This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Having sandwiched their sword wielding Mr. Bones with handaxes between herself and Flower-of-Ivory, Kethra took a moment to marvel at the weird enemy before them. Chopping bones almost sounds like...chopping up trees rather than flesh. Which you never really expect from something moving. When Jairus finishes it off, Kethra says a quick thanks to her teammates and leaps at her last enemy.
Making a standing jump of 8 ft at the last hostile skeleton, Kethra rises as a dark shadow of a cloak with backlit with the Mr. Tyde's driftglobe. Cautiously and respectfully avoiding the other bodies in the room she moves at half speed raising her handaxe in the air. Trying to hook the skeleton with the bottom part of her handaxe to pull it closer, Kethra trips over her own cautiousness instead, causing her hood to come off.
Handaxe: 12 Damage: 9
Catching herself, the white haired girl tries to talk intimidatingly only to squeak, "I-I know you don't have a brain, but you have the mind to shoot a bow! Are there any living people left?!"
Bonus action Martial Arts: 9 Damage: 6
"Answer me!" Waiting a second, Kethra angrily karate chops the skeleton if it makes no effort to answer.

Jairus repeats his attack routine from before, firing carefully but taking advantage of the skeleton's distraction from Kethra to aim at its structural weak points.
The skeleton cocks its head at Kethra, staggering under her blow. Its only answer is to draw its sword.
Attack: 6 Damage: 6
(Everyone is up)
"So you do...understand?!" Kethra parries the blow but is totally weirded out that it actually acknowledged what she said. Continuing to try to talk to it, she gives the Help action to the next person who tries to hit it.

(Izraal1, is d20+7 a lot of damage in 3.0?)
OOC: For the level where they can do that, honestly, no, and 3.0 monks weren't all that good given the difficulty of reliably getting a full attack, and their accuracy issues, but that's a whole system analysis of a system 2-4 generations ago depending on how you look at 3.5 and 4e Essentially, and too big of a sidebar that might derail this game. Short answer: No, not as crazy as the notion of monks doing that kind of damage in 5e, given its tighter typical to-hit and damage numbers.

OOC: If we have thoroughly explored and looted Lance Rock, at least to the best of our knowledge, I would imagine so.
”Whew! That was some crazy stuff, them not-deads. Glad we pulled through, though, and met some strong new partners on the way,” Jairus says. “How ‘bout we get outta here and get some rest? Maybe I can catch us some things fresh to cook up, but even dry rations sounds amazing right now.”
Kethra nods and now that the undead had been wiped out, talking about food isn't so bad of an idea anymore. But she stops herself and shakes her head.
"But first, we need light! I know this is probably a slim chance..but if any of these people are still alive, they need a second chance! And well, unlike the others we fought these people seem to still have all their stuff on them...maybe we can also find some clues to what happened to the uh, missing deli guts."
(Whether if it counts or not, you dodged the nat 1 lol)

OOC: I think it is another Skeleton turn before Jairus goes again, correct?
(Yes, the skeletons are up.)
The melee skeleton stubbornly continues his assault on Jairus, even though he's falling to pieces.
Attack: 19 Damage: 5
The ranged skeleton will shoot at Flower.
Attack: 24 Damage: 8

The skeleton just barely manages to dodge Tyde's fiery orb.
(Damain, Kethra, Jairus and Flower are up)

Davian winces as Flower is hit by the skeletons attack. He retaliates with a firey attack of his own.
Attack 19 Dmg 7
Flower attacks the nearest skeleton with her hand axe.
Attack: 7
Damage: 2
Jairus fires on the one now in melee with Flower, then again as a bonus action.
Attack Action:
Attack Roll: 9
If a Hit, Non Magic Piercing of: 7
Bonus Action:
Attack Roll: 23
If a Hit, Non Magic Piercing of: 26
Added Sneak Attack Damage/Non Magic Piercing to Bonus Action Attack: 3
((Um, 26 damage? Seems a little off. I like it, but....))
Whoops, I had the same values for a "to hit" roll copied in there. Waaay off. Correct damage, 1d6+3, is: 9
Replace the 26 which was an error with this for the base damage of the Bonus Action attack prior to adding in Sneak attack, non magical piercing, all.
(Jairus must've leveled up into Jairus of All hee hee)
OOC: We don't get to ever do 1d20+7 damage in this edition. We're not 3.0 edition high level monks!
Jairus downs the one in melee with flower, but the other two hit walls.
One skeleton remains (the ranged one).
(Kethra is up)

Jairus repeats his attack routine from before, firing carefully but taking advantage of the skeleton's distraction from Kethra to aim at its structural weak points.
Attack Roll: 24

Bonus Action Attack Roll: 19
Bonus Action Damage Roll: 4
Sneak Attack added Damage: 2
All damage is not magical piercing.

(Sorry for the delayed post)
Jairus's bolt drops the final skeleton.
(Do you want to explore Lance Rock any further, or return to town?)
(If you return to town, I'd advise taking a long rest first.)
