After the rest, Hrakhamar remains quite. It seems the firenewts have abandoned the place. At last, Hrakhamar is liberated.
Musharib: " Dwarves value vows, we keep our words. I'll come with you to Omu and we will defeat the evil thing together. "
The journey to the lost city continues. Musharib guides the party along the confine between the Valley of Lost Honor and the jungle. The heat is unbearable in the Valley around noon, the jungle offers a suitable cover from the sun. Moreover, the overseer of Hrakhamar begins to talk to any kind of small birds and parrots in the mornings. He is sending messages to the members of his clan, saying that their home is freed and they can return.
Thirteen days are needed to get to the region marked by Artus. The Pot of Awakening gives life to a nice and friendly shrub. During this time, Chult seems to have fallen silent. Monsters, both alive and dead, do not show themselves.
Like the quiet before the storm.
On day 13 from Hrakhamar, finally, the party spots an icy hawk, the signal from Artus. The party meets the man a few hours later with the silent but cheerful Dragonbait.
Artus: " You have come. I am glad and will be happy to hear your tale, but now you have to follow me. "
After few more hours in the afternoon, the party comes to the southernmost edge of a cliff, surrounded by dense jungle."Allow me to introduce to you the Lost City of Omu." <dramatic music>
The jungle parts to reveal a dead city enclosed by sheer cliffs. Ruined buildings and stone boulevards rise like ghosts from the floor of the misty basin. Colorful birds glide overhead.
A waterfall pours into the basin, creating a swollen river that floods much of the city before draining into a deep rift filled with molten lava. A ruined palace lies a few hundred feet from the edge of the steaming abyss.
Kurma, who has now been travelling with his awakened shrub Nii, is in awe. "This is unbelievable, I never though I would see Omu in my life..." The tortle then take is time to note every piece of information and to do some drawing in hi book. "Irommek, we can try to draw the city map, so it is easier for us to navigate. What do you think?"
then, talking to Artus,"Where is our goal? This city is immense..."
Artus:" That, Master Kurma, is the dilemma. We know that the Soulmoger is somewhere here, we must find some clues to its presence. Do you have any other information about it? "
OOC *cough* prophecy of Grandfather Zitembe *cough*
"Yes ! I have noted that somewhere...." Kurma flicks through the pages of his notebook quickly. "Here...I have met a wise priest named the Grandfather - he is related to Inete. He had a vision about the soul monger. He said: " "Far to the south, in a lost city enclosed by cliffs and crawling with snakes. Nine strange figures were waiting for me, near a black obelisk draped in vines. There is where you have to go. There, I believe you will find what you seek.”
Sooooo...be careful for snakes and look for a black obelisk and 9 figures...?"
OOC: Anything thing that look like a black obelisk from where we stand ?
"Well the only way to find it is to go looking. Let's keep moving..."
Felix will keep his eyes open and for any trouble while they walk through this city. Also any shiny things too.

OOC The check is for a general overview of the city, or something in particular? Also, where are going exactly?
[South West corner with the stairs, leading to the city. The check is for a general overview. Once we get more into the city he will look for specific for things to take.]

Felix notices vine-draped statues perching on the clifftop, one every 100 feet or so. That aside, the path through the stairs is clear.
A guardhouse stands near the entrance to the city. Arrow slits are cut into its limestone walls, and a lopsided iron portcullis hangs over the gateway, beyond which you see an open plaza.
Much of the interior has collapsed into rubble. Creepers cling to the walls, and high grasses sprout between the flagstones amid evidence of long-dead campfires. One wall is covered with graffiti — some words painted, others etched.
“Fear the fangs of Ras Nsi!”
“Erik, I’ve gone in search of the nine shrines. V.”
Artus and Inete recall together few bits of the lore of the legends about the rise and fall of Omu.
It is believed that when Ubtao abandoned Omu, its citizen, desperate for redemption, strated to worships other gods, primal spirits arose from the rainforest to bewitch the few remaining Omuans. They disguised themselves as jungle creatures and promised great power in return for devotion.
Unkh, Kubazan, Shagambi, Moa are the names of some of those gods, but their primal form is unknown to most.
Inete remembers the story of a tribal clan of chultans telling about Moa the jaculi (the springing serpent the party fought at the edge of the Aldani Basin), while Artus seems to known and respect Shagambi, a wise kamadan (a wild cat with snakes attached to its shoulders).
Kurma sits down in front of the graffitis for a few minutes, trying to remember any stories from his mentor. History: 22 +2 (Guidance)
Taking his notebook and his pencil, he then copy all the writings, certain that it will be handy in the future. This is as exciting as it could be for Kurma, so much lost knowledge, he could almost feel his god Oghma behind him, pressing him to explore this lost city.
"I'll do the last watch, just wake me up! A rest will do us all good."
