Reguh looks at the one who tried to compel him and moves up a bit towards him (To bottom left of space V3) He then points his wand at him and mumbles a few words and with a flick of his wrist, a ray of sickening green energy lashes out of the tip of the wand towards the creature. 23 (On a hit, the target takes 2d8 10 poison damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it is also poisoned until the end of your next turn.). He then backs away with the remaining movement he has (to U4)
Shoving her way through the crowds, Beatrice vaults over the table, her hands deftly hoisting herself up and over in the blink of an eye like a skilled parkourist, darting her way around the cluster of people, coming to a rest at U3 and roaring, "COME GET SOME!"at the creatures.
Oof, the Sahuagin Fanatic is looking real hurt, but is still alive (after taking 26hp damage). I realised that it should have used reaction to move, but will DM-rule that Reguh hit it before it moved. Con save:15
It makes the con save. It swims 40 ft north. It regrets not being able to use inflict wounds (3d10 damage) on anyone yet, though it wasn’t in range and its focus was the robe.
Vincent (5) and Maltake (2) are up before we get back to the top of initiative. I will roll Halla's initiative: 6 . They can take one action (attack, spell or ability) when they post, as they will have missed their first go in the initiative.
Three of the Sahuagins attack: S1(5), S2(4), S5(3).
S1 attacks Joao (advantage because he is not at full health): bite Attack: 11 Damage:2 and a spear Attack: 19Damage:6
The spear attack hits and Joao is looking very hurt
S2 attacks wants to attack Joao, but cant get to him, so attacks Elanza: bite Attack: 6Damage:5 and a spear Attack: 18Damage:8
The spear attack hits
S5 attacks M3 - Cuhnus: bite Attack: 16Damage:2 and a spear Attack: 15Damage:2
To the DM: Please let me know if I can do the following:
1) Instruct my familiar to follow the Thug to his hideout in its bat form and return back to to the bar. Solomon is invisible and can fly and hopefully I can visit the Thug later after this Sahuagin attack.
2) Move through the panicked crowd to V6 and fire off an Eldritch Blast to the Sahuagin (S2)
A Sahuagin Attack to ruin a perfectly lazy day by the water. But Maltake couldn't ignore the screams. A part of him wanted to leave with the crowd. This matter does concern him. "No good deed goes unpunished". A smile crept on his face.
Telepathically he tells his familiar: "Solomon, be a dear and let me know where our friend ends up. I'll see you back here."
Pushing his way through the crowd, he sees these "fish-men" attack those in or near the water. He lets the irritation he feels grow into anger and releases an Eldritch Blast at the Sahuagin. "Know my pain you scaly fiend"

Attack 11
Damage 5
1) Yes. The thug is not currently moving, though if they do I'll get Solomon to roll stealth with advantage.
2) Yes, you can just see it from there, but the blast goes wide and causes the water to splash next to the creature.
Vincent (5) is still up, and I'm happy for Laire (21) and Oden (19) to post their next turns or wait.
Oden, if you want Ervalin to move your siblings, I'll get you to make a free action persuasion check (DC12) and tell him where you want him to take them. Otherwise, Arvastan is not Militia and so will leave without persuasion and take the rest of your siblings with him, but you will need to tell him where to take them.
I'll post an updated map, showing the rest of the island to assist:
The yellow lines show which directions people are fleeing to. You don’t know if there are people or Sahuagin in parts of the island you haven’t explored yet.
This is the above map it zoomed in. The yellow lines show which directions people are fleeing to. You don’t know if there are people or Sahuagin in parts of the island you haven’t explored yet.

(Sorry! Sundays are busy for me sometimes)
Vincent is ready to step in and fight the horde of wicked, murdering fish people.
He raises a leather gauntleted fist and swipes it through the air. A spectral raven sweeps towards two of the sahuagin (S2,S3) and strikes at them. ( chill touch with the Reaper feature targets two within 5 feet of each other)
Attack: 19 Damage: 3
Attack: 6 Damage: 2
He then whispers a word only Joao can hear healing word6 to restore his body. (Restores 6 hp) (end of turn)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Back at the top of the round you all hear a crashing sound from the tavern, as part of the roof falls in and you hear someone screaming for help from the second story out the window.
Laire (21) and Oden (19) are up.
The thug (20) looks around, and seeing that other people seem to have these sea creatures under control, he double dashes north. The thug does not take notice of the cries for help and runs past the tavern. Solomon keeps up easily with his 40ft fly speed in bat form and is still in range for telepathic communication.**
Cuhnus/Mi3 (20) takes two attacks on the creature in front of him with his longsword: Attack 1: 6Damage: 2 Attack 2: 18Damage: 5. The second attack hits, but the creature still does not go down despite the heavy damage it has taken in the last two rounds
**Solomon needs to roll a stealth check. I realised he does not get advantage, but the thug (and anyone else) has disadvantage on perceiving him instead. As it is passive perception (at this stage) and the thug is not actually looking, it will also be at -5 penalty, so Perception: -1 The thug has no idea that Solomon is following him for the moment no matter what Solomon rolls
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Oden looks taken by surprise by Ervalin's show of independence and even more so at Arvastan's show of magic. It felt liberating.
Oden closes the gap to S2 and pulls the coral branch from his belt with the right hand, while still holding the longbow with his left. He slashes at the Sahuagin as a thin, transparent blade takes shape.
I was having trouble getting the image in this same post, so it is below.
Also if you missed it earlier: Oden, if you want Ervalin to move your siblings, I'll get you to make a free action persuasion check (DC12) and tell him where you want him to take them. Otherwise, Arvastan is not Militia and so will leave without persuasion and take the rest of your siblings with him, but you will need to tell him where to take them.
(Steve needs a turn too. Maybe he can go right before me?
I forgot to get people to roll initiative for their familiars, so yes they can go just before or after the characters that have them for this combat. For future combat, I'll get people to roll for familiars but to give their commands on their turn.
Familiars can provide advantage if it makes sense narratively and people explain how the familiar creates the advantage (as per Greenstone Walker/SteveC's post here, if someone writes something like "the rat runs up the orc and bites him in the earlobe, distracting him" they will get advantage).
The Sahuagin misjudged the reach of Oden's weapon, but did not live to regret it as the blade carved out the top-right quarter of his head and he collapsed to his knees. Oden kicks him out of the way to get to the next fish-face.
Fishmonsters seriously hit the man standing between Laire and the water (M3). Not daring to come closer, she tried to heal him from her position: Healing Word7

Oden is focused on the fight and lets them decide for themselves, at least for now.
I definitely thought Joao and Cuhnus were going down this round and the Sahuagins were going to be able to focus on the PCs more, so good work Vincent and Laire.
Mi2/M2 - Nahnir swings her sword with two hands on creature S4: Attack: 6, Damage: 9
Miss
Creature S7 attacks Mi3/M3 Cuhnus: Bite Attack:9, Damage: 2, Spear attack: 18, Damage: 2 (advantage if the previous attack hits)
A miss then a hit
Joao attacks creature S1 twice with his spear: Attack: 14, Damage: 8, Attack: 19, Damage: 9

Paladin - warforged - orange
No probs, still well within time.
The raven's claws dig into the first creature and it does damage, but it doesn't find purchase on the second creature.
Joao no longer looks like he is on deaths door, though wonders who just whispered in his ear.
