Rather than be brought to heel by the light, a determined Deadwood made some weird symbol with his hand. Almost immediately, the light emanating from his helm went from red to cyan, and steam visibly began to emanating from his armor. "Foolish. To waste so much energy on a decoy."He states coolly.

(Also it prevents the game from slowing down and helps give us the same info as our characters if you roll your saves and take your reactions as soon as possible instead of waiting until the end of the round. (Comment was made on false assumptions.) For example, Justine would have known that Dreadwood would have fire resistance by the time it got to her turn, which may have changed her action.
EDIT: To clarify, not asking for a reroll, just that Justine be able to act on information her character would clearly have had.
Sorry for being a bit of an annoying rules lawyer, I'll try to stop.)

Robbit, not liking being shot at retaliates with a warning shot of his own.
Seeing her chance Elspeth takes a focused breath and lets loose an arrow, striking true into the Grungs leg. She takes her cover back behind the wall.
Xeno moves up the arena, using an interesting Tencho-Arcane contraption to launch a Crowbar down the arena. Kulum and Zacazotal both barely dodge this unexpected projectile leaving it to slam into the wall behind them, embedding itself there.
Swiggs reveals himself with a display of musical enchantment, for a moment the crowd is confused, then the warforged armor starts to glow a bright red. Satasfied Swigg slips back into the cover of shadows.
Grianne comes out, also targeting the incandescent warforged, calling upon the powers of night she reigns down the burning radiance of the moon. With a snarl she transforms into a Large bear and backs around the corner. (Grianne, you are considered Squeezing behind that wall as you are a Large sized creature in a 5 ft space.)
Latrius rushes past the now beacon that is Deadwood and strikes true into the exposed Grung. With that she re-focuses on the half-orc and lets another arrow fly, this too strikes true as it embeds itself into his shoulder.
(Deadwood would get an Opportunity attack if he so wishes)
With that Robbit succumbs to his wounds and falls prone on top of the wall. (I believe that whit exceeded your max hp Robbit)
Dorkas rushes into the pit, awaiting any challengers who'd dare oppose him. (You may Ready an action as you had just enough movement to get there.)
(Eldin would not have seen Xeno due to the wall, but he would have had LoS on Lastrius as she passed deadwood.)
Justine comes out, not to be outdone by a rival Bard, with a casting of their own a similiar spell is cast..... to no effect. Justine's Heat Metal falters, luckily only he's aware of that.
PHB 205
The effects of different spells add together while the durations of those spells overlap. The effects of the same spell cast multiple times don't combine, however. Instead, the most potent effect-such as the highest bonus-from those castings applies while their durations overlap.
(Unfortunately they both targeted the same piece of equipment and the more potent one (Swiggs casting) of the two effects took priority.)

Robbit will stand up, aching from the multiple wounds he suffered. Taking a second to breathe in an recover 4 HP from his Second Wind, the Brown-Skinned Grung will shout at Lastrius, in his strange tongue. Taking this opportunity, he’ll fire a Crossbow Bolt from his position on the wall, flying straight at Lastrius. He then ducks back behind his wall, at C9, to take cover from the opposition.
Attack: 19 Damage: 4
