Ellis had suddenly snapped out of it, wondering why he is next to the bell in the front of the boat. He was confused as Liss'ard called him an idiot and told him to ring the bell. Why would he ring it, especially if Liss'ard really wants it to be rung? But then he fell under the Suggestion again, thinking of only ringing the bell as Liss'ard asked him to do.
(OCC: Would love to continue this and as for DMing, might be willing to try it a little)

((Sorry for lack of posting, quite a bit of Xmas related eating and meeting over last few days, and managed to meet up with my home D&D group last night! First world problems! I to would love campaign to continue, and really appreciate that you have kept on DMing JustBrad987, despite the fact you've had a really turbulent few months. I am certainly not averse to DMing either moving forward))
Darion, on a different boat, watches Ellis' eyes glaze over and realises Liss'ard's spell has taken over again - I've lost track did Liss'ard move at the end of his turn, if not he would still have had to make dex save to avoid taking damage from the bonfire? If so, damage: 5
I also think Darion skipped his go in this initiative round, so can I cast Silent Image at this point - if possible he will time it for when Ellis is reaching for the bell, and he will create an illusion that makes the bell appear a little bit displaced from where it actually is, hopefully meaning Ellis misses the real bell! It will only be convincing fleetingly because the boats are moving and image can't - hence trying to wait until the last moment to cast it!
He calls out to Ellis "Fight it of Ellis, it's just a spell! Don't listen to Liss'ard!"
Tempest will crawl along the wall (or bride) closest to the canoes and reach out to get close enough to get in. He'll use his bonus action to transform back into his humanoid form landing in the canoe and use Shape Water to run water up the side of Ellis' ship and freeze the bell in a cube of ice rendering it unable to make sound.
As Ellis attempts to ring the bell, he first fumbles after the illusion. After finding the real bell, he goes about clearing the ice off of it in entirely the wrong way, and despite his best efforts, the bell remains absolutely silent and as frozen as when he began. His action is used entirely on this task.
When it gets back to the top of the turn order, the boats move another 15 feet. Now they are directly beneath Liss’ard and the stone arch, ready to emerge on the other side. The arch is about 10 feet wide.
(I kind of narrated your turn for you Ellis, sorry! I don’t guess that Suggestion completely mind-controls you per se. Is there anything else you’d like to do?)
(Liss’ard wouldn’t have had a reason to not step out of the fire, so he did so last turn)
Now being directly under the natural bridge, nobody in the party can see Liss’ard, nor can he see you. Before going under it was easy to see, even on his reptilian face, that he was extremely frustrated and no longer enjoying himself. He takes his turn in secret unless someone can see.

((Will probably now be tied up for a few days, so wanted to wish you all a very Happy Christmas, and I hope Santa brings you everything from your wish-list!! :) ))
You hear frustrated and strained grunting coming from Liss’ard, and the heavy clunking of stone against stone. With such a good perception check you surmise that surely Liss’ard is preparing to roll a heavy stone or boulder down off of the overhand into the water or onto a boat.
((Yes, happy Christmas all! May Christ’s love find you where you are.
”Truly He taught us to love one another, His law is love and His gospel is peace. Chains shall He break for the slave is our brother, And in His name all oppression shall cease.” ))
((shortly back to trying to kill you all with snakes and boulders))

(I think I have lost track. Who moves after Liss’ard?)
(Daner, Tempest, Ellis)
Daner grins as the bolt pieces Liss’ards’ leg. “That’ll do it.” He takes aim once more.

Do you like my Boots of Flying?
Oops sorry, I meant Minor Illusion not Silent Image!!

(Let’s have Ellis make a WIS save vs Darion and a STR check against Tempest spell DC.)
(OCC: Come on, let me fail these ones this time.)
WIS Save: 5
STR Check: 1

A perception check could be made here.

(Assuming Tempest heats the same or Darion warns us.)
Tempest will hold Mold Earth. When he sees the boulder fall he’ll adjust its trajectory so it falls off to the side of the canoes.
(Oh nice, clever.)
