"Mmm, I don't know if draw her out would be a good strategy, we will lose the surprise effect, and she could prepare some arcane tricks before even popping out......I am still confident on a first hard hit and then follow the fray...someone could stun her?"
When you all advance, Davmorn will cast Bless at 4th Level on Elwarith, Adanmar, Viorela, George, Bry, and himself. For 1 minute, you will all have an extra 1d4 to saves/attacks.
Because of the cover that the noisy birds are providing you, you all have one round to act before Baba Lysaga, as she has not noticed you yet. You assume that the first attack will set this whole thing off. After that, roll Initiative.

(Viorela doesn't have a lot to share with the party. I think I am going to have her go in there and go boom. Hexblade's Curse, Double Whip Attack, Divine Smite turn 0. Turn 1, I am planning to cast hunters mark and go to town. I can also possibly cast bane if it sounds good to the party. I'm not sure how many spells she is likely to cast that are just Saves vs Attacks, but it might be useful if you guys want to try casting Save or Suck spells on her?)

(OOC - does this count as a surprise round then so we get advantage on any attacks for this first round - as far as save or suck spell attacks - I can use my arcane arrow option of Shadow Arrow to try and limit her vision - but only for a round)
A creature hit by the arrow takes an extra 2d6 psychic damage, and must succeed on a WIS saving throw (DC 11) or be unable to see anything farther than 5 ft. away until the start of your next turn. [18th] Increases to 4d6 psychic damage on hit.
I will say that the first attack does have advantage because she cannot see anyone. However, after that, see will then see the person. If people want to try staying unseen to keep the advantage, then I will need some Hide actions from them. For your Assassination feature, it would count as a crit if you are the first attack and hit her.

Elwarith takes several slow steady breaths as he raises his bow. as he draws back his arrow he whispers arcane words to the arrow. He looks across to the rest of his team awaiting and releases his shot.....
(OOC - hopefully I can get all these rolls done correctly hehe)
[Gulthias Longbow: 29 Damage: 13]
as his arrow strikes the witch she takes an additional 9 force damage (Arcane Shot Bursting Arrow) as well as all other creatures within 10 feet of her (assuming my teammates are all outside that range for the moment)
without waiting for the first arrow to strike he quickly draws and fires off his 2nd shot
[Gulthias Longbow: 23 Damage: 10]
(OOC - unless the first strike auto crits - then I think that's 43 points of damage instead of 13?)
As your allies line up along their positions, Elwarith lines up his shots release and shatter two perfect holes in a window, the first arrow catches Baba Lysaga completely unaware. The arrow pierces through the back of her chair with a sharp thud as it embeds itself in her back. There is the sound of sucking air as the woman leans forward off the arrow, black blood trickling down her back. With the second arrow, it races toward her head, however she brings up her hand she actually braces the impact by allowing it to embed itself through her hand to avoid certain death. Her eyes dart around as she looks straight through you.

As the arrow detonates, it also shatters a portion of what looks like a hollow floor underneath the crib (which floats in place) as a portion of a familar green glow emits from the new hole. You may have found the seed.

Viorela's focus is completely on Baba Lysaga. To be able to slay such a great, and apparently ancient, evil would be a great joy to her. Viorela moves to be close enough to whip the witch.
To begin, the monster hunter wills her hatred and uses the arcane powers granted to her to mark Baba Lysaga with the Hexblade's Curse, "Now that we are here, none can save you!"With that, Viorela cracks her whip toward the old hag, striking at her twice! Any hits which land will spark with divine power.
(Attack 1: 26 Damage: 11 slashing + 11 radiant (DivineSmite) + 3 slashing (HexCurse). If fiend or undead: also deals + 2 radiant. Attack 2 (Extra Attack): 27 Damage: 9 slashing + 13 radiant (DivineSmite) + 3 slashing (HexCurse). If fiend or undead: also deals + 7 radiant.
PS: I crit on a 19 or 20 on her thanks to Hexblade's Curse!)

Viorela crashes through the fractured window with great fervor, drawing the old woman’s attention. The first whip crack strikes her hand as she reaches toward the glowing crack, she pulls back her hand in pain as the divine energy burns her skin. However, she doesn’t seem to be fiend nor undead. As the second whip wraps around her arm, she looks back at you through now disheveled hair, her eyes fading to a deep shade of black and blue, “Look at you... a little girl playing hero. What a precious display of the divine. I’m afraid that you are gravely mistaken. No one can save any of you from what I have planned for you now...” You tug tighter, but the whip doesn’t dig in further. In fact, it looks like it has been stopped by what appears to be almost scale-like skin. With a sharp pull, the whip unravels and returns to you as Baba Lysaga stands upright in a hunch.
