With 6 party members, Jairus would divide the 130 GP worth of gems - either now or at a later time when they can be liquidated - to 21 GP and 6 Silver per party member (assuming I did that math correctly on both the total and the split).
However, you seem to hear soft footfalls coming from where you just exited. Judging by the volume, they seem to be coming from somewhere in the corridor just beyond the northern door. As you listen, the footfalls continue to grow closer.
(You have one round to prepare/react to whatever's coming. I'm assuming you're all clustered around the west door, the sound is coming from the north door (which is about 20 feet away diagonally). Please state what order you want to be in as well.)

Jairus stops his movement and holds up a clenched fist, and in a quiet voice says, "Something coming, I hear footsteps. Comin' this way, from the north."
(I assume the footsteps are coming from room T6, from the north, and we are still in/near T7? If so Jairus would suggest we position to meet them with us in T7, where more of us have angles of fire and access, and the potential enemies are forced to approach through the narrow corridor. Jairus would put himself in the square to the West of the middle of the room where the floating orb occupied a space before, giving him a clear angle on the door, but also leaving the spaces direct adjacent to the door open for melee inclined PCs.)

Symon, you can make it a little over halfway towards the back corner, against the back wall. There's about 60 feet between you and the door they'll come through.

Rubin would shrug and speak the word on the dagger, wanting to see what it does.
When the others alert of incoming danger he would move back from where the danger is coming from and pull out his hand crossbow, ready to aid in the combat, but moving away from the door so he can try to stay out of melee if possible.

OOC: Based on the map I didn’t see anywhere that Jairus could realistically hide, so he will probably just act once the enemy is visible in normal initiative order. If there is a hiding spot he would try to hide but the room seemed pretty open.
The pale eyed girl runs over beside the north door, taking care so that whatever goes through that door can't see her until they step into the room (and that she can't see them).
Taking out the club she handcarved after the party's first fight together, Kethra takes the Ready action to strike. The conditions to attack:
waiting for the others to hit the target first, then to finish them by knocking them out if it's not a skeleton or a zombie
if they run past me so I'll make an attack of opportunity
if a hostile target ends their turn within my attack range
But as part of that Ready action to not attack if it seems like whoever walks through are not cultists or undead (if I'm allowed I'll signal to the party to hold their fire).

If, and only if, Stealth is a reasonable option, perhaps crouching in the concealment of the formerly floating stone, Jairus' stealth is: 6
Otherwise he simply waits for the parties to come into sight from down the north hall, hand crossbow drawn.

Davian takes several steps back, close to the statue. He has the feeling that without rest he won't be able to take another form. He waits for the door to open to see who or what comes through.
((Sorry everyone, got caught up after work yesterday and then just flaked out when I got home. ))
Rubin, the light slowly fades away (although it was never too bright in the first place).
(Going to assume Damian is Readying something.)
The footfalls stop just outside the door, and it slowly swings open. Six figures clad in leather armor step out, all of whom have the symbol found on the corpses engraved on their armor. The leader is wielding a scimitar and a dagger, two hold bare shortswords, and the other three have readied crossbows. They fan out into the room in rows of three, with three arranging themselves behind the rest of them and the front three all advancing towards Kethra.
The leader smiles grimly, and says "We are the Bringers of Woe. We have come to reward your curiosity."

The western door appears free from traps.

Symon nods in acknowledgement as Jairus alerts the group to probable attackers.
"Its unlikely any of the townsfolk have followed us here. We should try to take one of these cultists alive."
He moves as close to the Southeast corner of the room as he can while still maintain a clear angle on the northern door.
Another medical problem. Indefinite hiatus. Sorry, all.

OOC: That’s right. Well, Jairus is equally ‘not hidden’ behind a statute of a dwarf, though he might have partial cover.
(Partial cover, definitely. Stealth—not so much.)
(Just waiting for Damian to post any prep he might have.)

Rubin sends his readied bolt at one of the ones with a crossbow...
Attack: 20 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Symon would not have been picky about targets - a flaming bolt streaks towards the first cultist through the door.
Attack: 16 Damage: 11
