Lorell, Ithelion, Krom
R4, G
Garnet's ire is visible to all, as she shakes her arm free of the R3, she lashes out with a well-placed kick and the rat's head separates from its body, painting the floor and wall a bright red. R3is dead.
R2 and R1 move up to attack, R2 to Garnet, R1 to Daemyar.
R2: it leaps up at the genasi and finds purchase on her armor and moves to bite: Attack: 21Damage:3
*the rat gnaws and scratches at the genasi's face, creating angry red furrows upon it, before falling back down and retreating to original position.
R1: it moves to run through Daemyar's legs but stops at the last minute and leaps up, trying to bite onto whatever it can: Attack:18Damage:3
*the rat finds *something* to clamp onto, as Daemyar grits his teeth in pain - the sound of anger causes the rat to drop and retreat to original position.
Garnet's first instinct is to bash the rat away from her ally, but looks at her arm in dismay - she has no shield! [OOC: @garnet - you didn't choose a shield on character creation? maybe we can find you an improvised shield or something...]
Note: this would give the rat disadvantage, but since the rat enjoys 'pack tactics' it would be a straight roll. In the above attack, the rat's roll was a 17.

Krom moves go get a good view one of the rats (R1), and presents his holy symbol, "Bathe in the flames of Moradin's forge ye nasty beastie" Casting Sacred Flame on it. "If ye get to injured fall back a little and I can take yer spot."
Action: Casts Sacred Flame, DC 13 Dex save or take 1 radiant damage.

Dex save for R1 - 15
Even in its heavily wounded state, R1 manages to shift just enough to avoid damage from the cleric's sacred flame!

Ithelion reacts in horror, seeing her companions once again sorely wounded. She waves her hands in hypnotic patterns as her voice whispers words summoning all to the Plane of Dreams.
Cast [spell]Sleep[/sleep] on as many rats as possible. HP affected: 26 (I believe none are attached to people, currently!)
Fixed spell ref, didn't want to type before the nice dice roll: Sleep

Cool. Where do you want the target to be? You can target either the two rats near you or the two rats further north - but not both. 20 foot sphere. Basically there is about a 25 foot space between the two groups (i'll put the updated map up after this round).

@Lorell - since you can only target one creature with this spell, you decide to target R2, which is the only rat you have an angle on to see. R2 STR save - 13
*R2is unable to save, and is pushed back 5 feet before Ithelion's spell takes hold.

R1 - Asleep
R2 - asleep
R4 - asleep
G - unaffected
R4: the giant rat sleeps soundly, dreaming of crunchy goblin ears to munch on and...well...whatever else giant rats think about!
G - the large rat sniffs in dismay at its fallen children. It squawks loudly at you and runs towards you. It makes it up towards Garnet and Daemyar and stops 10 feet in front of them. Belly heaving, it squawks in pain, and you look aghast as its midsection ripples like waves upon disturbed water. It gags and gasps, and with one motion it projectile vomits some vile fluid into the air. It lands behind Daemyar and Garnet with a "splotch!" Pieces of half digested food, bones, blood, and bodies can be seen in this putrid mix of vomit mixed with stomach juices. It's enough to make you gag. Krom, Lorell, and Ithelion, make a CON save (DC12) or take 8 acid damage.
Not finished yet, G picks her way through sleeping bodies to get a bite in at Garnet: Attack: 10Damage: 6IF this hits, immediately make a CON save (DC10)....
*G lunges at the genasi but Garnet is able to deflect with her sword - a miss!
Daemyar and Garnet, you're up! (Don't forget to resolve the saves first, if applicable)

(( If the other rats remain asleep, Ithelion will also be up soon, and I am about to be off for a few hours ))
Ithelion, having learned from many of her recent encounters, just manages to avoid the vile excrescence, but it unable to gather her mind for the more powerful spell she wants to cast. Instead she moves past Krom and grimly reaches for her bow. When she has loosed the arrow she moves aside to avoid another attack from the rat, and to give the others a clearer view.
Attack: Attack: 22 Damage: 9
Note: if she would be at disadvantage in the attack, she will instead cast Chill Touch (3 points less damage), but her actions will be the same.
@ithelion - as you loose your arrow, G is able to twist out of the way enough for it to only graze her back - a miss!
@daemyar - working quickly and deftly, you carve some deep wounds in the mega-giant rat. It seems very angry at you and is paying you some attention. After your butchery, it is looking quite damaged but still has some life in it.
@garnet - you're up. I'll leave this for a couple hours before moving on. She will take the dodge action if no response.
Daemyar moves ahead 5 feet and chops at R1 and his blade strikes true! R1 is looking heavily damaged...
R3 moves ahead and will attack Garnet: Attack: 20 Damage: 3
*R3 clamps onto Garnet's arms and twists its body, it's teeth piercing the genasi's flesh...
Garnet is up!
