Chill follows the others. "I'm not sure forcing this woman from her home was the best idea, but I should have spoken up sooner. I'm too late now. I hope this works out."

Catching up to the woman, Chip would pull out his lute and give his companions a quick wink back over his shoulder. "perhaps a song will brighten up you day" He would say with a smile as the dancing lights seem to materialize around the two of then an slowly rotate around the dragonborn and woman as Chip begins to play as he walks.
"Hey there, Adabra Please return to Phandlin city We're a thousand miles away But, girl, tonight you look so pretty Yes, you do Phandlin can't survive without you I swear, it's true
Hey there, Adabra Don't you worry about the distance I'm right here if you get lonely Give this song another listen Close your eyes Listen to my voice, it's your guide I'm by your side
Oh, it's what you do to me Oh, it's what you do to me Oh, it's what you do to me Oh, it's what you do to me What you do to me"
Chip would sing as the spheres of lights form hearts and cute animal shapes while dancing along the road to town...
A couple hours later you find yourselves back in town. Adabra leads you to Harbin Wester's home, her anger has yet to wear off. She bangs on the door and demands that he open up, but he refuses to do so.
"You worthless coward, you can't even open your door and you send these thugs to abduct me from my home! You go ahead and live your life in fear, but I will not!"
She then steps to the side. You are able to speak to Harbin and you inform him you brought Adabra back to town as requested. He then begins pushing coins under the door, one at a time until you have your payment of 25 gold pieces.
Adabra looks at you with some disdain,
"Happy now? You did what was asked, you brought me to town. Now good bye!"
And with that she turns around and starts walking south.

"It's dangerous to live alone in the wilderness. We know that you are not a coward, but you should think what it's the best for the village. Stay here, at least for the night and think about it." (Persuasion: 21 ) says Krom to Adabra as she starts walking south.
“We can assure you this is only a temporary inconvenience. Once this dragon has been dealt with, you should be able to return to your home.”

'Part of me thinks it would have been better to go with the old orcish way of knocking her over the head and carrying her...' Rekuberk thinks to himself, making sure that he doesn't voice it as he imagines he would catch up if he did.
"Let her go. We can't keep her and we got our reward. She's free to do as she wants. We need to decide which quest we wish to do next. As for that reward, 25 divided by 6 is 4 gold each right? With 1 gold extra? We could use that extra gold piece to buy us an extra round of drinks tonight, how about it? We need to celebrate, we killed a manticore! I'll bet there aren't too many around here who could say that. Certainly not Harbin. Lets head back to the inn and decide over dinner and drinks what to do next. Garvin said the gnomes are south east, which is probably past Umbrage Hill. We can stop and check on Adabra on the way and make sure she's ok."
Chill watches while the woman walks away,
"Or maybe we leave the extra gold piece at the shrine for luck? Who knows."
“Donation to the Goddess Tymora sounds good to me.” Say Kazri, and she resigns trying to convince the midwife to stay in town.

(If Krom's persuasion didn't stop Adabra from leaving ) "A donation to Tymora sounds good to me too." replies Krom. "Hopefully the Goddess of Luck will watch over the midwife."
"Chill is right, we have defeated a powerful monster, it's time to celebrate. We should also consider our tactics against flying monsters since a Dragon will be even more dangerous than a manticore. It is better if all of us have some mundane way to attack a flying beast. As I was saying on the road before, thanks to Moradin's blessings, I'm able to create/transform metals. Our lass already asked me to craft her a light hammer. If any of you need something done, I can do it tomorrow morning before we leave for our next quest." says Krom heading back to the Inn. "Speaking of our next quest, I think that we should warn the Dwarves about the Dragon. It seems an easy quest for a 50gp reward and it will not be necessary to bring them back like the midwife. We could also check on Adabra on our way south."
Rhogar chuckles to himself. "Anyone stubborn enough to go walking back into danger will be fine on their own, I suppose."Despite the confident grin, it fades rather quickly the longer he watched Adabra walk off. When she finally disappears from sight -- only half listening to the others all the while -- he sighs and follows quietly after Krom and the rest. "Easy? Peh! Who cares if it's easy? The important thing is rather if its the right thing to do or not. Which in this case, it most CERTAINLY is! So much so, in fact, that should we really be taking it easy for the rest of the afternoon knowing the danger their in? I know what I said before, but..." Rhogar trails off there uncertain of what to say.
But he couldn't help but wonder if they would be making up or losing any time by heading right back out or not...
Regardless of what the case may be, if others are not so keen to go just yet, the Bronze scaled dragonborn would grudgingly keep his mouth shut on the matter.

(@DM, As soon we return to the Inn, Krom will go back to his room and using Artisan's Blessing on the 2 gold pieces I received from Kazri will craft her a light hammer. The below scene will play after 1 hour we have returned to the Inn)
Krom returns to the Inn's common room and grinning handles to Kazri the light hammer he has just made, "Take it lass, it will be useful if you have to fight again a flying beast. I hope you like the gold leafes etchings I have added to it, originally I didn't intend to add them, but while I was working on it, I somehow felt that it was the right thing to do so I added them."
"Well, we know the dwarves are to the SW, but where exactly? We may just need to go back to the inn to ask around. Someone will tell us I'm sure. I'll bet people at the Miner’s Exchange know, if that's where prospectors go. The dwarves are prospectors so the folks at the Miner’s Exchange could help us. I'm willing to head there first while we still have daylight."
Chill will head there to see what he can find out about the location of the dwarves.
Kazri sees Krom come back with the weapon he created for her. She stands on attention and bows to the Dwarf. She receives it with both hands. She sees the details that it was put into the weapon. “It is beautiful.” She tested the hammer and she could tell right away it was expertly crafted. “Outstanding craftsmanship Krom. May I name it Firebeard’s Fist?”

While some of the party returns to the inn to rest and discuss the next days plans, Chill wanders over to the Miner's Exchange.
As Chill enters the Miner's Exchange he finds a woman working the desk. Looking around he sees barrels with various mining tools for sale as well and scales and other equipment. The woman introduces herself as Halia Thornton.
"Greetings, what have you found in the mountains today? Business has certainly slowed recently, but there are still many seeking their riches."
*Meanwhile* Krom has plenty of time to rest and work on small projects for the other's.
Once back into town, Chip would make his way to the tavern after receiving his share of the gold. Once there, he would tell the epic tale of how he and his companions rescued a fair maiden from a windmill that was under siege by a vicious manticore! He would repeat the story to anyone that would listen... and each time the manticore got a little bit bigger...All the while going to work with his wood working tools, doing his best to carve a small manticore figurine from a small piece of wood he had picked up on their way back to town.
Chill steps up to the desk and lets his hood fall back off of his head. The chill in the air is unusual for him him having grown up in tropical climates.
"The mountains? I have found nothing in the mountains. I am hoping that you can help me though. Myself and my companions, who are at the inn resting, have been hired by the townmaster to warn the dwarves who have been prospecting in the mountains to the south west that the dragon is about. But we're not familiar with the area and we're hoping someone here could help us by giving us better information of where these dwarves are to be found. Perhaps there is any other news of what it's happening in the mountains?"
"That would be Dazlyn and Norbus that are down there in the mountains. You want to head SW from town. Don't skirt along the foothills and if you end up at Umbrage Hill you are certainly too far east. Go like you are trying to travel straight across the land towards Leilon but just a bit more southerly. They are somewhere about 15 miles due east of Leilon. There aren't too many ways into the mountains so hopefully with a little luck you'll find them. That's the general area but I don't know anything more specific. But be careful. The orcs have come down from the mountains to prey on the lowlands! If Neverwinter doesn’t send help soon, the orcs will overrun Phandalin and destroy everything we’ve worked so hard to rebuild.”
She shows you a map up on the wall of the general area.

Chip draws another crowd to the Stonehill Inn. His tale of the manticore doesn't seem to get old and there is always another person ready to hear the tale. But the party hears nothing new about the dragon.
Assuming Chill returns to the inn after visiting the Miner's Exchange you'll get a long rest and ready to go the next day.
Chill thanks the woman for the directions and returns to the inn. He finds where the others are sitting and shares the information he was given.
"So maybe we can't check on Adabra as we don't want to go that way. And we'll need to be careful. There is a concern of orcs coming down from the mountains. Probably not unusual but hopefully we don't run into any."
