Prentiss avoids the coffee, preferring the hot leaf infusions of his home town. Once everyone seems refreshed, he pats his pack tentatively: "I guess it's time then. Let's find us some trouble"
(Goblin orc patrol range, just to the south and west of those tall mountains near phandelver, but following the range north and west from there towards the Old Well, then the ruins of Conyberry. Keep an eye out for Glasstaff in the meanwhile.)
Here is the map of the part you are traveling in. Consider 24 miles a day typical travel distance which provides for food rest, camp set up, etc. Puts you on the road for 10 hrs. Each hex is 5 miles scale. What is the party's marching order and following Triboar trail North and East or through the wilderness?
The day is currently bright and sunny being equivalent of late spring. You set off amid the flutter of birds and sounds of nature. In your packs you have some bread, meat and fruit for the journey that should cover you for the first day's meals, compliments of Toblen.(of course back to normal rates, etc when you return.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Happy with the marching order, Prentiss will be behind Velshir who has so far seemed content with his own company and keen to be quick into close combat).
Prentiss tries to enjoy the journey for what it is - a chance to enjoy some beautiful scenery and relative calm before the danger that is surely to come. All the time he tries to keep an eye out for signs of danger - scouts, flying creatures and/or traps & ambushes.
Sheyla will be off to the side. While she stays on the path, she walks on the edge of it enjoying being by greenery. Slightly absentmindely she would hum to herself.
Velshir suggests making the camp well off the road, in the forest if they can make it there in time. The party should also set up 4 slots of 2-hour sentry duty for sleeping, and he volunteers to take half of the slots, as he does not require sleep.

“Yes, yes, hot brew of it coming up!” Toblen returns with Kaeth(coffee) pouring steaming mugs to any who wish it. Cream is available as well.
(not sure how sugar worked though and honey might work for teas, but doesn't seem likely for coffee)

(Hope you all had a pleasant Easter for those that observe)
Your Breakfast passes pleasantly and you have no interruptions except hearty hellos from several locals.
Velshir shoulders his pack and adjusts his grip on his trusty javelin, ready to go.
"Lets see what kind of trouble we can get into today" Joshua says with a half smile
Which way are you headed?
I think it was to the goblin/orc patrol.

Edited -I think I'll be ok actually, here goes.

(Old Owl Well first I think, unless someone corrects me)
Prentiss takes second place in the line, and keeps watch as best he can while the group walks.
Loren will run ahead to keep watch, his nimble feet and keen eye sweeping the surrounding foothills for signs of danger, or quarry.
Velshir is first
So far I have Loren ahead to scout, Velshir first with group, Prentiss either next to or to the side of him.
Joshua will be somewhere near the rear.

Perception: 13
Survival (if appropriate): 18

The sun is warm and the weather is pleasant for the day as are your rest stops. Daylight starts to fade into evening.

"Time to make camp?"
