For the Single-Minded Kua-Toa that has Beegred grappled and pinned down... How does it look, health-wise?
It has already taken a lot more damage than your typical fish-man, so I'm not sure how much it has left. Does it look like it might keel over, if hit another time or two?
When it is Beegred's turn, I need to decide if he should swing swords with Disadvantage (maybe kill it with a lucky hit), or try to break the grapple so he can stand up (if fish-man is still in good fighting shape).

Thurnir attacks the derro caster twice with his rapier..11 to hit for 12 damage
and 26 to hit for 12 damage
Thurnir is standing over the dead dead corpse of a derro caster. Getting into melee with the other derro caster would mean climbing up (crossing a red ring), which takes half your movement. That attack is not possible.

I was going to roll to see what Beegred notices in the heat of a battle, but with a passive perception of 20, it is not necessary.
The Kuo-toa is teetering near unconsciousness. Beegred thinks one good blow will take him out.
Take care of yourself, we've been here for 4 years, a few more days won't ruin us ;)
Second that. Do what you have to do to recover, and take care of the family.

A reminder that Beegred has a routine, established early on when the party was traveling a lot (before most of the players joined this campaign?), that Beegred would cast Goodberry before taking a long rest, if he still had a spell slot available. The 10 berries last 24 hours, and he would hand a berry to everyone else in the party. The rest of the party would know where the halfling stashes the leftover berries in his pockets.
Only 1 hp healed, but handy to get an unconscious person back on their feet, instead of making death saving throws.
Beegred will try to take out that caster, or at least break concentration for Spirit Guardians, before feeding Skameros a berry. If someone else can think of a better and/or quicker way to save the bugbear, please speak up.

What does the party want him to do? He can hop down and attack the caster that just got healed, or he can misty step and lay on hands to help Skameros?

While I like the step-and-heal suggestion, it is pointless if Skameros is still inside the radius of Spirit Guardians. (It looks like it on the map, but Skameros is close to the boundary.)
Probably hop down and attack the caster, and use misty step + move + lay hands next turn, if Beegred can break the concentration of the kuo-toa caster.

Heads up, this Friday I'm out of town with the family. Will not be posting until next Monday. (But I will be posting tomorrow!)
Hi folks. Just getting over COVID, and I am very, very tired. I'm not sure what I may have missed in the last few days. Catching up now

Ok thurnir will start moving towards the other derro.
It's also quite possible that Skameros will go unconscious this next round if he can't finish off the kua-toa that's beating on him FYI.

As long as you always use up that spell slot after each long rest, that is fine.
Checking in. Thurnir's turn.
Checking in again. I don't want to skip Thurnir's turn, as he could potentially help Skameros.
Hopefully Tesservet shows up soon.

(Sorry all). Thurnir misty steps to lay on hands on Skameros. -giving 15 hit points to Skameros.
(My move finishes tomorrow)
