... and Ink groans as he gets pushed to the ground by... the oncoming heat(?).
// Actually could you describe what the giant does that causes us to fall - so that maybe we could find a way to combat against it some time? //
The fire giants you've encountered thus far have acted like living siege weapons. They seem to maneuver in an overtly aggressive fashion, moving in such a way as to tackle smaller opponents to the ground with almost no effort. They also deal an incredible amount damage to buildings, from what you've seen—even for giants. Humanoids and human-sized structures alike simply crumple before their onslaught.
// It's up to you what you might know about Fire Giant culture, but more will be revealed in time, and in a hopefully much less painful way. //
The halfling is knocked flat on his back as well. After bowling over Ink and Rip, the giantess continues on past the two of them, well outside of Angel's reach and just out of Ink's reach (provoking an attack of opportunity from you both, if you'd like to take it).
The giantess grunts in pain as your attacks strike her fleeing form. She darts past Rip with surprising litheness and effortlessly nabs the broken adamantium ring out of the oak tree, continuing around the tree to the east. She is obviously bleeding from her leg, among other wounds.
Meanwhile, the troll is still approaching, now probably about 200 feet out (not on the map yet).
// Players are up...Marav, the giant is behind cover this round, so she'll be even harder to hit than normal. Angel, you'll have to move your full speed southeast to avoid hitting the tree with your attacks, but yes you can hit her with the ranged melee stuff (without using your bonus action). //
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ink sprints after the giantess (40' movement), as he closes the distance, a streak of radiant light flies over Ink's head smashing into the giantess leaving her glowing.
Ink smiles.
Coming up on her side, Ink jump and slashes at her with a booming blade!
// Attack: 15 Damage: 13, the giantess takes another 8 of thunder damage if she moves of her own volition. //
Upon landing on the floor, Ink immediately casts misty step reappearing thirty feet in front of the giantess (following her line of movement).
// Ink—standing up from prone costs movement equal to half your speed, which means you have 20' of movement left. Also as I pointed out to Rip earlier, there's difficult terrain between the two of you.
You could Misty Step to reach the giant, and then walk 20 feet away from her. No do-overs on the attack roll, but if you like you can put yourself anywhere within 20 feet of the space I pinged with bright green on the map (30' Misty Step teleportation) and I'll forego the giant's attack of opportunity on you. What do you say? //

//Perfect. Time for Angel to do what he does best.//
"Don't let her get the ring!"
Angel then flies southeast avoiding the trees and launches 4 Bolts of Radiant Energy at the giantess.
Sun Bolt 1: Attack: 25 Damage: 8
Sun Bolt 2: Attack: 7 Damage: 5
Sun Bolt 3: Attack: 13 Damage: 7
Sun Bolt 4: Attack: 22 Damage: 7
+6 Radiant if any of the attacks hit
The radiant bolts reflect off the giant's armor, doing nothing to slow her progress.
