Bella slows as she nears the inn, approaching carefully from what she hopes is a blind spot. She begins darting from cover to cover, using all her skill to remain silent and unobserved, while at the same keeping her keen senses tuned for anything. She stops about 20 feet away to survey the inn and the surroundings.
As you are first to arrive, the others a minute or two behind you, you are the first to see this...
The buffeting winds and violent precipitation grow more intense the closer you get to the inn. Your vision is hampered to the point you can only see clearly within thirty feet. Lights coming from the inn reveal a strange scene. Six humanoid creatures stand at the main doors, the same doors that the undead creatures were attacking the first time you encountered this place. The figures seem to be pounding on the doors, although they are hampered by the weather.
As you get closer to the strange figures at the front door you are able to get a better look at them. The sight sickens you as you realize they are commoners staked to the doors by small tridents and trying to pull themselves off.
Others
As Bella is making the above discovery the rest of you are arriving at the Inn.
Bella eyes the people on the door with a clinical eye. While gruesome, it was not particularly inventive and she'd see worse, far worse, in her day. Hearing the others arrive, she grimaces, turns to them, putting a finger to her lips. As they get close, she points at the people on the door, knowing one of her companions will take the lead in the matter.

Reginald would move to the side of the inn and then try and take a look inside a window to see what he sees, then slowly move around to the front to gain entrance.
Those who move around the inn, checking the windows, find the shutters closed and locked on the ground floor. There is no way to see inside as to what is going on. You would notice that a second-floor window, in the back of the inn, has been left open though. It would require climbing to get to that window, or a flying familiar to do so.
Front Door
As those who move to the front door get close you recognize the figures there as still-living human commoners, thrashing against small tridents driven through them into the door. Those figures plead with you to help them as they spot you nearing the door.

Bella gestures to window, then to herself, pantomiming climbing, mutters a quick request for aid from her goddess, then begins climbing, as quietly as she can.
Reginald silently swears as he goes around checking windows and then see Bella move for the open window and he himself will go and join her climbing up from the ground.
Seruk, assuming the pleading has given their presence at the door away anyway, steps slowly into the room, carefully looking for any traps or other threats.

Assuming its clear, he'll move to check over the townsfolk to see if he can release them without further injury.
As Seruk and Bhardrus look over the figures at the front door, you both realize the tridents can be pulled free, possibly saving the six humans at the door. (This is still outside though, so you are not in a room or anything, just outside the front door of the inn.) Give me either a sleight of hand or a medicine check to see how well you remove a trident from a victom. There are six of them to help...
Reginald and Bella
Bella is unable to find purchase on the rain-slick building, though Reginald powers up without any trouble. Once up Reginald gives Bella a hand up. You find yourselves in a small bedroom, the door to the rest of the inn closed. You can hear soft chanting from outside that door, though the storm muffles it for the most part still.
