I can’t save the calf, so unless Sam has a plan for that… tetrevess retrieves his sphere and leads the retreat to the nearest town with a tavern. (Any chance we level up? :) )
Being dragged through the portal “thank you t may the world serpent bless you”

I’m in! Will post what Tetrevess occupies himself with soon.
Gravity will rescue the little calf due to inherent gravitational pull of maternal instinct and release her to the swamp-land surrounding the temple complex. After that she will use her jewelers' tools to remove the teeth of the silver skeleton. She will put all five stones into a pouch and hand it over to the mechanical guide 'Logan/Eludecia'. "Just hide it from the plain sight of dungeon delver or tomb raiders."
(For loot division- how do we want to do it? I don’t have much of anything on my sheet. Makes a difference as to what Tetrevess does in his time! He wants to sell/trade the sphere for what he can get for it (maybe a magic staff)- assuming it goes to someone who won’t cause trouble with it (someone good or at least neutral).

You know you're still like 1000 years in the past on Oerth, right? Ahh, screw it. I'll just do it the other way. But, let's have Tetrevess pawn that hole in space time first. It can't travel through time, it would teat it apart. Thst would be, uh... less than ideal.
So, Tetrevess is a mage, you're looking fir a mage. Earlier you helped Nolzur. A few days after leaving the temple, you find a package adressed to you.
Thankful for the rescue, Nolzur has sent you a set of his Nolzur’s marvelous pigments. The delivery also contains a small, unpainted miniature figure representing each character. Each figure is a tiny clockwork device. If painted and kept on hand, the figures secretly animate to help with small tasks whenever they sleep (similar to unseen servant).
Now, if you ask around or maybe find a means of sending a message, maybe Nolzur would know of someone who fits the description of a person who won't cause trouble ke with the sphere. Otherwise, any NPC from Tetrevess' backstory will suffice. The value may differ depending on the choice.
Gravity will attempt to find a mentor or instructor so that she can spend a considerable amount of time (at least ten workweeks) in training. She is interested to learn a new set of fighting skills which will reduce her dependence on infused shortbow. Such kind of versatile skills will help her to tackle different improvised situations. (Fighting Archetype: Battle Master)
After going through elementary training sessions, she will try to contact with her former colleague, an expert wizard, Tetrevess Tomescribe. She will pay him a visit to ask for his expertise in research. She will show him some documents that deal with a new school of magic that can tinker with the velocity of objects and creatures while manipulating the gravitational pull and push factors. If he agrees with her offering, she will continue to scribe some basic plans. (Multiclass: Wizard- Graviturgy Magic)
(What's the current time of the planet? Are we free to use critical role contents?)

I would imagine sam would do the Sam with ruinblade knowing the knowledge of its former owners history
(Not the Dm here but the idea of time manipulation is a thing with the spell time stop so could be allowed but like I said I’m not the DM)
(I was just referring to the 'Adjust Density' feature of Graviturgy Magic: "... while halved, the creature’s speed increases by 10 ft., it can jump twice as far as normal, and it has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws." - EGtW)
(did gravity keep the storm heart? What about our other loot? Does the guide still stay with us? Tetrevess will gladly help Gravity with her arcane interests, their shared traumatic experiences having patched up any lingering tension. He’s is interested in learning about this aspect of the arcane as well, even if not to practice it)
Tetrevess will travel via Teleportation circle to meet Nolzur in person and discuss what to do with the Sphere- get his recommendations as to a suitable buyer, and where he might be able to trade it for an arcane staff more useful for day-to day adventuring.
-as for his other plans it depends on what resources we have access to- he might like to craft some items, set up a home wizards tower, etc.
<CR carte blanche is a no go. There is literally 1 Chronamancer - that's his actual name, and that talent is rare, though thats Faerûn - Oerth is another story, but its still something that would be an issue (lore wise) in Faerûn. Graviturgy, maybe but probably no - ket me read it again and get back to you. Blood hunter, I don't have any ussue with. I haven't read the new book at all, but I have it if there's something in it you're interested in, let me know.>
<Sam can't get rid of ruinblade as it is cursed. He can attempt to end the curse in any usual way (I'd have to read over it again, but seems pretty standard)>
Greyhawk time is a little harder to keep track of than Faerûn time. I can go back and look in my notes and let you know what I thought it was. The main thing is Vecna is very much a big deal, currently conquering Oerth, not yet attempted to become a demigod. The Company of Seven (including Nolzur) are actively working together. That includes Tasha, which means Iuz hasn't surfaced yet. Somewhere between 310 and 421 CY.
I think it bears mentioning: Kwalish did make it pretty well known own that he sort of idolized Heward. He actually has a building in Greyhawk city's theive's quarter called "Hew's Place". Might be worth checking out.
Also some potential buyers among that group for powerful bits of magic.
<you guys see the new monstrous compendium yet? It's free. Check it out. I could totally see a clockwork horror making an appearance. I think the fractine is similar to the mirror mephit, functionally>
<formally, "remove curse or similar magic" will end the curse. You can probably get a cleric to do it for a nominal fee, though they may feel sometime if way about what you plan to do with the item.>

Instead, she will learn some magical tricks from her colleague. (Feat: Magic Initiate- Wizard)
She will follow the wizard so that she can meet Nolzur and show him a detailed plan of replicating Gloves of Thievery, including the concept of generating magic through it. (Does anyone remember Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist?)
She's also building a battlesmith steel defender in the form of a Shocker Lizardbased on the draft illustration of the lizard found inside the tunnel of temple of Moloch.
@Sam, yes to both. This actually works very well. (Confession: I was playing in a waterdeep dragon heist game when it cane out. So I never read the book snd I never really met force grey, and font know much about them. But, learning about rhem now, it works really well as a means of getting these two campaigns linked up)
Edit: this bit with Waterdeep will occur after the return to Faerûn (for Sam, that is, the others have never been). The plot will get us there once we tie up loose ends with magical item trading, etc.
So, whilst on Oerth, in ancient days, you can locate a temple if Bahamut. Not a bad choice given Sam being what most humanoids of that time and place would call a 'Monstrous race' and being actually evil aligned. While priest's (as they are known; a title that includes clerics, paladins and druids, as well as some specialty priests that don't fit neatly in my mind into the 13 classes of 5e did i forget bloodhunter?) are prerequisites good-aligned, their first rule is to do no harm. They won't just smite an evil NPC, especially one who shows up with a magicsl force of destruction and wants to surrender it. They have dragonborn among their ranks, so the sight of a super sized lozardfolk will not really offend them as ot might the common folk in cities and villages.
Temples to the Platinum Dragon are very rare. Those few that exist are beautiful, elegant edifices characterized by clean, simple architecture and furnishings. Within them will be public rooms in which the faithful can gather and private rooms for meditation and recuperation.
Dragons will not normally build temples, contenting themselves with simple symbols on the wall that they treat as shrines. Bahamut prefers his followers to worship him with deeds, not objects.
So, the priest's agree to remove the curse for no charge so long ad the sentient evil blade of destruction is donated to the Temple. Do you accird this atrang3mt or will you try to negotiate?
(Will Tetrevess show the sphere of annihilation to this group?)
@Gravity, I like everything I read there. FYI, if you're talking to Nolzur, you would surely hear feom him some mention of the book he is writing: "Occult magnetism"
Tetrevess could, thus, add these to his spellbook or buy another one if he's out of pages or just wants to do so, for the respective price of these spells. I csn come up with some sort if 5e translation of there is ever a spell from an earlier edition. I might actually have one already.
This book and all the books yoi could maybe find in the research, as well as a bunch of detsiled info on hebs you could harvest (as Sam me tioned recently) are available here: https://www.annarchive.com/files/Drmg082.pdf
