Harukai waits for the hubbub to die down somewhat, then finds their erstwhile ally. "Sildar, when you have a moment, could you join me? I wish to discuss something with you and Linene from the Lionshield Coaster."
Several of the townsfolk have noticed your return and the woodcutter's family in your care. You are greeted by a barrage of clapping, tears, and a long line of individuals expressing their thanks for you ridding their town of the ruffians.
Harukai whispers this in Sildar's ear and the two slip away and go toward the Lionshield Coaster.
Once at the coaster with a bit of privacy, Harukai speaks earnestly to Linene and Sildar.
"The woodcutter's family is in for much suffering from the loss of husband and father. That, I must leave to Ilmater to soothe. But we noticed many barrels of supplies in the cellar below the manor--most likely the Redbrand's ill-gotten gains. Dried meats, flour, and so forth could go a long way to easing the financial burden on the widow as she provides for her family in the months to come, if the Lionshield Coaster sees fit to distribute such goods as cannot be reasonably returned to their original owners in this way."
Pulling a small pouch out of his vest, Harukai continues, "But she will have more needs than just food. An anonymous donation for her benefit at the Coaster could go a long way to making sure she is taken care of until she recovers from her loss." He puts the pouch on the counter (which has 50 gp and the platinum ring in it). With a wry smile, he adds, "of course, it being an anonymous donation, I wouldn't know anything about it."
"Come let us celebrate the liberation of Phandelver from the boot of the Redbrands," remarks Harukai, and he moves to rejoin the welcoming party...

Linene takes the pouch and inspects it. She nods to Harukai, "I understand, I will send a team to retrieve the supplies tomorrow and we will ensure she is taken care of."
The goblin looks at Jackson nervously and then looks toward Harukai. A look of recognition fills his eyes as he sees the glass staff. He stammers "I.. I.. I am Droop. Droop has always been outcast with cragmaws. Droop came here to get away from the rest of the mean goblins, but the man with the glass staff and those two" pointing two the two dead bugbears "Vok and Mosk, kept bullying me. I have to clean the hideout and they yell and called me names all day. They were horrible to me. They worked for the black spider so everyone was afraid of them and Glass staff."
Slowly standing from the corner, still cowering slightly, he says "What dwarf? Did the cragmaw or redbrands take him or her? The redbrand killed a man from town and has his family locked up in the cells here but no dwarf. They may have taken him to the castle. It's north of the town. I don't know where but you can probably catch a goblin patrol in the hills around the town. They stay out of the town because the redbrands cover it. I can go with you to find one of these patrols, if you can catch one of them they may be able to take you to the castle if that's where you need to go. I just need to get out of here. Maybe I can find somewhere to go where I can get away from all of this."
After a brief celebration and a good dinner, Harukai confers with his companions. "So, the castle is supposed to be somewhere north of town, and the goblins who might know the route should be in the hills around town. The ruins of Thundertree, mentioned by the woodcutter's widow, appear to be almost all the way back to Neverwinter! Sildar, Brother Greystone, Nilparin, what do you think our next step should be in the morning to best speed us towards finding Gundren?"
Looking around with a start, Harukai asks, "Uh, Sildar, did Nephrius ever get back here with the furs?"
Sildar says "Oh yes, I had almost forgotten. Your Tabaxi friend did pass through. She delivered some furs to the Coaster and met me at the inn. She told of your situation so far and gave me this to pass along to you." Sildar hands you a bag with 60 gold from the fur sales. "She assisted me in questioning Iarno, but he decided to remain tight-lipped. She made her back to Neverwinter to deliver a message to Alliance members there to retrieve him so he can stand trial for his crimes."
Harukai gratefully accepts his portion of the gold, then reiterates his question to the group. "Should we try to find Droop, or just head into the hills in the morning, or do something else?"

Jackson humbly waves to the crowd as they are welcomed back, handing his Quarterstaff to one of the lucky children in the crowd. He next makes his way to Linene's to conduct his own business selling off the trinkets he found within the Redbrand hideout (115gp total). He also sells his Chain Mail and trusty Warhammer at half price (45gp total). Assuming she has one in stock, he'll use newfound wealth to purchase a Breastplate. "While parting with my Warhammer is such sweet sorrow, I am glad to be rid of that blasted chain mail. In all honesty, it was getting a bit tedious to wear."
Later on when he convenes with his companions: "I believe Harukai's second suggestion is best: While we may not know the exact location of the castle, it shouldn't be too difficult to find a goblin patrol to lead us to where we need to go. I will head to my room now to pray before resting. Early day tomorrow, so I suggest you both do the same! Thank you again for all you've done thus far."
Nil will also head to the Lionshield Coaster selling his leather armor (5gp) and a hunting trap (2 gold 50 silver) and his dagger(1gp) (and if she has both purchasing a chain shirt (50gp) and a scimitar(25 gp)
Harukai will take possession of the waterproof bag and the spare set of clothes (assuming the clothes fit and look decent). He feels something is different, almost like he has received a new blessing from Ilmater that will allow him to manipulate his Ki in new and different ways.

Do the clothes look like they belonged to Iarno? Maybe have a hooded cloak? Because if Harukai wears his clothes and uses his staff, we might be able to use it to our advantage, especially if the others are willing to wear the red cloaks.

They are platinum signet rings with a nice stone inset. They are very old and finely crafted, they will go for 50 gold each.
