Ithelion nods in respect at Daemyar's attempts to actually kill their enemies, then focusses on the goblin. Gods know who it might alert if it escapes!
Leaving the dwarf to fight his lonely war of attrition, she once again calls on Elosa for assistance. She takes comfort from the feel of the smooth, polished handgrip of her bow, and looses an arrow at the goblin.

@ithelion - Your arrow flies true and pierces the goblin through the throat as it slinks back after waking the rat. A terrible gasping sound echoes from the goblin's windpipe as the life is stolen from its body. @shere - the rats chitter at you, angry but curious Wis Save - 6 they cock their head and go back to lunch. @garnet - the genasi focuses on defense for the time being, making sure to thwart any attempts made by the swarm to move.

@daemyar - you know a swarm of rats is just over the wall but you can't see it and you assume Krom is still being harried by the other swarm. You don't know about the other rat yet but you see Ithelion kill the second goblin.
@krom - you swing the warhammer but your swing connects with an already dead rat in the swarm, punting it to splat into the wall - a miss!
It's about half a minute into the combat - maybe a bit more - and Krom, with your passive perception, you notice a goblin head peeking out from the southern corridor, near where the first goblin (the one that daemyar killed) fell. This goblin moves to the dead goblin and begins pulling the corpse into the darkness, eventually doing so - it disappears around the corner.
S1 - CON save - 7continues to focus on Garnet, trying to find an opening in her defenses: Attack:10Damage: 5 *a swarm looks rather pathetic in its attack and can't get a hold on Garnet - a miss! S2 attacks the dwarf again: Attack:11Damage:5 *Krom's defenses are too much for the swarm. The swarm itself is still potent, with just over half still remaining... R2 is still on its feet, in spite of being near death, stumbles an attack towards the cleric: Attack: 10Damage:5 *While the dwarf is busy trying to fend off the swarm, the nearly dead rat scores a hit on the cleric, biting into an area on his lower back left unprotected by his armor - a hit! [OOC - Krom have you been keeping track of HP?]
map is unchanged as no one moved. the corpse of the first goblin isn't there anymore but only Krom knows this.
Shere, Garnet, and Ithelion - you're up! *not sure why it says manipulated, the original roll was a 23 or something like that, it was def. a hit on Krom for 5 damage. The descriptions below the attack are the originals.

If I may I will send a bardic inspiration to Garnet a 1d6 if its too late for Garnet then the elf
As a bonus action, a creature (other than you) within 60 ft. that can hear you gains an inspiration die (1d6). For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome.

Garnet sees the two goblins she was so desperate to save die. She shatters but she will not lose another directing her anger at the swarm Krom is up against. With both hands she will try to slash at much of the swarm as possible. With searing smite.
@shere - WIS for swarm - 4 *the rats hear Shere's words and then suddenly turn on one another in a fit of rage! Within a few seconds, they have killed each other - S1 is dead!
@garnet - attack roll with disadvantage - 19 *Even with the added difficulty of trying to hit the swarm, Garnet scores a big hit! S2 is looking really rough!
@ithelion - in spite of the rat enjoying some cover, your arrow is able to find its way home, felling the rat once and for all and giving the barely-standing cleric a bit of respite!
Krom swings his warhammer around behind his back and over his head to come crashing down on the pack of rats. He then mutter to himself, "Come on Krom, ye ain't done yet." casting Healing Word on himself.

Daemyar holds his attack for any sign of enemies. Krom pummels the swarm relentlessly and scores a huge hit - the swarm is holding on by the smallest of threads - and channels some divine magic to restore some of his vitality! Krom, you also hear some goblin speak coming from somewhere in the distance, where the goblin disappeared with the corpse of its comrade. There is a conversation happening - it's possible more locals are on the way - you're not sure how long but you get the sense they are talking just around the corner...[do you understand goblin?]
S2 is barely holding on but it is persistent in its assault on the dwarf. It attacks again: Attack:4Damage: 1
Shere, Garnet, Ithelion - you're up! *all, don't forget to update your sheets with spells cast, HP, etc... if you'd rather me do that, let me know. Previously, you all said you were going to do it. happy to keep that arrangement.
Okay, in that case, you hear what sounds to be a bit of an argument going on where you can't see - around the wall to the south. You hear a distinctively different voice - booming - shout something. Then the sounds disappear...
