Toonary starts about 30 feet away from the door and takes a run at it again trying to ram it with whats left of his horns. (Again if you let it be an attack add 3)
Pieces of broken planking and debris were reinforcing the north doors of this room, whose walls and floor are splattered with bloodstains. A twisted padlock lies at the foot of the northern doors, and the south doors have been nearly ripped from their hinges. Arrow slits are visible in the east wall, shrouded by cobwebs. The west wall displays patches where similar arrow slits have been bricked over.
(Area 7) Stairs rise to a balcony that covers two walls of this vaulted chamber. The balcony stands ten feet above the floor, with heavy crossbeams above reinforcing the twenty-foot-high, slate-tiled ceiling. Here and there, missing ceiling tiles have been covered over with thatch.
A large, rusty tub and a broken wooden frame stand near the staircase. The floor shows splatters of blood and obvious signs of a recent scuffle.
“Do you think that creature has followed someone in here?” Asks Seethe to the others loki f at the recent blood. “Perhaps someone needs help” she says worried.
Maya would nod, sharing the same concern. "It could also be a trap." She'd think as well. "Let us take our time and be prepared for anything." Moving forward with caution, the druid would keep an eye out for any traps or ambushes.
According to the map this room contains several doors. (The Party came through the double doors to the north.) The choices are as follows; To the east a set of double doors and a single door. To the west are two single doors. (One at the end of a fifty foot hallway.) A single door to the south. (There's also the stairs to the balcony.)
(Agree with checking for blood tracking and voices/sounds.)
Entering the room of many doors, Maya would crouch, alert. Her eyes would look alongside Seethe's, scanning for any traces of blood that'd direct them through a door. She'd also take some time to hold an ear up to each door to listen for any sounds or voices. Should there be nothing, she'd nod in agreement to take the double doors Seethe suggested.
This large hall has a vaulted ceiling that rises to nearly thirty-feet at its center. The area is dominated by a flagstone hearth at the north end and a twenty-foot high balcony to the south, supported by rickety looking posts. High windows are set into the east and west wall, which also have door sized holes smashed through them at either end of the balcony.
The shattered remnants of a large trestle table and a pair of benches litter the center of the room. Broken crockery is scattered about, along with chunks of food.

Not sure what to add to this roll bit I want to see how bad the food is, how old it is.
1 most things that make sense to me would be a 0, med would be +7 and perception would be a +4, but I really don't know if I would ask for either one of them for this.

Toonary forces the barricaded doors open.

You notice numerous humanoid tracks in the blood, and dirt streaking the chamber's floor.

(Maya) Among the tracks, you discern more than a dozen individual sets of tracks, with some outlined with a thick crust of salt.
I am assumeing that it is pointed out to us all.
"Maybe we go?"

(Maya would absolutely share the knowledge with the group.)
Nodding in agreement, Maya would lead the way.

Where do you head?
(Does the blood makes a tread towards another room? in that case I would say in that direction. If not, then the double doors? )

(Seethe) You notice a set of tracks, but it's unclear in which direction they lead.
(Maya) You listen at the double doors along the east wall. You no movement, or voices indicating the area behind the doors is occupied.
Toonary walks to the doors that Seethe sugested and open them up.
