"What's all this racket about?!" you hear as a reply, in Elvish, from the other side of the door. A heavily armored elf then opens the door, longsword brandished. Behind him is a cloaked goblin with a ceremonial dagger. There is also a trap door (not hidden like the previous one).
"Okay so we're doing this," Soar says under her breath as Kiric shouts unexpectedly and the arrow flies. "Hope this doesn't turn into a catastrophe!"
She'll move up to the elf and ready her warhammer attack (Attack: 14 Damage: 13) if he does anything that looks like an attack. She also says in Elvish to Skazic, "what are you doing in this barrow?"
Necromancer:
Soar will walk just at the edge of the light cast by Kierro's cantrip, trusting that the more stealthy folks can stay well out of the light and stay hidden. She doesn't imagine that a paladin of Kelemvor will be able to hide from a necromancer and she has her warhammer at the ready, serving as bait in a sense. The trap being that she'll try to make it seem like she's trying to hide but failing and staying lit from the cantrip.
She will periodically cast divine sense to look for undead (she can do this four times so she'll wait for an opportunity where things seem unearthly quiet, or if she senses movement somewhere). She'll try to guide the group to places in the City of the Dead that seem like probably areas for a necromancer to want to steal bodies - rarely-visited ancient graveyards/mausoleums especially, but also recently-buried plots.
"Kelemvor is my god, he is the lord of the dead and the judge of the damned. His approach is a bit less scary and terrifying like those old gods of the dead. He's got a much better bedside manner and wants people to understand death as a natural part of life so they don't have to be so afraid of it. Also he tells his acolytes to go a wipe the undead from the face of Faerun like the poisonous scum they are!"
As she finishes her eyes alight with a green-blue hue that almost seems supernatural.
"So I try to follow his teachings the best I can and go out to do good in his name. My teachers and fellow acolytes at the chapterhouse don't seem very social or to enjoy conversation too much, and I think some of them hold to the old fearful and woe-to-us approach that really I think Kelemvor doesn't like. Or at least I hope he doesn't."
The elf takes Asmodai's arrow, which hits a weak spot in his plate armor! In elvish, "Agh, just who the hell are all of you?" To Soar, who just struck him with her warhammer, he responds, "What am I doing here, what are you doing here?!"

(Goblin Witchdoctor's Initiative: 15)
(Asmodai and Soar's attacksgoes off because it was a reaction; Asmodai, Soar, Kierro, Kiric and anyone else taking part need to roll initiative before we continue.)
(Alright, Soar didn't hit him with her warhammer; doesn't affect much since the attack missed anyway, but yeah, it's definitely ambiguous whether the elf was seeking to attack or just defend himself. The truth is probably somewhere in-between.)
[Elf's Turn]
"I can't deal with this! Time to burn!" He casts Burning Hands in the direction of the door you all just opened. Everyone take 7 fire damage unless you roll a dex save of 12 or better; normally it would be save for half but because you're through the doorway if you're quick enough you can avoid the flames completely.
[Asmodai, Soar and Kierro's turns, then the witchdoctor.]

Asmodai's arrow flies straight at the Elf.

Kiric pulls out his arcane focus, and fires an Eldritch Blast at the elf.

Kiric tries jumping away from the flames, but trips forwards instead, getting burned by the flames.
(Rule is always round down I believe.)
Asmodai hits Skazic the elf with another arrow; he is bleeding profusely but still standing.
(I hope I don't die. I'm at 7/17 now...)
That's what I usually go with, but I've had DM's who round up. so I always ask.

Kierro barely dodges out of the flames.
“That’s MY thing!” he yells in Elvish.
