(That counts as a danger to me, so forget Ann said anything.)
Ann grows annoyed with the crowd very quickly, and the suspicious red-cloaked individuals were clearly benefitting from it as well, so she takes action. Ann moves her right hand to grab the rapier by her waist as a threat, and she raises her voice to refer to the crowd. "Keep moving! This is no place for sightseeing. If he wakes up and runs away through the crowd, you'd all be helping a criminal."
Charisma Check: 17 (If Persuasion, add +2 for proficiency.)

As you hear the voice of the Quinry in your head telling you to get out of here, you falter in your warning to the crowd, and in the brief pause, you hear a voice call out. "Look! he's got a tail poking out his coat!" At this, the crowd leans in with renewed interest.
Ann keeps looking fierce and incredibly annoyed, but speaking more would surely make things worse, so she stays quiet, holding the rapier while it's inside its sheath. She looks over to Bryn, seeing if he can give any help in dismissing the crowd.
Listening to some random villager, "Uh, huh... you said the rats attacked over in the residential area?... uhm, hmm... interesting... oh, yes I'm sure they'll have just the thing for those welts... please excuse me... have to go check on me crew. Thank you."
A beleagured looking dwarf comes clink-tromping back toward the room with the priest, the halflings, the half-rat, and Rowan just as you're all preparing to leave. "Ah, yer all looking better. I learned a bit, but dunne them traumatized civilians wanna talk... now I got war stories about their war stories... er... ah, Harry's still... well, furry... did'n ye all chat about that?"
"They think they can help turn him back to normal, but they need time to prepare. It'll be tomorrow morning at the earliest." Rowan explains.
"There's another wizard in town!"She blurts after a moment, unable to contain her excitement any longer."He might know more about the pipes and how they were created and cursed and that might help you find your fish merchant person if he really is the one who made them, and it's also just exciting to meet somebody who might use magic in the same way I do - no offense to you, of course, what you do is amazing - but it's-" Rowan pauses to catch her breath, realizing that she's rambling and getting a bit off-topic. Taking a second to compose herself, she continues. "I would like to visit him at some point. You're more than welcome to join me."
"ok. speaking of which, you still didn't explain your magical powers to me. how and when did you get them? hoe come you did not tell anyone. not even me?"

Bryn gently places his hand on Ann’s sword hand and shakes his head slightly. Turning he addresses the crowd, “Folks, this man is a victim of a curse, the same one that affected the musician on the market stage. We need him to help us get to the bottom of what happened so we can find those responsible for it, bring them to justice, and keep it from happening again.”
Rowan seems to deflate upon hearing Quinry's questions, newfound excitement all but gone."Quinry, I'm really sorry. The fact that I can do all of this is why they sent me away from home in the first place. I think they thought it would make me stop. If anybody found out I was still studying magic, it could get back to mother and father, and I don't want to know what they'd do to me then."
Jared spends his time listening. With the discovery of Harry Rat Tail, Jared will listen with the rest of the locals to Bryn's explanation. Once finished Jared will pipe in "That seems like a reasonable explanation," he says to the local folk, trying to support Bryn, nodding and looking around to the locals. Jared, being a local himself, believes his input will help Bryn.
Ann gives a confused look at Bryn as he tries to stop her from drawing her sword. She explains it in a whisper, too quiet for the crowd to hear. "I wasn't planning on using it... It's called a bluff, I think."
Bryn gives a slight nod in acknowledgement and replies in elvish at the same noise level while still watching the crowd, ”Sorry, wasn’t sure if you really were bluffing or not. If the crowd felt threatened instead of intimidated someone in it might have tried to do something foolish. You see those red cloaks out there? If I’m not mistaken they look very similar to the one we saw being worn in the woods earlier, my bet is that they’d goad the crowd into an ”us vs them”.”
OOC: Since I rolled a 15 for perception after Ann’s 14 I assumed Bryn noticed the red cloaks as well.

Jormund walks back to the horses & hostage with the others... "Anyone got a place to go to question this one? The road looks a bit popular for the job, eh? Trouble?" At this he points a mailed thumb at the rat tail hanging off the horse and looks around.

Jared sigh's at Bryn's attempt. "And here I thought Elves were so in tune."Jared thinks to himself.
Jared then turns to the locals. "It will be alright folks. The Mayor and his guard will sort this all out. You'll see." Jared absentmindedly pulls his thumb when he says this. Persuasion: 13
Jared will turn and catch up with the rest of the party.
If Jared overhears Jormund's statement, a look of concern will cross his face a bit. "What do you mean by "questioning" this one?" Jared will ask. "Aren't we turning him over to the Magistrate?" Though Jared is all about "the intrigue" and being the best he can be, he is very naive about most things. This will concern him a bit.

Jormund, you notice as you look for a place to take Doloran that there is a band of town guard just leaving the courthouse on the other side of the square, and headed this way. You also notice a that most of the red cloaks in the crowd appear to be slowly finding their way out of the crowd, headed away from the area.
In addition, there is are several side streets around the church that would allow you to attempt to leave the area unopposed if that was your intention. Do you guys want to do anything about the red cloaks or town guard, or wait for what's next?

Rowan follows the others outside. She seems taken aback by the growing crowd, awkwardly shifting so as many of her friends are between her and the mob as possible.
"Hey Ann, I'm going to visit a wizard who might know about the pipes later, do you want to come?"Turning to Jormund, she asks, "Were you planning on coming too, or not?"
((Rowan had asked Jormund earlier if he wanted to join her because the wizard might know about this "fish" character and his abilities if he truly was the one who cursed the pipes. No worries if you missed it, but I wanted to follow up.))
Jared
Jared stays out of the way while the big folk is talking and making decisions though, Jared will hover around to hear the conversation and take notes.
