Valrish rushes over to where Oorr and the Duergars are (30 ft, so 10 ft left between me and the duergars), and uses his fire breath, spitting flames at the closest Duergars.
DC: 12, damage: 11
As Oorr lifts into the air, Valrish comes rushing up beneath him, unleashing a fiery breath attack:
Duergar 2, DC 12 Dex Save: 1 The duergar cannot slow himself before running straight into the flame breath. (Duergar takes 11 damage, 15/26) Duergar 3, DC 12 Dex Save: 13 Using his companion as a shield, this duergar dodges the brunt of the breath attack. (Duergar takes 5 damage, 6/26)
Grimnir is choosing the Druegar who looks the most hurt and release a bolt: 6 ; damage 8
The bolt misses, glancing off the duergar armor as they advance.
The duergar separate, each taking a different target. They attack as if to subdue, attempting to knock you out rather than kill you.
Duergar 1: Goes around the initial group and heads for the cave, where Grimnir is standing guard. He hefts a war pick, and swings at the dwarf. (Attack: 7, Piercing damage: 17). Grimnir deftly dodges out of the way.
Duergar 2: In melee with Valrish, this one also uses his war pick to attack the barbarian. (Attack: 18, Piercing damage: Unable to parse dice roll.). Valrish parrys the blow, sending the attack wide.
Duergar 3: Being injured, this one retreats a few steps, and then hefts a javelin towards Oorr in the sky. (Attack: 20, Piercing damage: 9). Oor does a barrel roll, avoiding the javelin.
Duergar 4: He focuses a war pick on Belwar, trying to remove the hands from the gnome. (Attack: 23, Piercing damage: 4). Belwar manages to move his hands away at the last second, avoiding the blow from the pick.
(OOC So, something you will learn is that I am bad at rolling dice. In my home games, it's pretty common for me to roll very low on my monster attacks. It seems that characteristic has followed me here. I'm.... pretty amazed actually. Well done.)
(OOC The situation as follows: Duergar 1 has run past the group and is in melee with Grimnir. Duergar 2 is fighting Valrish, closer to the boats. Duergar 3 has backed away from the others, and is focusing on Oorr. Duergar 4 is trying to attack Belwar. I'm going to ask Belwar and Valrish to redo your attacks. As they are now more spread out, you cannot get more than 1 in your burning hands, so you may want to reconsider, and also tell me who you target specifically.)
Can't hit more than one with burning hands, so that's out. I need to get this guy away from me. Hmmm. . . I can use minor illusion to replicate a sound. . . They're dwarves that live in the Underdark, so they probably know Dwarvish and Undercommon. Most things they'd run into understand Undercommon, so they probably use Dwarvish when they don't want to be overheard.
I cast minor illusion to create the sound of someone saying, in Dwarvish, with an Undercommon accent, "fall back!"
OOC: Note that the check to disbelieve is a check, not a saving throw, so Magic Resistance won't help them.

The Duergar nearest Belwar, confused, looks for the source of the command. (DC 13 Intelligence Save: 11)
He turns back, unsure of why he's being commanded to fall back, then halts his attack, and retreats.
(OOC As the other Duergar are engaged in other combats, and they may be too far to hear the illusion, I'm going to rule they don't bother checking if it's real or not, focusing on their own battles.)

Gimnir quiets himself, then focuses as he drops the cross bow and unleashes two quick punches on the Duergar in front of him. The scale mail of the dark dwarf is hard, and Grimnir is only able to land one of his punches in a vital area. (Duergar 1 takes 7 damage, 19/26).
Then Grimnir rushes away, aiming at the Duergar throwing javelins at Oorr. As he leaves, the duergar he just punched tries to attack him, but finds itself momentarily stunned. Unfortunately, the next attack is blocked by the new Duergar's shield.
Oorr sends an expertly targeted bolt from his vantage point in the sky, directly between they eyes of the Duergar (3), killing him instantly. (Duregar 3 takes 8 damage, 0/26)
Round 2 Initiative Order: 19 - Belwar 13 - Grimnir 11 - Oorr 11 - Valrish 09 - Duergar: 1 (19/26) Currently near cave entrance, 2 (9/26) in melee with Valrish, 3 (0/26) Dead, 4 (20/26) 15 feet back from Belwar.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Duergar 1: With the rest of his companions fighting behind him, this duergar enters the cave, and finds Eldeth standing between him and the others, her shield raised in defense. "Back off, you lousy excuse for a dwarf," she shouts. The duergar smirks, and brings his war pick down on her. (Attack: 24 Piercing damage: 14) Eldeth proves she's not just any dwarf, but a shield maiden of Gaumtlgrym, as she expertly deflects the attack.
Duergar 2: Continues his battle with Valrish, bringing his war pick around in an upper cut swing at the dragonborn's chin: (Attack: 17 Piercing damage: 10) The attack connects, but Valrish barely notices any pain as the blow deflects off his scales. (Valrish takes 2 piercing damage)
Duergar 4: Having fallen back because he was commanded, he looks around, seeing his fellow duergar ignoring the order. Realizing the trickery, he roars in anger, then turns to focus his rage on Belwar (Misses his turn due to the failed check earlier, but he's now ignoring any commands telling him to stop attacking.)
Round 3 Initiative Order: 19 - Belwar 13 - Grimnir 11 - Oorr 11 - Valrish 09 - Duergar: 1 (19/26) in melee with Eldeth, 2 (9/26) in melee with Valrish, 3 (0/26) Dead, 4 (20/26) 15 feet back from Belwar.
