Soar, you can detect signs of humanoids coming and going, and fairly recently. You can't be certain how many or whether they finally left and didn't return though. You can't find any evidence of the dragon leaving, though you're not sure what evidence it would have left.
There are few animals around here at the moment; a small creature somewhat like a weasel glares at you suspiciously, and comments that there seem to be a lot of great galumphing creatures around these days - it might be referring to the cultists, or perhaps to you.
Tangle, you do see some disturbance in the plants around the pool, suggesting the splash the might accompany a dragon entering or leaving. Fairly recent, though it might be just before or just after your visit to the cave last time. You do detect more solid signs of the cultists, and are confident that a decent number left in the last day or so and did not return.
En is reluctant to speak much about the feywild, and only speaks enough to say that they only know a little of Tangle and nothing they wish to discuss.
Tangle is clearly impatient. “The dragon and the cultists are gone, or at least many of them. There are signs,” she will relate what she has found (see DM post above). “I will go in, as we did before. But it is perhaps best if you do not follow.” She pointedly does not look at Soar as she says this. “I will scout, only, I have no wish to die again.”
If nobody objects, she will get ready to swim under the waterfall.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Tangle dives in, as quietly as she can, and enters the same cave complex that you all saw before.
Right now, Tangle is at the entrance only; she sees nothing she didn't see before, but has a limited view to the rest of the lair. Give me a Stealth check please.
Back on the other side of the pool, what's everyone else doing? And where's Candelabra these days?
Soar tries to suggest Bazavur inspire Tangle before she goes in, and for either her or Jalt to cast shield of faith on her. Candelabra doesn’t come up the hillside by the waterfall with Soar - she has him stay out in the brush in front of the pool and listen for anything coming or going. He can graze and otherwise act like a normal elk. They check in a couple times a minute. What is En doing?
Tangle, you see well, and are unseen. There's not much here to see - the tunnel is empty, and you would need to venture further in to see more.
En is hovering, minding their business, keeping an eye on you, the pool and the forest. They don't seem ill at ease, just a little concerned at the proximity to potential danger.
Tangle definitely heads in, turning right at the pool to look in the area where the last Arrow of Slaying landed (and pick it up if she is lucky enough to find it), then moving along the pool to the hallway that leads to where the cultist captain came from. She will keep going until she notices something dangerous.

As Tangle slips into the water, Bazavur pulls out a candle, lights it, and stares at the dancing flame for a few moments and seems as though he’s listening to it. After which he snuffs the candle and sets it back in its pouch once the wax has hardened again.
Tangle enters the pool room, finding no-one at all. She searches, but does not find the Arrow of Slaying or any other weapons or useful items. However, as she approaches the tunnel that leads to where the cultists seemed to be making camp, she hears voices - in common, though too muffled for her to understand unless she gets closer.
Tangle remains unheard. She moves along the tunnel, and now hears the voices, speaking in a language she has heard, but does not speak herself - draconic. There are at least three voices - two female and one male, and there is a light source - a flickering torch or lamp perhaps - that casts the shadow of at least two humanoids where she can see it on the tunnel wall.
Approaching further would put her in direct line of sight of the speakers, and she would almost certainly be seen without some kind of magical concealment.
Tangle will sneak back the way she came, into the main cave with the pool.
Stealth (igl): 29
Back by the pool, she scratches marks in the floor where the tunnel from the waterfall comes in. Three stick figures, and an arrow indicating the direction of the chamber where she heard them. Then she stands and gauges the distance from the southeastern tip of the island to the ledge from which the dragon came. 30 feet or less? If yes, she will get on to the island and Fey Step to the ledge. If it is too far, she will move to scout the narrow tunnel that leaves this chamber directly west.
Bazavur enters the dragon's lair - less stealthily than Tangle, but seemingly without being noticed.
Tangle marks the floor with stick figures. The dragon came from the lake - presumably there's another underwater tunnel that leads to its main lair, though I don't think you've seen that directly. There is a high ledge to the south-west, which I also believe you have not yet explored.
Standing at the entrance with his newly acquired glaive in hand Bazavur stands quietly listening intently to his surroundings. (Though with my roll of 7, I doubt I can hear anything besides the waterfall and my own breathing)
There's a glow of light from the outside filtering through the pool - enough to see in dim light so long as you don't advance further into the lair. But you don't see or hear anything of note.

En does not wish to enter the dragon's lair alone, and says so, politely but firmly.

Bazavur watches silently as Tangle departs back into the cave, hoping that this trip goes better than their last trip.

Tangle has her new bow out, an arrow loosely nocked (so, no shield, AC 16).

Tangle considers her options. If the swim looks challenging, she'll turn to the high ledge and consider whether her Fey Step can get her there.

The swim looks okay; there's no current, though she can't be sure how far the tunnel goes.
The high ledge is 25 feet up, so yes, she can reach it if she stands at the bottom.
