As Tiro and Zin (and who else) search this room they spot several large kitchen knives (dagger equivalents) and several cleavers (hand-axe equivalents). There is also a single door out in the far wall.
"Grab tools.." Thrash would croak while pointing to the different blades before crossing his arms and letting out a low growl. "no food here...." The lizardfolk would grumble while the others continued to arm themselves. Once they had taken what they wanted, Thrash would grab a few of the frying pans and any remaining blades and put them in his backpack. "Thrash help get equipment..." He would say gesturing to the nearly naked men "You help Thrash..." he would continue as he finished closing up his pack and drawing his flail once more as the large crocodile skull shield attached to his arm sways like a pendilum.
Tiro grabs a knife and while doing so says to Thrash "Was there any other door out from your room?" He then says to Vhon "I think we can arm ourselves but we'd better start planning what to do next. I don't think they'll leave us alone much longer."

"You are right, we are on borrowed time as it is."Vhon replies, as he takes a dagger for himself. "We need to get the jump on them before they get warned we are here. Thrash, do you know the layout of the ship? What is nearby? If we can take a few out at a time, and not charge blindly around every corner we might be able to overwhelm them before we get noticed." Vhon pauses to see if Thrash can outline the layout of the ship.

Thrash would nod and after putting his flail in his belt.. he would grab one of the kitchen knives and begin carving a layout the the parts of the ship that he knows into the wooden table nearby. He would place an X on their current location and a couple of O's where his two lizardfolk clan members were located in the room not too far away from them. Using other bits from around the room, he would quickly break small cooking utensils to make pieces representing smugglers and other items of interest.. pointing to each one and muttering its name before finishing his engraved map.
(OOC: Not sure exactly how much of the ships layout that Thrash knows but if you wanted to provide a map that reflects what Thrash knows maybe? That might work?)
Thrash knows that he and his companions were staying in the foc'sle of the ship and that there was a door from his room out onto the main deck. He never had a chance to explore much of the ship.
(OOC: is there another door leading out of the kitchen area or is the only way we know of to other parts of the ship at this point through the room with the other lizardfolk.)
"If we wait here for someone to come in we can kill them and I can wear their likeness and explore a little, maybe try and draw a few more into these rooms and take them down too..." Vhon offers up to the group "If anyone has any better idea I'm happy to hear it."

(OOC: If there is a way to the main deck through the kitchen, he would walk out and try to lure someone in. if the only way to the deck is through the lizardfolk, then he would start heading that way..)
Thrash and Hallard would both know that there is a room (the Galley Storeroom) between the Galley and the main deck. In fact it was probably this room that Thrash was looking for when he entered the room where the party was.
Hallard thinks for a moment. "Oi fellas, I think I know a room we can use." He then starts to chuckle, "In fact, it was probably what scaly was looking for."
Thrash would nod in agreement, following behind him with his flail in his hand and shield strapped to his arm. his orange frills scraping the ceiling as his clawed feet clack with every heavy footstep.
Hallard opens the door into a room that is about 10 x 15 feet. The room is festooned with food. From iron hooks set into the ceiling hang three long strings of sausages, a large ham, and a hunk of meat. Against the hull are three sacks. Set against the bulkhead beside the door are a cask and a ceramic jar. Against the other bulkhead are set a large and a small cask and another ceramic jar. There is an opening in the latter bulkhead about three feet square and with its lower edge about three feet above the deck.
Anybody with 5 feet of Thrash please make a Dexterity Saving throw.

Zin grabs a knife for a dagger and a pair of cleavers for handaxes. He'll help load anything else into Thrash's bag.
