Alton will throw a regular dagger from his position at the goblin who is about to see him. (Correct me if I’m wrong, but that is done with advantage and therefore sneak attack. The goblin is also surprised so assassinate will trigger.)
Attack: 19 Damage: 6
Sneak Attack (Already doubled): 22
Extra for crit: 1
For a total of 27 damage. Alton then uses his bonus action to hide again, continuing to slink down the wall out of sight.

I think having all of those actions happen before the goblins noticed and initiative engaged might be pushing it a bit. It was likely my fault for prompting it all!
Here's how I see this going down:
Alton, you do launch your dagger at the closest goblin, with all of those bonuses applied. The dagger embeds into the goblin's skull, killing it instantly.
At the same moment...
Ralf, without making a second stealth check, the goblins will notice you come in the door. You say your one liner, and they say something in goblin. The stealth check would be pointless to make though, as at the same time as you walk in the door, they see and hear their comrade take a dagger to the skull and fall dead. So they see you both now.
Spid-tur is still unnoticed in spider form on the ceiling.
The bless spell and the stealth move do not occur, yet.
((ceilings in here are higher than standard ceiling due to the size of the building itself and the way the roof is built. It is 11 ft in this section. Did you mean to roll a D29 for initiative? I want to make sure I am not missing something about the spider. If it was a mistake, you can re-roll as I think this particular initiative order is important depending on what you are planning!))
((HA! Oops, I rolled from my phone, which I have trouble accessing the roller function from so coded it in manually. Must have hit 9 instead of 0. 21))

Spid-tur, you release yourself from the ceiling and at the same time change back to Gotur form. The goblins look confused as they see a huge half-orc appear in the air, especially the one you're about to land on!
ok, lots of stuff going on here. To start, let's get an acrobatics check to see if you can manage to somewhat land on your feet. Depending on that outcome, you may or may not take some damage yourself falling from this height. Please roll 1d6 for that. Lastly, please roll 2d6+4 for the damage that the goblin is going to take given your 300+ lb body about to land on him.
There will be no action left after this all goes down.
Alton, because the goblins can already see you, the hide likely wouldn't be possible. They'd just watch you hide. However, you can absolutely take cover behind that table. (half-cover).
So you still have your full action left and you are now behind that table in the SW alcove there with the curtain drawn open. Are you still coating the blade with the magical poison? Anything else?
Gotur, it's like you've done this before. You morph back into half-orc form in mid air in the standing position. Your foot comes down first on the crouched goblin, and subsequently crushes the creatures skull into the ground as you land on your feet with the crushed goblins head under your right foot. Brain matter on your foot. SLAM! (-8) The goblin is dead.
The remaining goblins will act once Alton confirms his actions.

The bugbear looks stunned as he reacts to his lower ranked comrads getting killed. He rushes forward to the closest target he can get to, which is Ralfaen. Attack: 8 Damage: 15 and the morningstar goes over the tortle's head.
The hobgoblin yells out in common "CURSE you fools! We didn't do this!" and then rushes forward savagely with his longsword held with both hands swinging it wildly at Gotur's neck. Attack: 10 Damage: 4 and the hobgoblin also swings above the target. The sword slashes upwards into the air and nothing else.
Both of the goblins don't have the courage like the hobgoblin or bugbear have. They both attempt to retreat back behind the bar. They both run towards it and will attempt to dive up, onto, and slide over the bar, essentially landing on the other side, in 3/4 cover since they will be ducking behind the bar. Acrobatics checks: 2120 and these little guys make it look easy. The both run towards the bar, jump up and do double-slides as they both land behind the bar, ducked down. You can just see a bit of their mangy heads.

"After this, feeling like my youth in the 60's, you will be!" shouts Ralf as he casts Color Spray at 2nd Level, directed at the Bugbear. A strange silver ball covered in small squares materializes in the air next to the bugbear, and it rotates, highly reflecting the surrounding light to the point of blindness.

Spid-tur is up!
Alton you can also queue your turn for processing after Spid-tur, or wait to see what the arachnid does first.
Well over 300 lbs of half orc drops from the ceiling onto the goblin below.

Alton uses his bonus action to hide as he makes his way along the wall to take cover behind the table in the southwest corner.
Stealth: 19
He will then use his action to cause the dagger of venom to become coated in poison.

Inspired by Ralf's cool one-liner as he burst in the door, Gotur feels the need to punctuate his own bad ass moment with a line of his own.
"Hope we're not interrupting, just thought I'd DROP IN."
