Seth saw as Toxic pulled the lever and they had won, smirking. So even with no longer being Suggested to do so, he still surrendered anyways. He was very surprised when Anastasia suddenly hugged him and Khan. He read her lips, knowing that she was saying that we did it. He nodded back, grinning and thrilled that they won this first reward challenge. This should show those on Iklida that Veluth will not go down so easily, planning to keep crushing them until practically none of them are left.
LeShanna runs to her tribe that did not participate and attempts to start a group hug, ushering over Toxic and Whisper. "It's okay, guys, we did our best. This is just motivation for the immunity challenge. At least none of us are going home."
Niver walks slowly over to the other. “Well, at least we tried guys.” Clearly Niver is disappointed in the loss but has learned a lot during the challenge.
Stonetree looks at Van with disgust. "Only the weak surrender." Then he sighs and looks at Toxic for a moment. "I don't agree with your decision, but you did good. Picking the right person for the right task. I couldn't have done it better. You seem to understand magic at least. I see now, that is important in a leader. Ill fight for you. Just don't you ever surrender on me, or my maul may not be satisfied by trashing structures!"
Can Von not dismiss Stolas at the end of the contest? Because it seems like Anastasia is being penalized despite the fact that she won, especially since she doesn't have the resources to cast Find Familiar over and over again and it would make her useless as a Pact of the Chain if she doesn't have a familiar.
Anastasia looks over at Stonetree and then back to her team. "You all wouldn't have done that if I had pulled the lever, right?"

Xan chuckles with a hefty bass in his voice. "We win and lose together! We voted for leader, so really, it was the tribe's decision to place someone as leader, so the tribe is responsible for the lever being pulled at all. That's how I see it. If you had pulled the lever, I would consider it all of our decision."
Jennwyn - She cheers and runs to join her tribe in celebration. "Thank you Khan, Anastasia, and Seth! You three have brought our tribe great honor."
Kurot - You see a faint smirk from the dwarf when Toxic pulls the lever. He high fives any of his teammates he crosses paths with on his way to look over the obstacle course and puzzle.
Lith - Remains stoic and straight faced, but does join his team in celebration.
IKLIDA NPC:
Amunet - "You will receive no quarrel from me Toxic. Any logical person would have done the same in your situation. You waited until you had no choice." The tabaxi places a hand on Whisper's shoulder, "You did your best, friend."
"I'm glad that you see it that way, Xan. And I'm glad that we could bring honor to the tribe today. I knew that I made the right decision when I chose Khan and Seth to represent us in the competition. And Stolas did well too. I'll have to bring him back and let him know how good he's been."

As the tribe's reform back on their respective mats, Von stands before them.
"So VELUTHE waiting for you back at camp is your shelter building kit, fishing gear, 20 eggs, and your flint. IKLIDA, at your shelter you've got your fishing kit. Now, are you guys ready for the first twist of the season? Things work a little differently here on the island. You may notice your energy and magic doesn't quite replenish the way it normally does. You'll see what I mean."
Von throws a wrapped piece of parchment to IKLIDA and to VELUTHE.
"These are maps to your camp, head there and start building your shelter. You're going to need it. I will see you in 2 days for the IMMUNITY CHALLENGE."
What Von means by this twist is as follows: You gain the benefits of a short rests each night. Basically turning a short rest into a 24 hour mark. Each dawn, your short rest features are replenished. You gain the benefits of a long rest after each tribal Council, whether your tribe is there or not. That means you do not gain long rest abilities or spell slots back until the night of Tribal Council. So right now, you do not regain any long rest abilities or spell slots. Those that have used short rest abilities, will get them back before the Immunity Challenge.
Now as far as hit points go, you can spend any hit die you have at any time, except in challenges, just let me know you are doing so. Also, LeShanna you have temporary hit points because you were brought to 0. All temporary hit points are removed after the challenge is concluded. Additionally, if you have ANY points of exhaustion, you regain half the amount of hit points you normally would, and half the amount of spell slots. This game uses an exhaustion scale of 8, instead of the traditional 6. That is why things like food and reward are so important in this game, as they can reduce your exhaustion level.
At your camps, you each have a SET portion of rice to last you until the end of the game. You cannot get more rice. So you need to ration. If you run out of rice, it WILL NOT be good. More on the rice later.
For anything I've mentioned here do we have any questions? It seems a little complicated lol but you guys don't have to do much on your end. I will keep up to date on your rice rations as well as everyone's exhaustion levels.
(OOC) And with that knowledge I sure am happy I wasted a rage for flavor xD
Stonetree looks worried at his team. "Well, this seems good to me. I know this is bad news for some of you, and I want us to win this, so tell me if you need assistance with anything. For now, let's not waste your magic on lesser things. We have 2 days preparation let's make the most of it!" He smiles at Toxic. "Let's win this!"
Anastasia takes the map and begins to lead her tribe to their camp. "Well, let's get going. Dinner sounds good and I don't know about the rest of you, but I could use some time to recuperate from today's challenge."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
VELUTHE and IKLIDA walk in single file line, someone is carrying their tribe flag on a pole as they make their way to the mats. They see Von standing in front of them, holding his goblet of wine.
“Are you ready for your first IMMUNITY CHALLENGE of the season?” Von hears the various forms of ‘yes’. “For this challenge, the tribes will battle in full-out combat. Starting at opposite ends of a 20x10 grid, a battle will commence between tribes. You have access to all of your weapons, armor, spells, and abilities. As this is live combat, you may feel like you’ve had enough. You can bow out of this challenge. This is hard, this is meant to test your resolve. This is an individual game, there is only one winner. However, will you stay in for as long as you can to help your tribe win, or will you take an early exit to benefit yourself in the long term. The choice is yours. The losers of the challenge will go back to their camp and spend some time together and also have a date with me at Tribal Council to vote someone out of their tribe.”
Each tribe member can choose their starting place. Post that INTO YOUR TRIBE PM, NOT HERE!!! If you post it here, you cannot change your mind, and the enemy will know your starting position. Be strategic. Think of where your enemies will start and how you can use that to your advantage. Think of who you want to target first. Friendly Fire is on, so be aware of that. At any point in the combat encounter, you can withdraw from the combat, eliminating yourself from the challenge, but taking no more physical damage. If your hit points reach 0 you suffer 2 levels of exhaustion and lose 2 hit die, or if you do not have 2 hit die, you suffer an additional level of exhaustion, and you will be brought back to consciousness with 5 hit points. When an entire tribe has either withdrawn or been defeated, the other tribe wins immunity. At the end of the player’s turn that damaged you, you may, as a reaction, withdraw from the combat, or on your turn as an action, you may withdraw. Because of the nature of this, there will be no retconning, unless the rules have been broken (i.e. a fireball was cast out of range, someone attacked twice when they could only attack once). Any questions? If you understand these rules, please roll initiative. There will be a picture of a beach in the background for flavor and does not represent difficult terrain or anything.

"Toxic pulls the lever for IKLIDA! VELUTHE wins REWARD!"
Von runs over to the VELUTHE tribe. Von snaps his fingers and all active spells drop. Silence ends and Stolas vanishes.
(Everyone can now act as normal. Please explain reactions to the lever being pulled and the result)
