"Interesting," Feanaro mutters as he quickly scans the contents of the room. He appreciates the jacket, taking a brief moment to inspect it's stitching before moving to the footlocker.
"We should prepare all of this to go once we have secured the building. I will get this locker open and then we can go and assist them opening the door." He pulls out a thin well made box and lifts the lid. It contains a set of thieves tools.
“Besides the shipping directions and the fact that this house holds too large of a secret area and the spell book that I may want a copy of if there isn’t a wizard among us, I would say everything is just your normal cellar.”
“By the way what type of Wizard was the dead dude, if he was a certain type then we may want to recheck any corpses for fear of spirts of other nasty surprises?”
"We shortcut down here do to a story about a vampire we were told by a local hunter. We didn't explore most of the rest of the house to do the giant insectoid pests running around. Most of the rest is the house is unexplored. But we were told most that this house was considered hunted do to the wizard using magic mouth. We can explore the rest if you want, just tell me were you want to go an I'll take the lead," Orgen says .
“I say we explore the rest so I can make a blueprint after we find out what is on the other side of this door, “ says Alex as he starts to go and grab the ham.
"While I applaud the aggression, my vote is we explore the rest of the house," Rober says. "There may well be clues to what is on the other side of that door. Then, we can keep the ham for ourselves." A little smile tugs at this mouth at this.
"I'll just keep a hold of it for now." Belle says as she holds up the spellbook. She would freely let others look at it, but would want it back when they are done.
The book has the following spells in it:
1st level: charm person, color spray, magic missile, silent image 2nd level: magic mouth, scorching ray
The group leaves the cellar and moves outside, then back around to the front of the house...
The front door opens onto a musty, dirty entrance hall. To your left, a corridor leads into the west wing of the house. The walls are bare and bits of smashed furniture lie upon the floor. Ahead of you, another corridor leads toward the rear of the house.
A staircase on the eastern wall climbs to the next story, reaching it at a balcony that overlooks the entrance hall along its north and west sides; the stairs appear safe to climb, though the balcony rail is broken in several places. Under the stairs at the north end of the hall, a third corridor leads east.
Feanaro activates a second charge of his wand of detect magic as they enter the houses front door. "Let us clear this first story and move to the next. Let's head west and circle around."

Sighing, Rober stands up, looking at his companions. “That’s too bad but not every idea works out. I guess we can try the ham.” He stands aside.
”What did you find in the rest of the house? Was there anything which might shed light on this mystery”

“A spell book? I’d like to take a look that, if that is alright,” Rober says, a certain eagerness in his voice.
Turning to his fellow employee he says, “I understand about this cellar but what about the floors above. They were searched, weren’t they?”

"Do we want to go through the trap door or the danger door?"

Ash nods. "I agree, exploring the house lead us to find other trinkets."
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Hecgor shrugs. "I suppose if this door has held whatever is back there for this long, it can wait a little longer."
"Trap door or back around to the front door?"
“Keeping the ham sound delightful so let’s go bust down the front door,” says Alex walking up the stairs.
"I'll just keep a hold of it for now." Belle says as she holds up the spellbook. She would freely let others look at it, but would want it back when they are done.

OOC: Is any check needed to make a complete blueprint with what we have found so far?

Rober looks around, waits for the results of the detect magic and then heads to the west, all senses alert and his hands free.
