Success so I can still use Bless again for the second check.
Con check 2 21 plus 4
also Heavy Armour Master reduces the damage from barely alive to bloodied!
Njal smiles in the face of the attack, his own skill at arms lessening the impact somewhat. Launching an uppercut with his warhammer he attempts to end the battle with a single blow.
Man... monks are hard. How can a concept be so cool but lack so much. My ki points meant nothing, my damage meant nothing, and I cant survive in melee. Wtf are my options.
I've got to say monks do seem to lack in some (lots of) ways for this type of thing, if I'd had any other feat though I'd have been on 1hp not 7 at the end, and I hadn't taken any damage previously.
I'd imagine most classes struggle at different times in terms of power levels. I think the war cleric starts out fairly strong but by level 5 the spells will be nice but the single attack will start to hurt against other classes like fighters and pallys, and casters gain so many great options that I can see it becoming very difficult for Njal - but then monks do seem even harder to play in comparison!

Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
Clerics will never struggle in this format. You picked a full caster with high AC and heals. Please enjoy your easy mode. I just hope my next map has a place to hide.
(I don't think monks are bad per say, it's just for this format any PC that can wear Plate is going to have a significant advantage at 2nd level. The token essentially enabled all the PCs with heavy armor proficiency a big step up. Everyone has the basically the same attack bonus, it's the opponent AC and buffs that are making the difference. And any caster on a team that can buff/debuff is going to play a big part in the outcome.)
(Is that the end of the match? Will a level 1 match be queued up next?)
(No. He doesn't need to load anything.)
(For some reason forgot your AC, HOWEVER: 3)
(It still hits because of bless.)
(He's firing a shot as an action and stowing his bow as a free action. No bonus action needed.)
