“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”
Forge put his webbing wand to use one last good time to gum up the works for elven and dragonborn lass before slipping it away, and preparing to hold his ground.
Apium rises once more, setting his sights this time on Sylmyar's location. Unfortunately, the newly formed blades do not find their mark, so during the descent behind hedges, a pearl is pulled out to restore some of his lost energies.
Fenkas switches to long game tactics and guzzles his potion, before scampering over the wall in preparation.
As for Nedge, sensing two foes yet within rock throwing range, the construct targets the one with the weakest life signs: Sylmyar. A hard shot, to say the least. (Rock Throw - Attack: 18 Damage: 7 bludgeoning at Sylmyar) (Take the 1st roll in sequence if not restrained.)
As the blaze continues to slowly spread about the area, a patch of freshly conjured webbing begins to burn...
(@Forge: You're good on being able to put it away. Did a double check, and unless otherwise specified to be not, even magic item wands count as focuses. Go figure. On another note, it is impossible to get both glacia and sylmyar in the AoE without risk of web of catching fire. But as discussed in PM, affected area would last at least a round.)
(@Glacia & Sylmyar: Make a Dex Save(DC 15) or become restrained again by Web.)
(@Sylmyar: Whether restrained or not, the webbing in your area has 'begun' to catch fire. At the start of next round, if still within the burning web area, you will take damage.)

Fenkas takes his newfound energy from the potion and hippity-hops his over to the fight just in time to see a massive battle-axe peek out of the bush and all but skewer Glacia. Even from 30 feet away, Fenkas winces heavily at the blow. With that, he summons four more darts of magical energy and sends them careening towards Merron and Glacia. With that accomplished, he turns around and runs a bit back in the direction he came from, staying as close to the edge of the arena as possible so as to remain out of the range of the construct. As he runs, he once again calls out to taunt the elf that he sensed behind the bushes and engaged with Forge, "Don't worry darling! I haven't forgotten about you. Forge picks up his axe, and with every bit of dwarven muscle and grit, all but nearly takes down Glacia in a single swing.
Fenkas sweeps in however soon enough, and with a flick of the rest not only finishes the job on Glacia using a blitz of magic missiles, but too puts the dent in Merron's defense. Afterwards, he shouts words of encouragement, before then again slipping away.
Apium, uplifted as much by Fenkas words as he was his wings, climbs high into the air. However, whereas the spectral blades prove ineffectual about finding their mark, by the grace of his god, the bolt flies true into her back, downing the Shadar-Kai once more.
As for Nedge, sensing only one remaining foe still standing and yet within rock throwing range, the construct launches a rock right for Merron. (Rock Throw - Attack: 15 Damage: 10 bludgeoning at Merron) (Take the 1st roll in sequence if not restrained.)

Seeing the battle now over, Apium sighs in relief, he goes and takes his pearl of power. After the battle is over, he uses his remaining spell slots too heal the other team back up, as a sign of peace.
Though Merron fought bravely and had been prepared to go down swinging, Fenkas hastens the process with a light incantation to put him to Sleep. With that, a horn blares and signal fire bolts go out from along the edges of the arena, signaling an end to the match! Constructs and medical staff enter the arena both to stabilize conditions and escorts the defeated to the trauma ward with a backdrop of cheers and applause for having fought valiant against the odds. For their participation and experience garnered in the coliseum, Glacia, Merron, Sylmyar receive 2500 xp and 240 gp. For Glacia, this most recent experience/participation is enough to see her to the next round and receive an uncommon prize token.

Tier 2:
"Take any one item. We're well equipped." The room contains every item from Chapter 5 of the Player's Handbook weighing 70 pounds or less, armor of varying sizes, instruments, tool kits. There are also spell scrolls, every first level spell is present (as well as spell scrolls of a level for which a magic user of the characters new level would have slots for), and an encyclopedia of knowledge. Reading these books will grant you proficiency with any one tool kit or any one language, depending which book you choose. The books are magically infused to allow easy retention, but the magic is lost once used.
Upper Tier:
The victor may choose instead, an item from a magically infused chest that summons 10 randomly selected magic items to choose from (rarity determined by level). Alternatively they may exchange a magic item for another item of their choosing of the same rarity or lower, if the administrator has the requested item in his extensive collection. "You name it, we've probably got one somewhere."
