom and trying to empty as much of the potion down the cleric's throat as possible, the monk reacts too late to the morningstar aimed at his head. He manages to keep his noggin from getting squished, but the weapon still connects.
Likewise, the (red) bugbear takes another swing at Karl (Attack: 17 Damage: 12), but the attack misses.
Adrom, you're up! You've just come to consciousness, and you're prone. Vondal, you're on deck.
Coughing and spiting blood Adrom looks more surprised to be on the floor and not standing fighting that having difficulties to breath.
"Come on old man" he says to himself " the others need you... Moradin give me strength... " feeling Moradin's healing touch, letting him grabbing his warhammer again and trying to surprise the bugbears that are attacking Vondal

Vondal instinctively rolled with the blow. But even then, he held his head after, ears ringing and skull throbbing from the blow that nearly took his head. Digging deep, he muttered a quick prayer to Marthammor, Patron Dwarven God of Wanderers, for the endurance to see their journey to its conclusion. Then, affirming his grip on the axe dove in for another low sweep of the axe at the bugbear's ankles, before lashing out with a kick to the hopefully injured area, bringing the goblinoid down once and for all.

Adrom is unable to flank, but if Vondal would like to hop over the dead form of the (blue) bugbear and move to F2, he would flank Yellow with Adrom. I'd allow him to roll advantage rolls for those two 6s. Adrom can't take advantage of it, though, because he goes first.
Ahem. I ... totally missed that you already had prepared for that eventuality in your original post. I'll continue ...
Adrom gets to his feet and swings his warhammer, but his target deflects the blow at the last second.
While it is distracted by Adrom, Vondal moves around to the back side of the (yellow) bugbear and swings his axe, cutting once again into the creature. As he kicks out with what he hopes is the finishing blow, the bugbear bends in an awkward way in response to the axe attack, and the monk's kick misses.
Round 11
Nif, you're up! Karl, you're on deck. Yellow and Red are all that's left. Yellow's almost down. Red's showing some wear and tear.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Watching the yellow bugbear go down with Nif's bolt between his eyes he yells out " 'bout bloody time lad there almost as big as a barn" he then turns to the red bugbear and swings Hew Attack: 9 Damage: 14
Indeed, Nif's shot is a keen one right between the eyes. The bugbear's orbs cross as if watching the projectile lodge itself in its thick skull. One last heartbeat, and its knees bend, letting the huge furry body collapse to the dusty floor.
The last remaining beast turns to watch, and Karl takes advantage of its distraction to swing his mighty axe in a horizontal arc. The blade lodges itself in the bugbear's ribs for a second before the barbarian is able to pull it free, releasing a torrent of blood. The creature roars in pain, but is miraculously still on its feet.
Lifting its own weapon, the bugbear swings at Karl, seemingly unable to do anything else. (Attack: 9 Damage: 7) Its wounds are clearly slowing it down, and Karl bats away the morningstar like a toy.
Adrom, you're up (with advantage due to flanking with Karl). Vondal, you're on deck.
Seeing the one and most irksome(for him) foe finally fall, Vondal began to breathe somewhat easier in the moment. But should Adrom fail to finish off the sole remaining bugbear by the time the noble-blooded dwarf caught his breath, then it is with a faltering step or two that he dragged himself into melee with their final foe, tightening the proverbial noose. Whereas others sought to kill, Vondal's own stroke and inevitable follow-up punch were meant more to incapacitate the bugbear, knocking him out for the time being.
Movement: To H5.
Action:Attack using Vonsorm. (Non-lethal, Two-Handed)Battleaxe - Attack: 12 Damage: 9 of slashing to yellow.
Bonus Action: Rolling Thunder. (Non-Lethal)Unarmed Strike - Attack: 7 Damage: 3 at (Yellow)Bugbear. (Or if dead, moving to F5 and directed attack to Red).

Adrom, feeling a little heartened by the reduction of monstrous bugbears, swings his hammer at the last remaining obstacle to exiting this room, using Karl's proximity as a distraction. (Attack: 16 Damage: 11)
Vondal moves around behind the cleric, spinning his axe in his hands to deliver a non-lethal blow, but the creature lets out a mournful groan following Adrom's attack and then falls.
Combat is over.
Now able to actually look around, the party finds themselves in a rectangular room. Old stone bunks line the walls of this barracks, which is lit and heated by a glowing iron brazier in the middle of the room. The remaining closed door is blocked by a barricade made from the remains of a wooden table.
Karl moves onto the next bugbear humming something that sounds like "I'm a lumberjack and I'm Ok" as he swings Hew at the bugbear Attack: 10 Damage: 13
