Thurnir says “bah, I’m ready to be bashin some heads, evenif it’s pointless. Gots to work off all that gnomish ale”. He proceeds to attack the statue f3 as well, hoping to take it down, also casting hunter’s mark:
24 to hit
8 damage with rapier
plus 2 hunters mark.
and then attack 2:
8 to hit
8 damage
5 hunters mark
(Does this group use flanking rules?)
I like your enthusiasm, but you may want to wait until it's your turn to see how the situation evolves. Orubis, 3 statues and Rodolfo all get their turns before yours. The initiative order is now shown in the map images, as I use the VTT to keep track of it now.
As to your Flanking question, I'm pretty sure I never implemented flanking rules, because I particularly don't like how it encourages long conga lines. But if you all want to discuss introducing Flanking, I have some homebrew ideas I could pass by all of you.
My 2 cents. (Whatever the decision is, I'll go with it.) Since we are likely to be outnumbered in many combats, I'm happy to not worry about our characters being flanked.
I might feel differently at a live table, where moving miniatures only takes a few seconds, but I think it would complicate things with PbP. (Making tiny corrections might involve losing hours due to the posts and constantly updating the maps.)

Two statues (@J7 & @K8) rush Thurnir, each making two slam attacks:

Ok, so we're going in. Please give me a marching order and I will get a map up tonight (unfortunately I can't access them from work.)
If you want to roll your own initiative, you can do that too. I will roll for anyone that hasn't when I set up the map.
Thurnir will take the lead unless someone else wants to.
Remember Everyone in 10’ of Thurnir gets a +3 bonus to all Saves.
im ok with you rolling initiatives I think it speeds up play, but here’s an initial initiative for the dwarf:
13 initiative
Rodolfo initiative 8. He will be last in line, aiming to just get a visual for a moment to unleash some stuff.
Well, Beegred usually checks in daily. I'll give it a bit longer then we'll skip his turn.

Sure interested in your flanking rules.
I post early because I didn’t want to hold anyone up, but yes that’s true. I’ll wait my turn!
My RL group had a long debate about flanking. To avoid a huge writeup, the only solution that I thought had potential is:
And just to reiterate what I think is RAW:
My 2 cents.

I kind of agree with Quasimodal. It will be more work for me to keep updating maps so everyone knows who is flanking who...
(Sounds good, not to worry about it!)
Checking in. I'll give Orubis a bit more time, then will skip his turn.
2 blows hit Thurnir for 7 bludgeoning damage.
1 blow hits Beegred for 7 bludgeoning damage.
(Rodolfo's turn)
Thurnir takes 7 damage total from the hits.

I’m sorry, I somehow missed the action in my notifications. Weird. I just go straight down through them each day. Sorry

No problem. I'm glad you're still around.
Checking in. I'll give Rodolfo a chance to respond before I move on in the iniative order.
(Thurnir is on deck)
Ugh, sorry. Posted
Rodolfo pulls out of the chamber. Thurnir disengages and pulls out of the chamber.
