(OOC: We should probably wait for the DM to make sure that he really is using those goblin stat blocks and that we can proceed safely (if they've trapped the area, set other alarms, hidden guards, etc.)... I didn't mean to be aggressive with the sleep thing (sorry about that) I was just trying to explain the rules around it (sometimes they can get confusing).)

“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”
DMs note: Sorry folks, I have been trying to check this thread 2x a day, but I was running late for work this afternoon. Good job, Burt!
(Burt's flute playing is dreamy and masterful, and soon the Goblins are asleep at their posts.
The group emerges from the forest and has no problems for now. Burt lets them know this will only work for about 1 minute. He runs forward to check out the door situation. He peers thru the partially opened stone doors and see some stone stairs going down into darkness, but the angles and lack of light keep you all from seeing more than 10-15 feet in.)
What do you all do?
Also, please go ahead and tell me what order you are going down the stairs. Just pick a number for 1-4, first come first serve. And, just to get ahead of the curve, please give me a Preemptive Initiative Roll for future use.
(Drakis rifles thru the pockets of the sleeping Goblins and finds 3 cp, some strips of leather and, on the Lazy Goblin, a glass vial filled with a yellow, funny-smelling liquid. It appears to be a crude stinkbomb of sorts.)
Party Order: Drakis, Anarkist, Burt, Eliza
(You all enter and go down the stairs. After a few moments you turn, then see a long, dark corridor with a slight light source at the end. Note: The dash lines are your line of sight.)
(You all see 3 Goblins in the distance, sitting around a big, brass brazier. They seem to be preoccupied with cooking their dinner, not paying much attention, but they are about 120 feet away. The room itself is lit by the fire in the brazier, but the corridor is somewhat dark, providing you all some cover, but not completely. The closer you get to the entrance, the more likely you'll be noticed. )
What do you all do?
DM's note: The corridor is about 60 feet long, narrow, and the distance from the end of the corridor to the Goblins appears to be another 60-70 feet. If you all want to go past the opening of the corridor, you'll have to roll a Stealth Check. If you all decide to attack only the person in front, Drakis, would get a surprise round.
(OOC: Could I use the stealth check that I rolled above? Or would I have to roll a new one?)
Burt looks at the rest of the group and then shrugs his shoulders as if to say, "Hey, I did my part... someone else can handle this problem." He then looks to Drakis and motions the elf forward knowing that he was anxious to prove his skills related to assassination.

(That was an out of character think :v he won’t anxious)
Drakis looks back at everyone who seemed to be waiting for him to do something “you want me to sneak around them or to a stealth attack or of them?” He whispered
"I may not be able to assassinate as well as you, but I can be quiet when I need to be," Burt whispers to the group, "I'll come along so that I can be close enough for an assist if y'all need it." With that, he motions for Drakis and Eliza to move forward and kick some goblin butt.

DMs note: Yes, Burt, you can use that Stealth roll to move all the way to the edge of the corridor undetected by the Goblins.
