Glynquinal will use a Cunning Action to Dash north to the door, and quickly open it. Passing through the will move through the difficult terrain to occupy T5 to strike at the Goblin at S6.
Short sword 1 to hit 21
Short sword 1 damage 6
Sneak attack 5
To the Goblin he's facing, "You should run while you still can."
OOC Now that I look at it, if all of those squares are difficult terrain, then Ian probably ran out of movement around where Rock was. So Ian actually may be stuck at square next to Rock.
Rock ducks as Gruxx's glaive swings over his head, decapitating the (black/green) goblin.
Glynquinal (and everyone): The artwork that looks like crumbling walls is crumbling walls, but they are still high enough to be walls. They are not low mounds that can be moved through/over. However, you can accomplish your goal from a different angle.
Glynquinal dances by Gruxx, Ian and Rock (to R7) and cuts down the (orange) goblin. He then looks at the (green) goblin and says, "You should run while you still can."
Rock, you're up! I was going to upload a new map, but you're kitty corner to the last goblin, so swing away!

Ian will also attack the green goblin, if Rock misses.
Rapier to hit: 24
Damage: 8
Sneak attack: 3
Bonus action to Disengage and move back, making room in case he misses.
HDP will move up to behind Rock, lay a hand on his back and hum a few bars of a tune, casting healing word for 7 HP back to Rock. Then he moves back into the room, keeping an eye on Gundren.
The (green) goblin is a wily one! It dodges both Rock's and Ian's attacks. Rock feels better, though, after Herr Doktor lets some healing energy flow through his dragon hide.
The goblin then decides it needs to leave, disengages, and heads south.
Ian, HDP couldn't have gotten to Rock to cast cure wounds in the space with all the difficult terrain, but he could do healing word from a distance. But healing word is 1d4+3, not 1d8+3, so go ahead and roll that again for the healing amount.

Glynquinal will check on Gundren, then begin the process of picking over the bodies to see if there is anything of interest. While looking he will pay particular attention to see if there is a drawn image of any of the party among the dead.
Gruxx catches up to the goblin (but is unable to do anything else this round). (Also, Gruxx, your rage subsides.)
Glynquinal, you start looking at the piles of bodies around you, which is four goblin bodies (others are nearby, but under Rock and Gruxx, so you'll wait to look at those). Strangely enough, a couple of the goblins are not dressed like warriors. They are dressed like servants and some have food ingredients on their clothes. One even has a rolling pin on its person. The other two look more ready for battle. Each goblin is carrying a scimitar, but none have any drawings that you can find.
Rock stands guard, ready for anything. (Rock, your rage subsides as well.)
Round 14: HDP & Ian, baddies, Gruxx (inspired), Glyn, Rock
Ian runs down the South hallway, attempting to cut the Goblin off. Bonus action to Dash, gets to Q10, flanking the goblin with Gruxx.
Rapier to hit - 10
Damage - 9
Sneak Attack - 9
HDP will go over to Gundren, where the dead bugbear looks like it is on top of him, and pull of the bugbear, looking for anything of value, and try to sit Gundren up. He says "Deep breaths Gundren, deep breaths. Your going to be alright."
Gruxx moves up behind Rock.
"DUCK ROCK" screams Gruxx.
Gruxx makes a reckless attack swinging his glaive over Rock's head to attack the Goblin at R,7.
Attack: 18 Damage: 9

OOC, That was what I was looking at and why I used the Cunning Action to help with additional movement, and only one hit instead of two.
OOC, yea, but I used mine to disengage so as to avoid AoO.
OOC: that is a good play as well.

ahh that difficult terrain - gets me every time. 4 HP for Rock.
This place now has a layer of dead bodies. It's pretty gross.
Glynquinal will check on Gundren, then begin the process of picking over the bodies to see if there is anything of interest. While looking he will pay particular attention to see if there is a drawn image of any of the party among the dead.
Investigation 18
Glyn, you sure you dont want to chase that green goblin down? What if he goes to get more of his friends?
Gruxx runs after the Goblin with glaive held high.
Gruxx will Dash to Q,8.
Rock will stand watch with Ian!
