D1 watches pleasantly as D2 freezes solid and shatters. You can hear screaming coming from as Drannin realizes he is trapped, and roasting alive.
Wall of Fire damage 41 (with an added 1d8 since you have literally created an oven that will get hotter and hotter. It'll be 7d8 next round)
D4 and D5 watch in abject horror as their mercenary friend D3, melts in front of them while wailing. They both turn, and dash -- 30 feet to the top of the ampitheatre, and then 20 feet away from it.
Klong ponders the situation. He had all sorts of ideas regarding tactics and group coordination. But everyone seems intent on attacking the dwarves that are already charmed. He starts to think something to the group, and realizes that it just doesn't matter. With a shrug, he goes back to the first dwarf and bangs at it with his hammer. "I guess sometime no think too much, just bang best plan," he remarks with equanimity.

Glim momentarily considers entreating the others to stop and let the poor beleaguered dwarf in front run away with the other mercenaries --- their quarrel is with Drannin, after all, not his hired help. But after a quick cost-benefit analysis he decides that the downside of potentially allowing the poor soul attack and potentially disrupt one of the spells confining and roasting the leader is quite high, and after all, if the merciful Klong is willing to keep attacking, what moral authority does Glim have to stand in the way? And given the injuries he has already sustained, perhaps a quick death is the more merciful approach anyway (he rationalizes after the fact).
And so, instead, he launches another fire bolt toward the man.
The clapping Dwarf's gleeful face quickly turns to misery, as a claw rakes a sharply across his abdomen, leaving a huge wound. He barely has enough to process the idea "But, he is my friend? Why is he..." or snap out of his hypnotic state when the big scary looking man in front of him sweeps low with his war hammer, breaking his legs. Now, almost back to his sense he registers the gravity of the situation and the doom that has befallen his fellow mercenaries. He begins to open his mouth to beg for mercy but any syllable that might have escaped is silenced as a staggeringly large bolt of fire approaches his head. He narrowly moves his head in time, and realizing that only more pain and suffering await him, yells "WELCOME ME, GREAT HANSEATH" and plunges his sword into the gaping wound in his stomach, ending his own life.

Fionula
Across the telepathic link, you hear Fionula singing to herself in her head while she works. It's a disturbing children's rhyme about mice catching a cat and roasting it on a spit. She may not be aware that she's doing this.
"The kitty cat used to say meow But now the kitty cat says ow!"
OOC > I'm not sure about the layout here, but Fionula will try to use her angle to cut the distance to the dashing D4 and D5, moving 30'. If she can get within 30' of them, she will cast Charm Person on them. Wis save with Advantage DC 16. If she cannot get close enough to them, she will pop off three EB's at D4: 19 to hit, for 14 dmg; 15 to hit, for 5 dmg; 24 to hit, for 12 dmg;
The fleeing mercenaries suddenly stop in their tracks excited to see their good friend Fi, who they only just realized was here. "Oh Hi! We were just.... i'm not sure what we were doing. I think we were going to get some meat to roast at the fire? Do you want some too?"
OOC > Not her turn, but posting for color and planning, no actual action...
She smiles warmly at the two dwarves. "No need, guys, there's plenty of meat roasting on that fire. C'mon, let's go round the amphitheater, don't mind the screaming, and let's go see an old friend of yours."
Through the mind link she'll say, << Hey guys, I sweet-talked the two dwarves trying to get away, we're gonna go meet up with Tallios for some exposition. You all finished there yet? >>
As she returns (next round, I guess, when it is her turn) she'll glance into the amphitheater to make sure all is good. I'll update then.

The smell of burnt meat permeates the air as the Wall of Force expires. With the fire extinguished you can see that all that is left is scorched ground, 2 charred skeletons, and a lump of deformed metal.
"Well, that was gruesome," Glim remarks, relatively non-chalant considering the horrific scene, as he emerges from behind his rock and starts shuffling toward the charred bodies. "Pity we wound up melting this thing beyond recognition," he says, glancing over the lump of metal. "I should've liked to study it. I suppose discovering a journal with some insights into old Drannin's connections and motivations is right out as well. Ah well. Well I suppose we should see whether any of their possessions managed to survive," he says, waving a hand toward the corpses and extinguishing any remaining flames, before sending a spectral purple hand toward the bodies to lift up pieces of bone so he can get a look underneath for any items that managed to withstand the oven.
Klong looks at his party members with a mixture of admiration, shock, and horror. Especially the affable looking human druid that disemboweled two dwarves while simultaneously roasting another alive. "Klong maybe should stay in music business," he thinks to himself as he observes the gnome methodically digging through piping hot remains to look for items of value.
Fionula will nod satisfactorily as she leads her new friends past the charnel pit amphitheater back to where the stashed Tallios.
"Hey Boo!" she says when she gets here. "I brought some new friends. These are Durr and Duff." She did not ask them their names. "You probably smell what all happened back there, so I'm pretty sure we don't need this anymore." She says a word in Infernal, and the Iron Bands of Binding open and then collapse into a ball again. She picks it up and stows it away.
"So, what do we all know about where the axe is and what we can expect in there? Tell us everything you know." She looks around at her new friends.

Tallios gasps for breath and rubs his muscles. "YOU PEOPLE, are completely goddamn mental. Drannin paid me to pretend to be the idiot and bring you here. That's all I know. They stashed the nerd in a shed back in Yartar"
"Yeah, and I thought I was the bad one!" She smiles sweetly. "Thanks, Tallios, you've been a good friend. I can't imagine you want any part of this, so you're free to go. But I'll make you a deal. Don't ever cross us, or I'll find you and nothing you've seen yet will compare to the party we'll have then!" She blinks a couple of times at him, then makes a shooing motion with her fingers.
"Okay then," she turns to the rest of the party. "Durr and Duff here are gonna be our best friends for a little less than an hour," she turns to them, "Don't worry guys, we'll be friends forever, you and I." Then back to the others. "I say we ask them to take a look down hole number 1 for us. We can send Swifty, or Minerva, or Lucy with them, though I think Swifty would really like to go" Swifty does not look like he wants to go.
