Mist will spend most of his time keeping an eye on Cendrail to make sure he doesn't do anything shifty. Other than that, he goes for a swim every day and swims laps around the ship.
(I feel like I should give you all super advantage.)
Mist Cendrail does not cause any problems, he does spit in Hal's direction a few times a day that you see, but Hal is either too busy or drunk to care.
Gintarou spent most of his time with Hal during their voyage. The young warrior is curious and eager to obtain new skills and knowledge. He was working with the sailor, learning everything about sea and ship, from brushing the deck to how to move the ship and know their position by observing the stars. When there were no works to be done, Gintarou was drinking with Hal, listening to the old man's story about his voyages and adventures.

Druquilla once more able to enjoy the seafaring life is seen much happier, she joins Mist on his daily swims but spends most of her time with Gintarou learning the ship and assisting Hal with what ever needs to be done. In any free time left Druquilla will spend it fishing to help keep a nice stock of food on the ship.
Druquilla spends more time fishing than learning, just as Gintarou spends more time drinking. Hal really just checks the ships course every so often making sure it's on course. He does have you all swap the deck.
As you all are sailing, a low fog comes and stays for the day, the next, and a third, on the third day the fog starts to clear a bit. As you look out in the ocean you see some floating wood, then another piece and more, a beral is bobbing in the water just at the edge of your sight. As you are looking at the wood floating you notice one thing, and see a second you notice that these must be parts to a ship once. The thing that you see is a small, green body laying on one of the leftover parts to the ship, it is coming right to you, and then you exit the fog, and you see what looks to be left of the ship rammed onto rocks, lifeless bodies are on the rocks, and others are floating in a fashion that shows no life. And you are getting closer to the rocks. What do you all do?

"Did you see that! If the mist cleared hours later, we might have followed the poor guy's fate!" Gintarou frowns at the miserable sight. He focuses on the closing sea, pays attention to anything that hides under the water.
"We may still be," Druquilla remarks to Gintarou then she yells to whoever is at the helm, "Turn to starboard rocks ahead." Druquilla then turns back to Gintarou, "Help me pull the sails, that should hopefully slow us down enough we don't end up as wreckage." Druquilla then hurries to any sails that are down and works to pull them up.

Kraven will fly up and help with the sail and then will land up in the crow's nest and take a look around. If he does not see anything, he will fly up a bit higher to look around.
(Step of the Wind is a monk thing. I assume you mean Expeditious Retreat...? He'd only do that if he saw a reason to hurry more than what he's usually able to do (danger). Let me know if he perceived danger or another reason not to just use his regular 40ft swimming speed and I'll mark off the spell slot.)
Yes, I can't believe I did that. (Could have had a V8) I am just thinking that the ship might be moving at a speed that you would need to hurry to get to.

(XD I wouldn't complain but I've also been lucky enough not to get one-shotted yet so I'm inclined to just let it ride.)

Aubric will spend time practicing with his rapier, anyone close by would hear him singing softly in elvish as he moves.

Seeing the green body, Mist dives into the water and begins searching for life signs.

Everyone's actions were enough to keep Hal's drunk ass from screwing everything up.
I forgot to ask this in my last post but I assume that Mist would step of the wind back to the ship.
