Dillyu (who has a swimming speed of 30 ft) uses half his movement to get out of prone, swims forward 15 ft and then cunning action dashes to dive 30 ft.
He then fires his crossbow (normal range 80 ft) at A2 (sneak attack due to Kenton being in combat with it): Attack: 26 Damage: 18. It hits and A2 is starting to look quite hurt.
I thought Selachai's robe would mean I wouldn't need to worry about depth, as most of you would be pulled in, but dodge actions, rage and some good rolls messed with that. Your depth is now shown on your characters below. I also updated Aliez's position as per her earlier post.
After Aliez, all the enemies except Selachai are going.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Aliez will un-prone herself and then move forward 5ft to 34,13. She then aims her crossbow and fires it, Attack: 15 Damage: 5. She then calls out to Oden, "Avenge your hometown. Get them!" Gain a bardic inspiration, 1d6 that you can add to any attack, save, or check.
[I'll check who Aliez is aiming at to say whether she is in normal range (I had to use Pythagoras' theorem for the first time in a long time to check if any foe was in range).]
A1 double dashes, and with its 40 ft swimming speed ascends to 60 ft (x30, y15, z60). [Don't worry, you don't have to put in z values].
A2 bites at Kenton (advantage because not on full health, sorry) Attack: 21 Damage: 16. Kenton is unconscious.
S1 swims forward 10 ft and ascends 30 ft (40 ft swim speed) and attacks Dillyu with a Bite Attack: 7 Damage: 5 and a spear attack (advantage because not on full health) Attack: 22 Damage: 9. Both hit, though Dillyu is able to avoid any serious damage.
S2 swims forward 10 ft and ascends 30 ft (40 ft swim speed) and attacks Oden with a Bite Attack: 23 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. and a spear attack (advantage because not on full health) Attack: 19 Damage: 4 (both should have been advantage, so 19 to see if the first hit was a crit. It wasn't). The sahuagin is able to bite into Oden, though he manages to avoid the creature's spear.
S3 swims forward 10 ft and ascends 30 ft (40 ft swim speed) and attacks Dillyu (advantage) with a Bite Attack: 13 Damage: 4 and a spear attack Attack: 12 Damage: 7. Both attacks hit and Dillyu is starting to look hurt.
S4 swims forward 10 ft and ascends 30 ft (40 ft swim speed) and attacks Dillyu (advantage) with a Bite Attack: 19 Damage: 3 and a spear attack Attack: 11 Damage: 2. Both miss.
S5 double dashes and ascends to (x30, y19, z60).
Beatrice, Oden, Vincent and Selachai are up. Aliez needs to confirm target of her last crossbow attack.
(I had been planning on aiming at Selachai cause I think she is in 30ft of me, otherwise I'll just shoot at whoever is in 30ft of me.)
[You are also 60 ft up until you dive (or are pulled) further down. I just realised you are using a hand crossbow (30 ft normal range), not light crossbow (80 ft normal range) or heavy crossbow (100 ft normal range). That means that the crossbow attack automatically misses regardless of the target unfortunately.
I might discuss in group chat whether we just forget about depth going forward and just assume that everyone is at the same level when combat starts, though the robe/wave (and Reguh potentially unlocking the ability to do that later for his robe and/or someone else potentially getting Selachai's robe and unlocking it later) was supposed to remove some of the complexity with a fight occurring on 3 axis.]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As he dodges the spear being thrust at him, Oden uses the momentum to move behind the Sahuagin (29,17 - 30ft above Kenton). Focusing all his killing intent, he lunges to attack.
Kenton, I'll get you to wait until the others have had their turns before you roll a death save (because you are last in the initiative for the new round and it might not be needed).
Dillyu uses his cunning action ability to disengage as a bonus action, and with his 40 ft swim speed swims to (x32, y17, z50) and as his action he shoots his crossbow at S2 (with sneak attack) Attack: 11 Damage: 7. That is a miss.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Beatrice has only dived to 60 ft and S2 is at 30 ft. She can either dive 5 ft (which won't get opportunity attack) and throw the spear at S2, or stab at S5 who is also at 60 ft.
Beatrice's spear hits either way. If she is shoving it in S5's eye and she was doing it with two hands, it would have been 1d8 damage (so you can add 1 to the damage). Let me know which you choose.
Kenton gasps as his eyes open. It's... nothing... he manages to say, trying to ignore the pain from his remaining wounds. He uses his movement to get upright from prone, and his action to use lay on hands to heal himself a further 10 HP.

Beatrice shows her violent nature, poking S5 in the eye.
Reguh misses with the crossbow.
Kenton has gone from unconscious to looking quite healthy thanks to the healing word from Aliez and his own lay on hands.
A1 bites at Vincent: Attack: 14 Damage: 12. Oof, the bite connects and tears into his flesh, Vincent is looking very hurt.
A2 bites at Kenton (with advantage because he isn't on full health): Attack: 21 Damage: 11. Again, the bite tears into Kenton's flesh and he is looking extremely messed up.
S1 attacks Vincent (with advantage): Bite Attack: 22 Damage: 4. Vincent is down. Spear Attack: 16 Damage: 7. Fortunately this misses, but Vincent is unconscious.
S2 attacks Oden (with advantage): Bite Attack: 18 Damage: 4. Spear Attack: 21 Damage: 4. Oden is starting to look very hurt.
S3 swims forward 5 ft and throws its spear at Aliez: Attack: 7 Damage: 6.
S4 also throws its spear at Aliez (with advantage): 22 Damage: 4.
[Sorry everyone, that was a really rough round. Far too many good rolls for the enemies. A reminder, healing potions can be consumed as a bonus action or given to others as an action.]
Beatrice, Oden and Vincent are up, followed by Selachai. I'll get Vincent to wait for the other two to go before making saving throws.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Selachai gets up from prone and looks at Reguh with fury initially. Her eyes then narrow as she looks at the robe he is wearing that almost matches her own and a sly smile crosses her face as she points the shark's head sceptre at him, the shark head closes one eye and she calls out to Reguh disrobe. Reguh needs to make a DC13 Wisdom save or on his next turn he removes his robe and ends his turn.
Beatrice,Vincent, Dillyu, Reguh, Aliez and Kenton are up. Vincent should make his death saving throw before Reguh, Aliez or Kenton go.
Dillyu uses a bonus action to drink his potion of healing (he is now out of healing potions), healing 9 hp. He then takes aim at A2 and fires his crossbow (with sneak attack): Attack: 23 Damage: 13. He misses.
I also forgot about Bane earlier. I'll get three DC10 concentration checks from Aliez (one for being hit and knocked prone by the pulse, two for taking damage). I'll then make some retroactive changes based on if/when concentration was broken.

Vincent attacks A1 with a spear. If it hits, he’ll use his Touch of a Destruction to add 9 necrotic to the hit
Attack: 15 Damage: 9
Paladin - warforged - orange
Vincent's spear attack hits and he channels necrotic energy into the wound.
As he dodges the spear being thrust at him, Oden uses the momentum to move behind the Sahuagin (29,17 - 30ft above Kenton). Focusing all his killing intent, he lunges to attack.
BA: Hunter's Mark on S2
Attack: 13 Damage: 14
Oden positions himself above the unconscious Kenton and thrusts his blade at S2, hitting and seriously hurting it with one hit.
Salachai obeys the the command to grovel, drops prone and ends her turn.
Beatrice, Dillyu, Reguh, Aliez and Kenton are up.
He also mouths "Sorry" to the unconscious Kenton.
Beatrice pulls out her spear and will shove it right into the eye of S2.
Attack: 12
Damage: 6
Beatrice has only dived to 60 ft and S2 is at 30 ft. She can either dive 5 ft (which won't get opportunity attack) and throw the spear at S2, or stab at S5 who is also at 60 ft.

Satisfied with the groveling of Selachai, Reguh fires his crossbow at A1. Attack: 23 Damage: 4
I'll stab at S5 with two hands :)
Aliez dashes downward 30ft before whispering, "No one is dying today. No more voices." And casts healing word on Kenton for 7
Kenton gasps as his eyes open. It's... nothing... he manages to say, trying to ignore the pain from his remaining wounds.

Recoiling from the hits, Oden releases the shield to free a hand and uncorks a Potion of Healing to drink it. 8
Feeling a rush of energy, he strikes the Sahuagin (S2). Attack: 9 Damage: 18
Adding Barding Inspiration roll to attack: 3
If S2 dies, Oden will swim down at x29,y18, and catches the sinking shield.
With Aliez's inspiration Oden's blade strikes true and cuts S2 down. S2 is dead.
