DC 12 Dex Save. 42 lightning damage on a failed save, or half on a successful one.
Grimnir barely manages to step aside from the blast of lightning. It delivers a massive shock just from passing so close to the dwarf, letting him know he surely would have died if he'd been hit by it. The bolt does not slow down as it heads for Valrish who doesn't see it in time. The blue bolt of crackling energy slams full force into the dragonborn, knocking him down to the ground and leaving him blackened, bloody, and unconscious.

"Enough." The word rolls out and bounces off the walls of the cavern. The echoes converge on the derro, the obelisk, and the steeder, dealing 16 thunder damage, or 8 on a successful DC 14 Con save.
The derro shrieks, hands dropping her weapons, as she reaches for her face. Blood begins to poor from her ears and nose as the magical sound of Belwar's spell is amplified in her head. The shrieking is cut short as the derro falls to the ground, rolling off the top of the mesa to the level below with a crunch.
The obelisk hums, and it grows louder as the echo reverberates, seeming to match its intensity before doing quiet. It seems unaffected otherwise.
Zippy falls unconscious once more. The sound of the shatter being too much its small brain. Oorr, you become suspicious, having seen Belwar cast this spell before, of why he did not take more effort to keep Zippy out of harm's way. You aren't certain it was possible to so, but you're aware of his dislike for spiders, and you know the spell can be targeted within a side range.
With the creatures dealt with, the room goes silent save for a light humming coming from the obelisk. The derro woman lies dead on the second level of the Mesa, the contents of her bags strewn about from the fall. To the East of the obelisk is still the large red egg propped up in some sort of nest. There only exit from this room seems to be the way you came in, though you came in through a side tunnel and the exit hallway continues beyond where you entered.
Oorr is glad that even the derro is now down, but not glad about the gnome deliberately attempting at Zippy's life. He takes a potion of healing for his spidey friend (Healing 7), then, with the dagger in one hand and light crossbow in the other, he flies over Belwar and says:" Harm the spider once more, and I'll end you."
On the body you find a single gold coin, but not a typical spending coin. You also find a stick of charcoal, and the tattered notebook you saw her writing in earlier. It's made from a fungus called Trillimac which is often used for paper down here. Inside the notebook are lists of items and other scribbled notes, written mostly in dwarvish, but some undercommon. Towards the end of the book is a passage about how Pliinki (the derro), miraculously found the gold coin in these caverns, and considered it a gift from the derro god, Diirinka. Oh, and a diamond worth 50 gp, used to cast chromatic orb.
The obelisk is absolutely humming with a quasi-magical energy. It seems to be made from a black metal of alien origin, and is perfectly smooth except for cracks and chipped-off edges where it was splintered by some unknown force. The obelisk is 15 feet per side at its base, stands 50 feet tall, and tapers slowly to a pyramidal cap. You discern that the scrap of metal you found on Droki earlier appears to be made of the same substance as the obelisk. (OOG I believe Grimnir is carrying the piece of metal.) Furthermore, you understand that by expending a spell slot, you could potentially use the obelisk to teleport yourself, and anyone standing near the monument, to a nearby location in the Underdark. You're not sure of the exact location, but it would not be far, and most likely just outside of the caverns.
