As the others are retrieving the stolen goods, Ajax and Mulligan head back to the cavern where you left Yeemik tied up. As you begin to enter the area, you can see Yeemik, still tied, but struggling mightily against the ropes. He hears you enter and stills, growling.
Mulligan carries the morningstar into the room. As we walk into the cavern, I say to Ajax loud enough for Yeemak to hear, while mimicking swings of the weapon, "how do you use this thing? Do you go straight over the head, kinda over the shoulder, more down around the hip... Oh hey Yeemik, look what we found."
Ajax smirks and replies “from a skilled fighter like you? Let’s bet! Start from the groin , are you able to strike them without touching legs or belly?”
Yeemik growls again at your words, then his eyes widen as he takes in the morningstar. His face changes, morphing into what is probably a grin, but looks like a horrifying grimace. "Klarg is dead?" he asks excitedly.
Kyanite sighs dramatic and comically, "'Nother one of these little slimeballs? Shouldn't take more than a couple minutes, no more than an hour to take this next little cretin down"
Yeemik swallows, his grin now containing a tinge of fear. "King Grol is at the castle. With many more than were here. You will die." He snarls and then struggles against his bonds for a moment. "The castle is northeast of here. Many miles. Through the forest. With many traps."
"How about we gag him," Odo calls from the entrance. "Then have him lead us there through the forest. He'll trigger any traps he doesn't warn us about."
"That is a good idea, Odo the Corpsekicker. But we were planning on returning to Phandelin first, no? What do we do with him in the meantime? I assume we'll have to feed him something..."

((What kind of weapon did Klarg have? I assume it was something two-handed and nasty, like a Morningstar or a Glaive.))
So we divide up the loot evenly. Kyanite takes one of the potions and hands the other to mulligan.

seriously? fml.

"Would I have this if he wasn't? Now tell us everything you know about Cragmaw Castle."
Yeemik grins again. "King Grol will kill you. Better to take Klarg's things and run, humans."
Kyanite sighs dramatic and comically, "'Nother one of these little slimeballs? Shouldn't take more than a couple minutes, no more than an hour to take this next little cretin down"

"We're already taking all of Klarg's things, don't worry about that. Cragmaw Castle. Where is it? How do we get in?"
And Mulligan throws the morningstar over his shoulder, with menace. (Hoping for an intimidation check, if there's anything to get from him.)
((Odo is at the entrance, ensuring we don't get caught by surprise.))
Mulligan - make your intimidation check - with advantage.
Intimidation: 24

Kyanite chuckles, "Aye... sounds a plan"
