Kenton and Firische both move to the port cannon. (That's at x22, y19, right?) Firische will load and Kenton will fire, once the ship has turned and they have a clear view of the target.

[Yes to location and yes to using previous roll, though that means I will also use the same target from that post (personnel). A third action is needed to shoot the cannon, so Firische readies the cannon and Kenton holds his action to fire, with the trigger another person aiming it.]
The ship moves and turns on Beorth's turn and the cannon has a clear shot, awaiting another crew member to help with the cannon. [Continue to use the previous battlemap coordinates for movement for the moment even though the ship has turned.]
Four more Lacedons (L1 to L4) hold their actions awaiting a command from their captain.
Gumerawan and Lonzar are up (remember vertical distance for those two. They will also need to be replaced before Beorth's turn if they stop assisting as the 'hands on deck' for the ship to keep moving - though it does make sense for everyone to share the duties if possible. I'll say they (or anyone that replaces them) can move and take any bonus actions and still perform the 'hands on deck' duties).
Five more kobolds (K1 to K5) then hold their actions awaiting a command from their captain.
[Apologies Trustlife1990, I'd somehow missed the second part of your post.]
Oden's Detect Portal does not detect anything within a mile.
The cannon fires and hits. It will definitely kill whoever it hits, so if you are very lucky this could end the encounter immediately (with a roll of 23). It could also just take out a kobold. I'm numbering the foes in order left to right.
8
The cannon hits and kills one of the lacedons hanging off the side of the ship.
Beatrice and Dajarkal will move to the port arcane cannon and ready Lightning Shot to fire at the centre of the ship when someone else comes to help us fire.
It is the sahuagin's turn. Even though you are all too far away to hear what she says, it is obvious that she has yelled a command, as four of the lacedons jump into the water and kobolds K6 through K10, use their held actions to ready, aim and fire the Mangonel, which they aim at the helm again: Attack: 22 Damage: 40
The sahuagin then holds up her hands, starts chanting and the ship disappears. You know where it was prior to disappearing and know that it could only have travelled a short distance (if at all) and possibly turned. If you are going to try and fire on the ship while it is invisible, let me know where you fire on this hastily made 'battleships' board (each square is approx 35 ft and the ships are not quite to scale, but it will do for any shots at the invisible ship).
The blue ship represents where the other ship is/was before any movement or turns (J19, K19 and L19), if you fire at it, let me know what square you are aiming for.
The Champion and Rosan are up, then some foes you can't see, then Oden and Dillyu.
The helm is non-functioning at the moment, so on Beorth's turn you will be able to move but not turn. Some of the sidekicks have a Background: Shipwright: Feature: I’ll Patch It! which I am ruling can be used for other parts of the ship (not just the hull), so you might want to look at that. If anyone hasn't taken control of their sidekick, they should hit 'claim' on that character in the campaign page.
Reminder, you can hold actions if you would like as well. Just let me know what they are and what the trigger is.
Given that three of the kobolds that were operating the mangonel were killed, it does not get the shot off, so your helm is still functioning.

The Champion will try to fire the canon near him at the raft if possible, and Rosen will help him get it ready again after
[I wasn't sure if you were going to update this, as I don't think it is possible at this time. If I have missed something, let me know.]
As there is no raft, unless you post otherwise I'll assume that The Champion loads/readies the starboard cannon, Rosan holds his action to fire the cannon when a target appears and a third person is available to aim. Oden and Dillyu are then up.
Anyone who wants to make a perception check on their turn can (PCs only). If you do, please let me know what direction your character is looking.
I will let you know in advance that when the other ship became invisible, the telltale signs of where it is - including the disruption to water - also became less clear. If you roll well enough on perception trying to see any disturbances (it is an easier DC than before because you now know where to look), I'll then get you to roll an investigation check as well. It is not that the signs aren't there, more that your brain has trouble focussing on and comprehending them due to whatever is making the ship invisible. Think something between the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy's Somebody Else's Problem Field and real life Razzle Dazzle Camouflage, where your eyes are drawn away from the signs of the ship and you brain is having trouble understanding what it sees.

Oden will shout: "To the port cannons!" and tell Beorth to keep going ahead then make a sharp turn to port.
(Ideally, that puts us at 135ft from them and we can get a shot with both cannon and arcane cannon.)
If he still has an action, Oden will Detect Portal, otherwise he'll do it next turn
Dillyu moves to the port cannon and loads it.
Kenton's Perception check: 9
Kenton and Firische both move to the port cannon. (That's at x22, y19, right?) Firische will load and Kenton will fire, once the ship has turned and they have a clear view of the target.
If I can, I'd like to use Kenton's roll from before when I thought he could reach the ballista in one turn: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/play-by-post/67582-ttwc-campaign-thread-chapter-one-a-relaxing-beach?comment=1732
So that's an attack of 23, and damage of 11 + 26 I think. Let me know if I need to re-roll anything.

Gumerawan and Lonzar moved port and starboard respectively, to keep watch for attacking lacedon from beneath the waves.
( None of their bonus actions are within range yet so they'll continue to help with hands on deck)

[the arcane cannon only requires aiming and shooting, so Beatrice could have fired]

Damage roll for arcane cannon lightning shot: 29
The Champion will try to fire the canon near him at the raft if possible, and Rosen will help him get it ready again after

I'm happy for that to have occurred before the sahuagin's turn.
Nine of the kobolds instantly die (regardless of whether they make their saves).
L7: 7 - dead.
L8: 18 - alive.
L9: 8 - dead.
L10: 5 - dead.
L11: 17 - alive.
L12: 15 - alive.
SP: 15 - alive and looking very angry.

Beatrice will squint at where she just fired off the lightning shot.
