definitely not both - held action uses a reaction to perform an action. So, one, but then what is the trigger? If he casts Darkness? If he points at Sam? If he uses a specific word (the catoblepas understands no words at this point, though might eventually learn sit, stay, etc.)? If the spell was the trigger, death ray and blight won't work because the calf cant see the target.

Gravity attempts to climb out of the chamber and casts Catapult on the jeweled skull. If it flies upwards due to the effect of the spell, she will try to catch it.

Blight would come from the sword
The sword does not act. It is sentient but inanimate. Casting Blight would be Sam's action

Is she aiming at a wall or ceiling or through the hile in the roof? It flies the full distance, so if she's trying to catch it, technically all of these would work, but even though she csn catapult it without seeing it (quirky) it will still be hard to catch it in the dark. Need to determine a Dex nimble finger check target DC.
(@DM, she's casting the spell through the hole in the roof and she has dark vision. Can she compel the skull to hit her instead according to the text of the Catapult?)

Ok I’ll cast blight con 15 save or take 46 necrotic
@InkedBee <I missed or forgot 5246. Thought she was still in the hole. She can just catch the skull, no problem.>
Edit: it is weird though that catapult works on objects you can't see. it kind of makes sense, I'd you throw a baseball you don't look at the ball when you throw it. You know?
Seeing the skull fky out through the open roof, (devil's sight) the Ravager Archon teleports to the surface to confront the thieves attempting to steal the would be phylactery. As Gravity holds the skull, she is the primary target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: 20 to hit, 15 piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit 19 slashing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit 14 slashing damage.
(@Wile_E_Coyote, Gravity is under the effect of Sanctuary. She can not be targeted until the Archon makes a successful wisdom saving throw against DC 14.)
Not too surprised to see the beast arriving, Tetrevess blasts the archon with dragon’s breath (bonus action)- shooting acid over it (at 5th level)
and also throws a firebolt it’s way
dragons breath (acid) 28 acid damage dex DC 19 for half
firebolt 22 to hit 11 damage
he then retreats further from the archon
<I don't think yoi can cast 2 spells in a turn and use your action for something else. BA for Dragon's breath, acrion to breathe poison, also action to cast cantrip. Or am I missing something?>

<ooc: I feel like I need a token for this spell. Abjurations are really slowing down the pace of the game for me lately. Same thing with counterspell. these are vestiges that 4e was fraught with and made the game practically unplayable>
Ok, Wis save. If it succeeds, the attacks go to Gravity, if it fails the attacks are against Tetrevess. Assuming he survived those, he casts some spells and then is open to AoO, but Tesservett can decide if the wizard will attempt to move away or not if it comes to that. Here goes:
(Oh yes you are right- the breathing is an action. So ignore the cantrip. But I’m confused how the archon could attack this round- Does the archon get teleport as a bonus action?). If so, I’m not sure tetrevess is alive anymore. I have to check his AC.
but if he does survive this- he won’t move away- I was assuming he was out of reach of the archon.
As a held my action and the calf would i get to cast blight and death ray before he cast darkness?
initiative 5

Sam's armor is the source of magical darkness. He cannot see a target on which to cast blight.

Well, that was unexpected. So, tetrevess takes the attacks instead.
Here's a dex save vs dragon breath if it still applies: 18
I don't want to assume, so Tesservett please confirm r revise actions and movement for this turn.
