On Chill's turn -
Chill carefully looks around the corner and gets a bead on the woman who was talking and fires a bolt at her from his crossbow. He then ducks behind the wall again hoping she didn;t see where the bolt came from.
Despite giving Kazri a bit of a shouldering to step in and attack Syleen and then step back out, Rekuburk is able to land a couple solid blows. A moment later Syleen takes a solid hit from Chill also. She is very injured from the pair of attacks.
Chip is up - I need clarification of what spell/song he started with

OOC: I started with enthralling performance combined with dancing lights and my billowing cape for effect. At least that was my intent. since it isn't really a spell i cannot link it like other spells. I was going to do a hypnotic pattern if the song failed to make they any more agreeable however.
Enthralling Performance
Starting at 3rd level, you can charge your performance with seductive, fey magic.
If you perform for at least 1 minute, you can attempt to inspire wonder in your audience by singing, reciting a poem, or dancing. At the end of the performance, choose a number of humanoids within 60 feet of you who watched and listened to all of it, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you. While charmed in this way, the target idolizes you, it speaks glowingly of you to anyone who talks to it, and it hinders anyone who opposes you, although it avoids violence unless it was already inclined to fight on your behalf. This effect ends on a target after 1 hour, if it takes any damage, if you attack it, or if it witnesses you attacking or damaging any of its allies.
If a target succeeds on its saving throw, the target has no hint that you tried to charm it.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
"Now I know lots of folks don't like my music but don't you think you are overreacting a bit?" Chip would say as he rakes his claws against the strings of his lute. "Maybe you just need to catch up on your sleep!" The dragonborn would say as he casts the spell in a way to try to only his Jabral
Kazri conjures Nature’s Wrath in the leader (STR or DEX save DC 14). “Listen very carefully. For the last time. Our quarry is not with you. Stand down, or prepare to meet your maker.” (Intimidation: 11)

"She won't listen to words lass, but I guess that she will listen to this!" says Krom chanting an hymn of evocation (Searing Smite) while swinging his warhammer towards Syleen's shield arm.

"Then the hard way it is. My means are limited, but I will TRY to hold back, as much as one can."Rhogar states as pulled out a few stones, enchanted them in a magical exhale, and then sent one flying for Jabal.
Seeing that the two remaining bandits drop their weapons, Krom says to them "As we were trying to say to your leader, our quarrel is with the Dragon, not with you. Leave this place, find some honest work as mercenary or guard somewhere else." The dwarf will take a quick look and Jabral and Seyleen's weapons trying to appraise their quality. He will say to the group "For me they can leave taking the bodies of their friends with them, after removing their armor and weapons of course. I doubt that they have further information about the Dragon."
Rhogar leans over Chip and stage whispers, "I suppose they would only be weighed down by the extra armors and weapons. But... does it FEEL as if we're some sort of brigands making such a request?"He asked, genuinely sounding curious. "I think not, but as I'm still somewhat unfamiliar with customs to the west, I feel that it's prudent to have it cleared up sooner than later." He confesses to a rapidly nodding Ghorar coiled up about his neck.

"Spoils of victory Rhogar, but I guess that if you put it in that light it does not sounds good." replies Krom to Rhogar. If the other party members do not add anything else, the dwarf then says to the surviving bandits "Take the bodies and leave."
"I would see no trouble taking from their corpses. I have no doubt that if the situation was reversed that they would gladly despoil our bodies for even the smallest item of value. But if you wish to let them go as they are then I will not push this further." Rekuberk says as he flicks the blood off of his sword before returning it to the sheathe on his back.
Brakkis looks over at Runa, "Retirement and my dogs, that's what I want. One last easy job she said. Wait for the dragon to leave and steal its treasure, be gone before it returns. I should have retired before this job. I'm too old for this shit."
He spits on the ground as Runa glares at him. "Your dogs be damned fool, its all you ever go on about. Now these mean to send us defenseless into the wilderness and take what is ours. Spoils of victory they says." she retorts.
She looks to the party "Take the dead, We don't want them. Leave us our swords and a horse each and we'll leave. We are no match for the dragon and have no desire to carry carrion off this cursed mountain. We won't bother you, nor draw the dragon's attention. It'll slay us before it does you. We just want to leave. Let us grab our gear and we'll go."
Brakkis quickly nods his assent to this.
