Perspicacious wonders what Nuckelavee meant when she spoke to her. Somehow these creatures were seeing past the facades they wore. She puts the experience aside for a moment to focus on the matter at hand. Ted, still excited from his encounter with the mutant turtles who spoke his language, seems to be further enticed by their entrance into the arcade. He reaches into his pockets for spare change, but only finds the Mammon Coin. "Whoah, I wonder how many quarters this will get me,"he says aloud. What? No, put that back!Perspicacious tries to control the body, but Ted seems determined. He walks towards the prize counter to try and get change for the gold coin. Why aren't you listening to me! We need that! Ted seems oblivious, however, as he plunks the coin down on the counter. "Arcade dude, would you please exchange this for all the quarters you can part with?"asks Ted.
April watched the four brothers go with a fond look as Jean silently seethed, reminded of a day long ago. Captured again. Useless to her friends and allies. The reporter-yet-also-guardswoman looked for a way to rejoin her comrades.
April doesn't have to think too hard; you are already reunited! We can carry forward your brains roll of 21 for a later date. (As a reminder: Tony, you still have a ghost burning a hole in my pocket from your drum... attempt)
The five of you carry Major Miles down the stairs of the apartment building and into the back of the Ecto-3. Ruhi climbs into the driver's seat. "I will take him to Brooklyn General as fast as I can. We wouldn't want him to to become a ghost himself. Ha ha ha ha," she laughs- incredibly naturally.
Before they departed, Miles grabs Patrick by the collar and says, "I've seen too much, sir... Got in a couple of good shots, though. I plugged that two-headed bastard good before the reporter stabbed it in the chest with that magic sword of hers..." He coughs wetly. "Hey, do we have health insurance with this gig, or-" Patrick slams the door and walks away.
You walk into the 'De Vilish Arcade', and you notice that one or two of the neon lights on the sign have burnt out ...
You're greeted by an overwhelming sight. Perhaps fifty children aged 8-29 walk around the interior of the crowded space. All manner of gleaming boxes line the walls, each labeled with fantastical titles, like: Pac-Man The Tower Centipede Mouse Island Sky Castle! Dragon's Lair
The people inside are engaged with these strange devices, and onlookers cheer or groan (laughingly) at the competitors' performances. No crowd is larger than the one surrounding the most fanciful box in the room, though...
Standing 7ft high and seemingly gilded top to bottom, a gold-enshrined screen and controls for TWO players is situated in the center of the arcade. 'MAMMON'S GOLD' is emblazoned across its top, and a smiling, fat, yellow demon's face overlooks the entire arcade from its perch at its crest.
Tony pats whosever nearest on the butt, “Alright, you guys figure out how this is gonna go, I’m gonna go flex on some preteen nerds.” He makes his way to Sky Castle.

"Arcade dude, would you please exchange this for all the quarters you can part with?"asks Ted.
The arcade dude (whose nametag reads 'Kreezie') scratches absently at a zit while reading a Nintendo Power magazine. He glances up at the sound of the heavy coin hitting his plexiglass countertop...
...And he nearly falls out of his chair. "Whoa. I mean, WHOA! Where did you... Hey, you're gonna want to save that for Mammon's Gold, right? Don't you want to play for the 'Archmage's Prize'?"
Tony pats whosever nearest on the butt, “Alright, you guys figure out how this is gonna go, I’m gonna go flex on some preteen nerds.” He makes his way to Sky Castle.
Jason steps up to Sky Castle! and plunks a quarter into the slot.
A truly choice young man with greasy blond hair and a thrift store army jacket snorts...
...then plunks a quarter into the player 2 slot. He eyes Tony up and down. "Alright, Tiny Dancer. Why don't we tango? We'll say that whoever gets the high score after flying robot armada wins."
Dermott snorks. "Man, whatever. Put up or shut up." The two of you play Sky Castle! a co-op game with stunning 16-bit graphics. Your characters weave their ways their way through a darkened castle, avoiding traps and fighting bats, skeletons, and a large watery beast. You make your way outside and jump into flying crafts, blasting rocket-propelled robots as an enormous stone giant attempts to swat you down.
Unfortunately, Dermott manages to outmaneuver you. Your craft is knocked out of the sky, and your greasy blond counterpart throws his hands in the air, victorious.
"Huh huh huh huh," he chortles as he takes a rattling swig from his Big Gulp. "Better luck next time, Tiny," he says. He wanders into the crowd.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Patrick jerks aside reeling in disgust as these little humans rub past. He doesn't think he'll be much good at these games, and he's not sure he can stand the smell of these sweaty grease balls either.
He looks over the room looking for any further signs if their foe (Brains: 5(6))
He spots someone interesting in any case. He leans toward April, "Let's head back." He says with a sly grin.

He walks to the Mammon’s Gold game.

Ted looks over at the Mammon's Gold machine, "Right on! Yeah, that's awesome,"he says, and scoops up the mammon coin to Perspicacious' relief. This Archmage Prize has her interest though, so she makes sure to keep reminding Ted about it. In the meantime, Ted goes over to Bateman and asks, "Dude, it would be most excellent if I could borrow some quarters to play these most righteous games. And if you don't have quarters, I'm sure my dude Kreezie over there could hook you up!"Perspicacious rolls her eyes, inwardly, again, it's becoming quite a habit with this leap. What is the appeal of these loud, obnoxious machines? She thought the skippers were bad.
"My place" Patrick responds with a devious (malicious) grin, but before he starts for the door, Ted joins them. With an exasperated sigh, he reaches into Patrick's pockets and fishes out Bateman's money clip. Amaruve examines the odd paper money for a moment before giving one of the sheets to Ted. He watches from across the room as Tony approaches Mammon's Gold.
Ted approaches Tony at Mammon's Gold after taking Patrick's money and exchanging it for quarters which now weigh down his vest fairly heavily. "Who cares! His money's good anywhere, right?"exclaims Ted. He jingles the quarters joyously, then takes a closer look at the Mammon's Gold machine. "Whoah... have you played this before?"

Tony and Perspicacious step up to Mammon's Gold. It's... pretty incredible. Kreezie has a panel open on the side from which he is emptying the coin collector. "Gotta clear out the quarter bucket twice a night!" He says with a grin. "I've never seen a game this popular before. You guys gonna play co-op?" He gestures to the controller deck. Sure enough, this game is intended for 2 players, complete with a pair of strange visors. "It's pretty crazy. They're calling it 'VR', apparently it's just the second one in the whole world after 'Virtuality'. Good luck!" You both don your VR visors and insert four 'quarters' to begin.
Tony, you quickly realize that your PowerGlove's control set is perfectly synced with the game... Amaruve and Jean continue to flirt nearby. Meanwhile Fiorello floats aimlessly through the arcade, distracted by something. He tries to catch your attention before you begin to play.
"Friends, a word of warning: I sense a demonic presence and an aura of intense necromantic energy surrounding this place... within that device, specifically. I have no doubt that we are in the right place. Please, though, be careful!"
(Okay! We're playing Mammon's Gold! Tony, roll 'Video Games'. Perspicacious, you'll roll 'Moves'. The object of the game is to make your way all the way through the maze to the end. There are plenty of obstacles, though. Traps, snakes, and ghosts. Roll well and you bypass the obstacle. Fail, and you have the option to use a power boost to get past it instead. Run out of power boosts, though... We'll cross that bridge when we come to it. Go get that gold!)
