Because there is no way to do a tie-breaker for this challenge, initiative will be standard and whoever places the last piece for their tribe in first, in terms of the initiative order, will win the challenge.
I can make clarifications as we go. Feel free to say what you are doing on your turn, but once you post, you are locked in. The turns will happen in the following order, regardless of when you post your turn.
Susan and her Bats will be sitting out of this Challenge. (I will remove the numbers next to your names in initiative starting with round 2, but I just wanted to be transparent with the order and in regards to the tie-breaker rolls. Additionally, I will update the map every so often, even if the round has not yet concluded.
INITIATIVE - Round 1:
(18) Torinn- Clears 1st gap and assists LeShanna
(17) Niver - Clears 1st gap
(16 - 19) Anastasia
(16 - 7) Kurot - Rages and clears 1st Gap
(15 - 17) Xan - Clears 1st gap and assists someone else
(15 - 5) Stripes - Clears 1st gap
(15 - 4) Seth - Clears 1st gap
(13) Amunet - Casts bless on Toxic, Niver, Stonetree, and LeShanna and clears 1st gap.
(11 - 13) LeShanna - Casts haste falls at 1st gap, but succeeds on second attempt.
(11 - 6) Lith - Clears 1st gap.
(10) Toxic - Clears 1st gap, falls at 2nd gap, and attempts 2nd gap again.
It requires an Athletics check to jump across the gap in the net. Also, as a reminder, the net is considered difficult terrain. The first 5 feet are not, then it's 10 feet of net to get to the first gap, meaning to attempt the first gap, you must have at least 25ft movement speed, which everyone should. If you have 35 ft of movement or more, you can continue further on the net. You don't need to be super specific with your movement, just say in a broad sense where you're moving.
Yes, everyone will need to make their own way through the course and have to make their own checks. Anyone can help if your description of your helping makes sense. As soon as anyone makes it to the next obstacle they can begin working. (For example, as soon as anyone has cleared the net, that person can then begin retrieving the bags if they have the means to do so). Once the bags are retrieved, anyone can then start placing them in the wheelbarrow and begin pushing. So it is possible to complete this challenge without your whole tribe even at the puzzle, obviously the more people you have at your puzzle helping the higher your chances of winning are.
If all the bags are retrieved by the time someone gets through the net, they can pass.
Sorry, also need to clarify something I forgot. You cannot teleport in this challenge.
Xan will attempt to jump across the first gap: Athletics: 22 and my bonus action will be to help Anastasia. If I clear it then I'm reaching out my hand, if not then I'm pushing her as she jumps across.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Toxic will attempt to jump past the Gap ( acrobatics:9. If you need athletics, subtract 6., ) and then will proceed to dash twice (once as a bonus action) to get as far as he can. If there are any more gaps, tell me. I can’t tell.

It is athletics to jump, you definitely do still clear it. The second gap is a little wider, but if you dash you can make it to just after the second gap if you clear it. Make another athletics check.
So if you fail a jump, you actually fall to the floor. There is a nearby ladder that brings you back up to the place you previously were, but it takes some movement to do. I would say your dash lets you get back to where you were, but you cannot make a 3rd jump attempt this turn.

So it isn't an action to attempt a jump? In that case Torinn will jump and then use an action to reach out for LeShanna as she attempts to jump across. Athletics: 19
120 feet total with move, action dash, and bonus dash - 70 feet to attempt the second gap, another 20 feet to get from the floor to the ladder, another 20 ft to climb it and back. So actually, I miscounted, you could attempt the 2nd gap, but would run out of movement whether you fall or land.

So if I understand correctly, everyone is going to have to traverse the obstacle course?

Haven’t used this account in forever. Still a big fan of crawling claws.
LeShanna will have advantage on her 1st athletics check.
However, Xan, Anastasia moves before you, so you would have to choose someone else if you want to give them advantage on the first gap.

Oh lol duh! That makes sense. I will change my help to Khan then.
Khan will run and attempt to jump across the first gap, "Thanks bud," saying to Xan as he reaches out for Khan's hand - Athletics: 19
So it isn't an action to attempt a jump? In that case Torinn will jump and then use an action to reach out for LeShanna as she attempts to jump across. Athletics: 19
Correct, no action is required to jump across as it is considered part of your movement.

(An 80ft tall ladder? What? Geez.... 40ft of movement doesn’t get ya much, does it?)
