Valor
When the ranger turns her back Valor will make a face and mock her for a second then look around like nothing happened.
Valor takes up his place on point, saying nothing to the others. He will make an effort to not fall asleep during the march but he knows he can't promise he won't. He is surprised he suffers form Narcolepsy but, its the way of things.

Perception 14
Harok is quiet through breakfast and through the scolding. Putting his axe on his back he takes up his crossbow. "Yes we will all do better. Medb, if you want them up front I can take the rear"

Feldspar hangs and shakes his head in shame throughout Mebd's scolding. "We deserve that," he says. "We failed in our duty, and must make recompense." When she assigns him to take point, he accepts the duty without complaint. He stashes his spellbook in a backpack, and moves forward with Valor, his warhammer in guard position.

Seeing Valor mock the ranger, Milo will go up to him, tap his knee to get his attention and just wordlessly shake his head in disaprovement. He will then walk of carrying a backpack nearly twice his size.
Milo will join Harok to guard the rear of the group.
„Not an Omen, but someone is following us. Harok saw him hiding yesterday. I wonder what his intentions are.“ And Milo points out the location of the satyr to the people who listened in and got interested.
"He's....a friend of sorts," Medb speaks up blushing slightly as Henwyn returns dancing around the ranger's shoulders happily reporting in. "I had hoped he'd keep his distance and he has...but he'll be curious about all of you until the task is done," she explained next urging her horse forward. "Henwyn says there's nothing terrible ahead but there is not one ahead either so that might be telling enough," she then adds with a wary frown.
The two hours pass as the party makes it to the base of the mountain in the late morning. Dismounting Medb touches a sigil on her cloak murmuring before leaving the horse free to graze or flee if necessary.
"It's on foot from here on in," Medb explains. "The passage is narrow and there's rock slides as well as creatures to worry over each step of the way," she points to Heaven's Stair that the party wonders at its summit what kind of view it has of the surrounding lands. Now, northwest of the city high above it the air is thinner, and moving in the change is going to be hard as well. "This is where the Take said the chimera was last spotted," she explains gesturing at the narrow, craggy path up the mountain twisting along its side steeper and more treacherous with each advance.
OOC: This is now a skill challenge to move ahead. Each of you will post a skill roll and RP the contribute your PC to making to advance the party. Once a skill is chosen it can not be chosen again by another PC but if you can not think of anything and repeat a skill know the DC will be advanced which each similar skill use. Please discuss your contribution via PMs before posting and weigh your PCs bonuses etc... Let the challenge begin!!
Harok puts his crossbow on his hip and begins to scratch his head. "So how do we want to go about this." He will pace back and forth a little looking up and lightly kick rocks.
"So you're friend I guess the distance thing is why he bolted yesterday? Didn't mean to scare him. "
Feldspar squats down and scoops up a handful of the local earth, examining it intently. He then scans the rest of the area with the renowned dwarven eye for rock and stone. "Maybe I can find us some safe footing on the path ahead."
OOC: I suggested an Investigation roll from Feldspar in the PMs.

"I can go scout ahead if you like. It was my old job, after all..."
Wuldric slips past the rest of the party, quietly making his way up the cold slope. This definitely isn't his first time climbing mountains given his motions.
Before starting to climb up the mountain, Milo will reduce the weight of his backpack and leave a few thinks tied to the saddle of his horse.
„I think i should take the lead, i may not be the best climber, but i am good at spotting footholds and if i slip i have good reflexes and balance to catch myself before falling. On top of that, if we tie me to Harok , he should have no problem to catch me if i fall.“
If noone disagrees, Milo starts leading the group up the mountain, trying to find the safest route.

"Understood," Wuldric says with a yawn, acknowledging her last statement. He watches Valor in silence, taking notes as he does.

Perception 12
Milo spots the satyr this time! He's peering from a large overturned tree looking at the party from his hiding place.
Valor and Wuldric notices there's no travelers about but that the Glasswalk takes an even steeper incline.
Harok notices smaller creatures again but a distinct lack of bird song.
Feldspar is brooding too concerned with previous faults to notice anything.
Sometimes a Nat 1 tells a better story than a Nat 20 ever could.
Milo whispers:"Harok, someone is watching us from that overturned tree to our right. Keep an eye on it while i tell Medb."
Milo will then move up to Medb and point out the Satyr to her.
"Is it a little goat man? Might be the satyr I saw yesterday. He bolted when I called out. Just keep an eye on him"
Harok keeps going and intentionally not looking in the satyr's direction.
OOC: Maybe he's not cut out for this adventuring thing. Ha ha.
"Maybe it's some kind of omen," Wuldric says, dropping in on the converstation.
"An omen?" Feldspar perks up at mention of the word. "Now here is something I mayhaps can actually help out with. Tell me about this omen. Where is it?"
„Not an Omen, but someone is following us. Harok saw him hiding yesterday. I wonder what his intentions are.“ And Milo points out the location of the satyr to the people who listened in and got interested.
"Perhaps we should beckon him to come forth. He may be in need of help, or willing to offer us some aid we don't even know we need yet."

Harok looks over when Feldspar speaks and squats down where he stands. "Hmm." He nods slightly as he picks up the dirt too. "Notice that? It's cold."
