The northern witch takes all of those blows - at least, all the ones that hit with a 17 or higher - and is very wobbly. Notwithstanding the silence in the room, she clenches her bloody fists, and vanishes. Gone!
Kif and Chubs, please make Perception checks. If you roll a 15 or higher, read the following:
Somehow, even in the silence you feel a figure passing between the two of you, toward the steps. You may swing at it with disadvantage, if you want.
The remaining witch slashes at Kif, and misses again. Their dice have gone ice cold!
Before everybody goes, let's get that Perception check resolved.
Kif senses the witch trying to slip past him in the tight quarters. He swings his axe, hoping for the best, and feels it bite into something. A moment passes and the figure appears on the ground at his feet, dead.
There is a closet between the squares where the two witches were standing. The only two squares that can get at the witch right now in melee are the squares where Chubs and Kif are standing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Barnaby, channeling all of his "customer outrage" jumps up and down, staff wielding hands in the air, in silent celebration as he sees the witch fall. He uses a bonus action to ponder what great use he made of his standard action.
Chubs will swing his short sword again in these tight quarters and then attempt another flurry of blows, but realize that he's out of ki, and so will only get one unarmed strike off in the form of a knee aimed for her stomach.
Short sword: 17 for 9 damage, and knee: 26 for 5 damage.
The old hag is surprisingly nimble and leans backward, away from the sword, but Chubs does catch her with the knee.
Kif's rampage, meanwhile, continues, and his magic axe bites deep into her flesh.
The witch looks down and sees her ally on the floor. She looks both furious and afraid, for a moment, before she, too, vanishes. Chubs feels her, to his surprise, squeeze between himself and the wall, and he may take an attack of opportunity against her, at disadvantage. Barnaby, who cleverly let it be known that he is holding his staff, may make a Perception check, as well.

I’m not worried about it slowing us down. It was basically intended to be a flavor turnip and I almost prefer that it misses.

What kind of action is it to get a dagger out of a bag?
I’ll call it a move equivalent, if you want, though I suspect I am crossing systems when I give that answer. Obviously it could be an action also.
Misalyk pulls out a dagger (move), and throws it at a hag (action).Attack: Unable to parse dice roll.
Attack: 24 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. ?
9 damage
Damn the party has been rolling rocks!!!
Despite the bit of cover and the difficult angle, Misalyk manages to strike the remaining witch with a thrown dagger.
The party has truth, justice, and customer outrage(Barnaby ate the pies right?) on their side.
feinting attack again 22 if that hits 8 plus 2 damage
reroll on damage 1 10 plus 10 for crit
total damage 19
I don't think I've ever rerolled a 1 for damage and gotten anything but 2
